Ronilo G. Berondo was then a former Faculty and Director Research of Guimaras State College, McLain, Buenavista Guimaras Philippines. A program head of Doctor of Education and a graduate school professor handling curriculum and instruction, educational management, and social sciences subjects.
He was a former Planning Director of the said college from June to December 2020 wherein he was awarded as President’s Awardee.
A Principal's Test Passer in 2017. A former Master Teacher I and School Head of Tabon Elementary School, District of Tapaz West, Schools Division of Capiz, Philippines. He had rendered eleven (11) years as DepEd Employee, District Research, LRMDS and Multi-grade Education Coordinator. DepEd Multi-grade Education National Scholar and Writer in Araling Panlipunan. A division, regional and national Resource Speaker and Trainer in Multi-grade and Indigenous Peoples Education. DepEd Region VI (Western Visayas) Member of Technical Working Committe in Research.
He was awarded as Outstanding Multi-grade Teacher in 2016, Outstanding Multi-grade Writer in 2017 and Outstanding Grade III Teacher in 2018.
He has two (2) baccalaureate degrees in Bachelor of Elementary Education specialized in Social Studies, Cum Laude. Prom KING, 2005, Mr. CAPSU 2005. Also awarded as Outstanding Student Teacher of the Year, Student Researcher of the Year, Student Writer of the Year and Singer of the Year in 2006 at Capiz State University and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies in 2019 at Filamer Christian University, Roxas City Philippines.
He was crowned as Ginoong Guro 2010 in Tapaz, Capiz. He has obtained two (2) Master's degree in Master of Management major in Educational Management in 2011 and Master of Arts in Social Studies in 2016; and Doctor of Education major in Educational Management in 2014 at Capiz State University.
He is pursuing Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Leadership major in Social Science at Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology, Tiwi Barotac Nuevo Iloilo Philippines with Dissertation entitled: Indigenization and Localization of Instructional Materials utilizing the Culture Map of Tapaz Capiz Philippines.
He is the Director of Human Resource Development and Training of Capiz State University. Additionally, it recommends evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of remote education programs, addressing
technical difficulties, and fostering social interaction to improve student engagement and satisfaction. The study concludes that remote education using emerging technologies has the potential to become an important aspect of education in the future.
