In India, number of construction companies is increasing day by day so the demand for the efficie... more In India, number of construction companies is increasing day by day so the demand for the efficient employees is also increasing, but there are lots of dissatisfaction is observed among the employees of construction companies in India which causes increasing rate of employee attrition. Employees of construction industry can be satisfied by motivating them with financial and non-financial encouragements. In this paper, factors affecting employee retention in the construction industry were identified and assessed. The views of 287 employees were collected by the help of structure questionnaires distributed to Architects, Civil Engineers, Builders, Surveyors, Clarks and others from selected construction companies in India. Basic facilities, working environment, scope & opportunities and employee satisfaction were found as the major factors affecting employee retention. To analyze the impact of those factors on the employee retentions, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS Software has been used here. The study shows that all identified factors have significant relationship with the employee retention.

So more powerful and more reliable technologies are needed and in this regard, the quantum computer is doing the same thing. Quantum computer is more fast and reliable than any classical computer available nowadays. The mechanism of a quantum computer is entirely different than all computers nowadays, instead of bits, quantum computers are made by using qubits. In this paper, we have done an extensive review of literature on the use of quantum computing in various fields and we have found it can bring a dramatic change in medicine, defense, finance, aviation industry, Artificial intelligence, and many more.

It ensures continuous productivity and it will be increasing the good will of the organization. It was found evident that employee satisfaction is able to increase the customer satisfaction. In a way to sustain in the business world, every organization should go for continuous process of customer satisfaction and satisfying customer without satisfying employee is not possible. So increasing employee satisfaction is must to survive in the business world but employee satisfaction is depending on several factors, many researchers have tried to find it out. In this paper we are trying to find out the factors affecting the job satisfaction. We have found organizational culture, job security, pay structure, level of stress, opportunity for training and development and job recognition are playing most important role in the employee satisfaction. It is also realized that multiple cross sectional studies on different organization is necessary to confirm this findings. Everyone is now connected with everybody; in this regard security issue came up. Poor awareness on security associated with internet can cause social, psychological, economical damage to anybody. Researchers have shown that college goers are more susceptible to be victimized by it. This study has conducted to see the existing level of knowledge on cyber security among rural and semi urban college goers of East Midnapore district. Independent sample t test has conducted by during cross sectional study on 121 number of college goers of East Midnapore district. A self constructed 18 itemed close ended questionnaire was formulated and distributed to interested college goers of East Midnapore district. Many researchers have found that a large number of people are not maintaining good oral hygiene practice especially in the rural areas of developing countries including India. There are lots of variation existed among the people of urban, rural and semi urban populations. Very few researches have conducted to assess whether any significant differences existed between rural and semi urban population of East Midnapore district of West Bengal in respect to practice of oral hygiene. In this regard we have conducted independent sample t test on 82 numbers of people of East Midnapore district. The result shows that practice of oral hygiene of rural and semi urban population of East Midnapore district is significantly different from each other as the P value is .001 as per the results of independent sample t test.
