The airport functions as a node for aircraft movements, passengers are one of the important infrastructures that can be expected to accelerate the improvement of the community's economy. The runway is one of the important infrastructure in the airport. This study aims to plan the pavement thickness at Minangkabau International Airport for up to 20 years. The study used the FAA method, namely the FAARFIELD application. With a growth rate of passengers and aircraft movements of 4-10%, the resulting pavement thickness for the runway is 141.28 cm with a thickness of 15 for each surface, base and subbase course; 36.93; 89.34 cm. while for the taxiway pavement on the surface course it is divided into critical and non-critical areas of 8 and 5 cm.

Alat ini berada di gedung kantor dan terminal penumpang. Dengan adanya alat ini penumpang akan merasa nyaman ketika menunggu untuk naik pesawat terbang. Peralatan ini dalam pengoperasiannya diperlukan perawatan oleh teknisi yang terampil dalam bidang teknologi air conditioning. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam bidang ini. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan cara memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat secara langsung. Pada awal pelatihan diberikan teori dan pengenalan terhadap komponen dan cara kerja sistem pendingin udara. Selanjutnya diberikan pelatihan praktik dengan menggunakan modul praktik air conditioning yang ada di laboratorium Teknik Bandar Udara Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang. During the Covid-19 pandemic, education and training activities began to shift to online classes.... more During the Covid-19 pandemic, education and training activities began to shift to online classes. The problem is, the training carried out is only limited to theory-based training, not practical training. The current situation raises new possibilities in changing the learning method to fully online classes, with the character of vocational education, namely student-centered learning. The expected advantage is that education can be applied anywhere, this article explains how education providers develop research and development with the ADDIE method to analyze curriculum and learning models by promoting project-based learning methods where students are expected to be able to develop actively in learning. The TRBU Study Program designed the Arduino IDE microcontroller online training using free TinkerCad simulation with asynchronous learning materials through the LMS and supported by online classes using the zoom application.
