In response to the ongoing global pandemic, most of the organizations have adopted work from home culture. With this work from home culture, there is a significant increase in incidences of musculoskeletal discomforts experienced by the working population. Also, a larger population is struggling with poor sleep owing to the increased physical and mental stress imposed by the global pandemic. Hence, there is a need to identify the consequences of WFH culture and extent to which it has impacted the quality of sleep-in working population. Objective: The aim of the study is to check association between work related musculoskeletal pain and quality of sleep among work from home individuals. Method-Due to the pandemic, an online survey is conducted and consent from participants will be obtained. The survey questionnaire will be prepared using Microsoft forms and will be distributed through WhatsApp to concerned population. Two standard questionnaires used-Orebro musculoskeletal pain screening questionnaire and Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index. Questionnaire includes questions based on work related discomforts and sleep patterns during the pandemic time. 101 individuals participated in the survey study out of which only 90 participants met the inclusion criteria of the study. Results-The study revealed that 24.44% of the participants mentioned having pain and discomfort in neck and 23.33% of participants complained of pain in upper back followed by lower back (17.77%). Pain in shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, knee, ankle and foot was mentioned by 10%, 2.22%, 10%, 4.44% and 2.22% participants respectively. The present study shows a weak correlation between the two outcome scales used and Pearson coefficient is found to be 0.250. Conclusion: Majority of participants have reported having musculoskeletal pain in at least one region of the body during covid-19 pandemic. Since the pandemic has not only caused mental stress but has also increased the instances of physical pain and discomfort, it has raised the concern and requires intervention at the earliest.

Methods: The efficacy of three antiseptic mouthrinses were evaluated in a study with healthy volunteers. The three antiseptic solutions used in this study were 0.1% octenidine dihydrochloride (Octenisept, Schülke&Mayr, UK), 0.12% chlorhexidine digluconate (Kloroben, Drogsan, Turkey) and an antimicrobial enzymatic rinse (Biotene, Laclede,Inc, USA). A total of 27 adult volunteer subjects were participated in the study. The subjects were stratified into three balanced group. Then the mouth rinses were used by each group according to the manufacturer's directions. The subjects were restricted for 60 minutes for food intake after using the prescribed mouthrinse. The saliva samples were collected from the volunteers at 1, 10 and 60 minutes after their usage in tubes. The tubes were kept in +4°C in a fridge till the evaluation. 10-3 and 10-5 dilutions were prepared for each solution and S. mutans were evaluated according to total number of colony forming unit (CFU) per ml. The dilutions were spreaded on the surface of Brucella agar plates for anaerobic incubation for 48 hours. The dilutions were 100, 10-3 and 10-5 of the solutions Kloroben, Biotene, Octenisept, and the time factor were 0, 1, 10 and 60 minutes. The statistical analyses were performed by Duncan and Bonferroni tests. Results: Octenisept was found to be more effective over S. mutans than the other mouthrinse solutions (P<.05). Conclusions: All mouthrinse solutions except Biotene were effective on oral microorganisms.

Smart grid uses a bidirectional communication model between the consumer and the utility service. The sensing along the communication line is what makes the grid system smart. Linking the smart grid with fog and cloud not only makes the process extra firm but also more secure and reliable. This paper presents a mechanism to reduce the response time in the smart grid architecture so as the system is more responsive. We have introduced a system which reduces the response time in grid system using fog computing.

Air riding seals have emerged as potential candidates to deal effectively with the high pressure discharge air from the compressor. The simplest types of air-riding seals are those with an axial gap. Radial gap seals can provide another level of advantage in terms of their applicability and the total axial travel that needs to be accommodated. This paper provides an overview on a preliminary design effort in modelling and designing a radial gap air riding seal having a continuous ring structure. It investigates a key issue regarding these seals: developing a positive radial stiffness in the air-film to drive the sealing ring to accommodate for any radial shaft movement while maintaining a minimum clearance from the shaft to avoid any contact (in effect, having sort of a bearing-li...

Recently SGLT2 inhibitors showed the promising result to treat diabetes and therefore several molecules are approved by US FDA Objective: SGLT2 inhibitors were designed based on the dioxabicyclo[3.2.1] octane with the aim to search new lead molecule. The molecular structures were drawn in ChemBiodraw ultra and molecular docking study was performed by AutoDock Vina 1.5.6 software. The LogP and toxicity were predicted online using AlogP and Lazar in-silico respectively. Among all the designed molecules, SK306 showed the maximum binding affinity against the 3dh4 SGLT2 protein of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. LogP values were also calculated in order to determine the lipophilic property of the best binding molecules which showing LogP 2.82-3.79 in the range for good absorption and elimination, also predicted to be non-toxic. SGLT2 inhibitors were designed based on the dioxabicyclo [3.2.1] octane resulting to a new lead molecule...

So it can be used to prevent the use of mobile phones in examination halls, confidential rooms, etc [2]. There are existing models for the cell phone detectors which works when some transmission occurs from the phone. In this paper, we are proposing a detector which works even when the mobile phone is just in the switched on mode but not being used for any kind of transmission. It is also useful for detecting the use of mobile phone for Spying and unauthorized video transmission [2]. The circuit can detect the incoming calls and outgoing calls, SMS and video transmission even if the mobile phone is kept in the silent mode. The moment the bug detects RF(Radio Frequency) transmission signal from an activated mobile phone, it starts sounding a beep alarm and LED blinks [1]. The alarm continues until the signal transmission ceases. General Terms General terms we are going to use here is cell phone detector, EM waves(RF), Security [2] , privacy in restricted and confidential areas et. al.

It is very important for the organization to know the kind of data which is being shared by the employee of that organization to outside world. Encryption is an essential tool for protecting the confidentiality of data. Network security protocols such as SSL or IPSec use encryption to protect Internet traffic from eavesdropping. Encryption is also used to protect sensitive data before it is stored on non-secure disks or tapes. Encryption, however, is computationally expensive. A computer server that must encrypt data for thousands of clients before sending it over the network can easily become crypto-bound. The capacity of the server is then determined by the speed at which it can perform encryption. This is especially the case when slow encryption protocols such as the Digital Encryption Standard (DES) or Triple-DES are employed. Since DES and Triple-DES are very widely used, it is important to optimize the performance of these algorithms. Triple-DES (TDES) is basically used in various cryptographic applications and wireless protocol security layers [2]. This paper presents the design and the implementation of the Secured Communication of Data Using Data Dictionary in Triple Data Encryption Standard (DES) algorithm. Data Dictionary is created and used by the admin for the purpose of detection of suspicious communication.

Three coating parameters which are varied to have the optimum condition are concentration of nickel source, concentration of reducing agent, and concentration of tungsten source. Five different roughness parameters, namely, centre line average (R a), root mean square roughness (R q), skewness (R sk), kurtosis (R ku), and mean peak line spacing (R sm) are considered. Weighted principal component analysis (WPCA) method is adopted to convert the multiple-response problem into a single performance index and Taguchi L 27 orthogonal array is used. ANOVA is performed to find the significance of the each coating process parameters and their interactions. The EDX analysis, XRD analysis, and SEM are performed to study the composition and structural aspects.
