The purpose of this study was to compare the genetic patterns of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by three methods of RFLP technique. Materials and Methods: In a cross-sectional and prospective study, 95 strains of M. tuberculosis isolates were selected for DNA fingerprinting. Extraction of DNA from Mycobacterium strains and DNA fingerprinting with IS-6110, PGRS and DR probe were performed by standard protocols. Results: Overall, the diversity of RFLP among 95 tuberculosis patients were 48, 50 and 45 on the basis of IS6110, PGRS and DR patterns, respectively. Twenty of these patterns (21.1%) with IS6110-RFLP, twenty-two (23.2%) with PGRS-RFLP and seventeen (17.9%) with DR-RFLP occurred with unique RFLP patterns, whereas the remaining 28 patterns were communal. The risk factors of clustering among tuberc...

Design/methodology/approach-Based on Aaker's well-known conceptual framework of brand equity, extend by Yoo & Donthu, this study employed structural equation modeling to investigate the causal relationships among the three dimensions of brand equity and overall brand equity in the Lubricants industry. The present study used a sample of 300 actual consumers from sepahan oil company consumer in Tehran. Findings-The findings conclude that brand loyalty and Perceived Quality are influential dimensions of brand equity. Weak support was found for the brand associations / awareness dimension. Research limitations/implications-Future research needs to be done if the results are to be expanded into other regional Iranians markets in light of the significant gaps between different regions. Further research also could strengthen this analysis by adding performance measurement into the model. Practical implications-The paper shows that sepahan brand managers and marketing planners should consider the relative importance of brand equity in their overall brand equity evaluation, and should concentrate their efforts primarily on building brand loyalty. Originality/value-This study contributes to the scant literature testing the applicability of consumer-based brand equity in the Lubricants industry. this study provides important insights about the understanding of Lubricants consumers' perceptions of overall brand equity and its dimensions.

Because of uncertainty in the environment and load characteristics, the design analyses are very important. The environment will have the most impact on design; so geotechnical interpretative reports are often a good basis for making judgments about the behavior of the Earth. Tunneling information available in the same lands is proper for understanding the appropriate project site. Assessment of the stresses and tunnel wall stability is one of the most important studies that should be designed for each tunnel. Load applied to the tunnel structure depends on several factors such as rock tunnel structures involving, the existence and properties of rock joints, weathering, water, drilling techniques and Covering Methods. In this paper, the stability of tunnel Bypass road of Mamlou dam has been analyzed. For this purpose, the tunnel has been modeled using the geometry of...

But is there any relationship between TQM and organizational learning? This study has two main purposes: (1) determining the causal relationship between TQM, organizational learning and organizational innovation and (2) deciding on whether TQM has any impact on the organizational learning and can play the role of mediator between TQM and organizational innovation. The research methodology is descriptivesurvey and correlational, and is specifically based on the structural equation modeling. To assess the research variables, three standard questionnaires based on a five-point Likert scale were used and these were distributed among 253 staffs and faculty members of universities of Sabzevar city. The findings showed that TQM positively and meaningfully affects the organizational learning, that organizational learning has a significant effect on the organizational innovation, but that TQM has no positive and meaningful effect on the organizational innovation. The results showed that organizational learning could mediate the effect of TQM on the organizational innovation.

This voltage is the main source of many unwanted problems in AC drive systems. Previous methods for CMV mitigation cause extra harmonic in output currents, since they are based on voltage control. This paper proposes new modulation strategies based on predictive current control (PCC) for three-phase PWM inverters-fed AC motor drive systems which mitigate the CMV and moreover, decrease the harmonic contents of output currents. As PCC can be employed in low voltage and medium voltage drive applications, the proposed strategies have been implemented on two-level and three-level neutral-point clamped (NPC) inverter. A comparative study of proposed techniques with traditional ones has been carried out from the output current total harmonic distortion (THD) point of view. Simulation results and mathematical analyses, along with experimental tests for two-level inverter using Texas Instrument digital signal processor (DSP) model TMS320F28335, confirm that the new strategies improve behavior of drive systems in comparison with previous methods.
