The atmosphere of virtual world that is connected online has influenced academia in teaching and learning sessions. Before the Movement Control Order (MCO), blended learning has been carried out for all subjects taught in Tamhidi using Global Open Access Learning System (GOALS) as learning management system provided by USIM. Due to the pandemic outbreak, Tamhidi Centre has faced a challenging time because the semester is already at the final semester for the cohort 2019/2020. During the MCO 1.0, while students were at home, classes were conducted fully online. The final exams was also done online via GOALS. Then, coming the next cohort, for the first time in history, orientation was held online, and students came to campus in an arranged time within the period of seven days. Without having new staff intake, the grouping of students now is increased from 25 students per group to 45 students. Initially, classes are...

The sample consist of 162 students purposively selected according to their physical fitness levels (SEGAK test score). They were in three categories; higher (A score: 4.33±0.21, N=54), intermediate (B score: 3.27±0.26, N=54) and lower (C score: 2.35±0.36, N=54). The SEGAK tests were consist of BMI, step test, push-up, curl-up, and sit and reach. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) selfreported questionnaire was used to measure SQ. The descriptive analysis and Pearson Product Moment test were used to analyze the data. The results showed 51.8% of the students with higher fitness level, and 42.6% of the intermediate level reported "very good" SQ while only 25.9% of the lower fitness level had "very good" SQ. The correlation between overall SQ score and total fitness score was (r=-.282; p <0.001). The physical fitness components which significantly associated with SQ were BMI (r=.211; p=0.007), cardiovascular fitness (r=.319; p <0.001), endurance and strength of abdominal muscles (r=-.197; p =.012), and lower back muscles flexibility (r=.315; p <0.001). These findings illustrated no significant association between SQ and "endurance and strength of shoulder muscles" (r=-.142; p =0.072). The findings suggest that, cardiovascular fitness level and lower back muscles flexibility can improve overall SQ, similarly normal BMI, and endurance and strength of abdominal muscles among secondary school children. Physical educators should be encouraging students to improve their physical fitness components for higher fitness level to enhance their SQ as an important part of healthy life. Contribution/ Originality: This study is one of very few studies which investigated association between sleep quality (SQ) and physical fitness components. SQ is essential for health and wellbeing. Many school children cannot achieve excellence in academic and sports because of weak physical condition due to poor SQ. It showed which physical fitness component can significantly improve SQ among school children.

Students may adapt well to the new academic environment or might experience failure in coping with the demand of real-life learning. In most of the time, they would be physically and emotionally drained. Hence, this study investigated students in public higher learning institution on managing their emotional intelligence and self-efficacy towards their academic performance in such setting. A total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected in a public university in Selangor, Malaysia using purposive sampling method. The Academic Self-Efficacy Scale (ASE) and Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) instruments were used. In order to achieve the study's objective, the data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) for its descriptive analyses, t-test and Pearson correlation analyses. It was found that there is a significant relationship between students' emotional intelligence and academic performance, self-efficacy based on academic performance and there is a relationship between students' emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy. It is vital to investigate this area of study as it would affect this tertiary students' performance in their studying years.

The university has introduced the term Naqli as divine knowledge; which it derives from Quran, Sunnah and references of respected books by previous religious scholars. While, the term Aqli denotes to modern knowledge that are gained through research and discoveries in the present. By having this integration in its curriculum on both of these disciplines, it has made Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia on its own as compared to other tertiary institutions. Through the integration; mandatory internship program for undergraduate students have embraced this curricular approach along with its students" industrial training session. The objectives for students to undergo the industrial training are for them to be familiarized with their potential job scopes, in addition, to practice the knowledge that they have learnt theoretically in the university. Students are required to choose any particular organization that has to do with their field of study, in order to gain experience and exposure in their upcoming working world. This study then intends to review the organizations that the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia"s students have attended for their industrial training session on the integration of both Naqli and Aqli practices.
