Rudy Oldeschulte
Following my graduate work at the University of Michigan, I did my post-graduate training and education at the Anna Freud Centre in London (a five year clinical and research program). Recruited then to teach at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, I taught and supervised psychiatry residents and psychology interns. I also held a clinical practice, as well as a consultation service to hospitals and schools.
I have practiced and taught at several national and international institutes, including the British Association of Psychotherapists. I specialized in evaluation and diagnostic concerns for children and adolescents. I directed a therapeutic preschool, and have extensive experience with victims of domestic violence and Native American mental health. Together with several colleagues, I founded the Southwest Center for Psychoanalytic Studies, the goal of which was to train psychodynamic therapists in the southwest part of the U.S.
