These resources are also exhausting very rapidly. So there is an urge to find some alternative to natural river sand. Natural river sand takes millions of years for its formation and is not renewable. As a substitute to natural sand, Artificial (Manufactured) sand is used as a complete replacement. Considering the gap in research, this paper presents the effect of the use of Foundry sand as fine aggregate in concrete as a substitute to Artificial Sand. The experimental work is mainly concerned with the study of mechanical properties like compressive strength, split tensile strength as well as flexural strength of concrete by partial replacement of artificial sand by foundry sand as fine aggregate. Tests were carried out on cubes, cylinders and unreinforced beams to study the mechanical properties of concrete using foundry sand and compared with concrete with artificial sand as fine aggregate. Artificial sand was replaced with five percentage (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%) of WFS by weight. A total of five concrete mix proportions (CM, F-1, F-2, F-3 and F-4) with and without WFS were made. Compression test, splitting tensile strength test and flexural strength tests were carried out to evaluate the strength properties of concrete at the age of 7 and 28 days. Test result showed a nominal increase in strength and durability properties of concrete by addition of WFS as a partial replacement of fine aggregate.

As Smartphone is being used for various activities in our day to day life it will be the best option for integrating one’s work management on the same. There is always a need of proper management of all the activities going within the team, as every individual plays its role in a parallel manner to achieve its goal. MyTeam is one such application which acts as a platform that purveys a synchronized management of the team. MyTeam covers all the basic functionality like task management, performance and report generation along with many utilities for smoother working. These features are incorporated with a high level of reliability, easy administration and enhanced security.

The process takes only a few minutes to obtain as-prepared Cr-substituted lithium ferrite powders. The resultant powders were annealed at 600 • C for 4 h and investigated by thermogravimeter/differential thermal analyzer (TG/DTA), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Lattice parameter, bulk density and particle size are found to decrease with increasing Cr concentration, whereas X-ray density and porosity showed an increasing trend with the Cr content. Cation distribution indicates that the chromium ion occupy octahedral B-site. The magnetic moments calculated from Neel's molecular field model are in agreement in the experiment result, which indicates that the saturation magnetization decreases linearly from 37.36 to 4.27 emu/g with increasing Cr 3+ content. However, coercivity, it increases with the Cr 3+ substitution.
