It has been hypothesized self esteem would work as the mediator for the relationship between social media usage and subjective happiness. In addition to this the secondary aim was to understand the relationship between subjective happiness. The data was collected through google form. Mediation analysis and correlations were used in order to analyse the result. Results showed that there is a negative relationship between social media usage and subjective happiness. Analysing the relationship further with the help of mediation analysis it was observed that there is no direct relationship between social media usage and subjective happiness but there was an indirect relationship that was found between social media usage and subjective happiness

The study utilized data collected through questionnaires administered to 109 adolescents, focusing on the Beck's Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and the Big Five Inventory-10. The objective was to understand the specific personality trait associated with anxiety and explore the overall correlation between anxiety and the big five factors of personality. The results of the study revealed a significant positive correlation between anxiety and neuroticism, indicating that higher levels of neuroticism were associated with increased anxiety levels. Conversely, extraversion exhibited a negative correlation with anxiety, suggesting that individuals with higher extraversion tended to experience lower levels of anxiety. The other personality traits, namely openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness, also demonstrated negative correlations with anxiety, albeit to a lesser extent. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the interplay between anxiety and personality traits, highlighting the significance of neuroticism and extraversion as potential predictors of anxiety. Understanding the relationship between anxiety and personality factors can aid in identifying vulnerable individuals and developing targeted interventions to manage anxiety effectively. However, further longitudinal research is warranted to delve deeper into the complex dynamics between anxiety and personality traits to inform more comprehensive psychological interventions.

Design/Methodology: The analysis was conducted by administering the Adult Attachment Scale (AAS) by Collins and Read (1990), Big Five Inventory-10 (BFI-10) by Rammstedt and John (2007) and Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26) by David Garner (1979) to a sample of 100 individuals comprising of 25 males and 75 females between the ages of 18 to 24. Non-probability convenience sampling was used to recruit the participants. Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient was used to analyse the nature of association between the variables. Findings: Attachment Style and neuroticism did not have a significant relationship between them (r =-.138, p > 0.05). Also, attachment style and emotional eating were not found to be significantly related to each other (r =-.196, p > 0.05). A significant positive correlation was found between neuroticism and emotional eating (r=.213; p<0.05). However, a significant positive correlation was found between avoidant attachment style and neuroticism (r = .262, p > 0.01) and emotional eating (r = .201, p > 0.05). And a significant positive relationship was obtained between anxious attachment style and emotional eating (r = .313, p > 0.01). Originality: It is an original data collected to understand the nature of association that exists between attachment style, neuroticism and emotional eating among young adults. Research Limitation: The study had a few limitations that can be addressed in future research, such as the sample size being small and not generalized, self-report scales increasing chances of social desirability, not taking into consideration socioeconomic status, ethnic diversity. Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) has emerged as a versatile and impactful approach to promoting holis... more Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) has emerged as a versatile and impactful approach to promoting holistic well-being, bridging the intricate connections between the mind, body, and the environment. This comprehensive literature review explores the diverse landscape of recent studies to illuminate the therapeutic potential of DMT in addressing various mental health concerns and enhancing overall psychological and physiological health. The exploration begins with Berger's (2021) investigation into the intersection of DMT practices and ecopsychology, highlighting the development of an eco-somatic community workshop. This study underscores the healing potential of an embodied connection to the natural world, fostering a sense of kinship and responsibility to both individual and collective well-being. Further insights are provided through examinations of DMT interventions with adolescents, biomolecular effects of dance activities, and the widespread use of grounding exercises. Studies by Auborg (2018), Nieves and Jakobsche (2022), and Bräuninger (2015) collectively emphasize the positive impact of movement experiences on motivation, emotional well-being, and the mind-body connection, particularly in populations dealing with anxiety and depression. Additionally, research by Elakiya (2021), Hyvönen et al. (2020), and Karkou et al. (2019) showcases the efficacy of DMT in reducing anxiety and depression levels across diverse populations, including nursing students, individuals diagnosed with depression, and adults coping with Parkinson's disease. The exploration extends to the realm of children's mental health, with Nardi et al.'s (2022) qualitative assessment of DMT techniques for children with anxiety, providing insights into the
