Although this is apparent in it's effect, the reasoning is flawed. As photon's are mass-less, they do not interact with gravity. A more accurate account of this observed truth is that they space the photon travels through is being pulled in and consumed by the black hole faster than the photon can travel across that space. The photon is still traveling at the speed of light through space, it's just that the black hole is pulling in or consuming that space(electrons) faster than the photons can travel through that space. Thus the photon appears to bend in it's path(e.g. Lensing) or doesn't escape at all as the space itself(electrons) are consumed along with all other matter occupying that space as well. This might seem like an insignificant detail in describing the phenomenon. However, it leads to evidence that faster than the speed of light is not only possible, but is happening continuously throughout space and in the vicinity of black holes, which are continuously breaking the speed of light rule. Once can surmise that the supposed speed of light barrier is not a barrier at all.

Although we're at a point in history where the Scientific community has located thousands upon thousands of exo-planets orbiting stars in the so called "Goldilocks" zone. Which is a zone based on range of said planet to it's parent star. Several additional aspects of habitability should be taken into account to filter these possibilities. Some primary aspects for humanity to survive on such exo-planets are as follows, and should be cognitively accepted and applied in our search should we truly desire to find life, or habitability for humanity. The first being exo-planet moon(s). Particularly a massive enough moon that has it's own electromagnetic field, and preferably not in rotation whilst orbiting it's planet. This is one of the unique aspects of Earth that has given way to life. It serves two primary functions. Firstly, it assists the planet in producing, or intensifying said planets electromagnetic field, or specifically, producing an Ionosphere which is key to strongly holding atmosphere and filtering solar radiation.

Reichle Neutrons, with no electromagnetic conductivity or interaction, are bonded to neutrons and protons by the nuclear force. If neutrons were free in space, and they do have to be somewhere, they would inherently be attracted to each other by the nuclear force and bond. The eventual result is neutron clouds... i.e Dark Matter. As a neutron cloud grows in size and the nuclear force compounds, compression or condensing will occur, whereby the space between neutrons is forced out forming neutron to neutron bonds with no photon or electron conductivity or transmission. Thus producing the lensing effect which is the key method we use for the detection of dark matter. As dark matter collects and condenses, the eventuality is highly dense neutron clouds forming neutron stars, which we do find in our universe, in great quantity.
