An analytical descriptive study was conducted to determine the effect of behavioral problems for children with autism on the psychological stress of family caregivers in autism care centers in the holy Kerbala and started from September_ 2019 to May 2020. A convenance sample consist of 75 An autistic child, and the psychological stress questionnaire was responded to by family caregivers. The results of the study showed that the level of family stress related to the problems of the behavior of children with autism is moderate, and there is a statistically significant relationship between behavioral problems of children with autism and family stress, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of behavioral problems and family stress regarding the demographic variables of the child and family caregiver (age, gender, educational level and family income).
