The work is devoted to the diagnostic issues of the possibilities of technological balancing of s... more The work is devoted to the diagnostic issues of the possibilities of technological balancing of steel shaped strand ropes of lifting and transport equipment, which is of great scientific and practical importance, since it will improve their performance. A literature review showed that this topic is practically not covered and only the issues of straightening (bending) strands, which are not effective enough, are considered. The research objective and the problem that must be solved to obtain ropes with better quality characteristics (greater durability and strength) have been formulated. A more accurate expression for the technological torque of shaped strands is presented. The ways of reducing the torque as a harmful factor are indicated. Diagnostics of possible options for technological balancing of ropes was carried out. Rational modes of manufacturing shaped strand ropes have been determined.
Modern gantry cranes are an indispensable element of large industrial and transport enterprises. ... more Modern gantry cranes are an indispensable element of large industrial and transport enterprises. Port handling equipment is operated under conditions of complex spatial loading of varying intensity, as well as under conditions when the walls of structural elements are thinned in the crane carrier system. During the operation of handling equipment in ports, at construction sites, in machine-building industries, in addition to the external load, aggressive media act on the carrier system elements, which leads to various types of wear: corrosive, abrasive and mechanical. Monitoring of the state of handling equipment structures is a very important task of diagnosing the state of the material of elements of the carrier system of cranes and transporting machines. An important and urgent scientific and technical problem of taking into account the influence of aggressive environment on the stress-strain state of the metal structures of gantry cranes is considered. It is noted that during corrosion, a significant thinning of the walls of structural elements occurs. The safety of crane operation requires this factor to be taken into account. It is proposed to use modern numerical methods for this, i.e. the boundary element method (BEM) and the finite element method (FEM). The implementation of these methods is performed in the Matlab programming and modeling environment (BEM), and the FEM is used in the Ansys package. In accordance with the technologies of these methods, the design diagrams of the lower girders and the crane structure as a whole were formed. Exact models of strain of crane elements during transverse bending and constrained torsion are given. Calculations of the stressstrain state of the crane metal structures have been performed. On the basis of a preliminary field study, a numerical model is proposed for diagnosing the strength and stiffness characteristics of the carrier system of handling equipment using the BEM and FEM, which has never been used in the world. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of the thinning of the walls of metal structures on the values of normal and tangential stresses.

The purpose of the paper is to develop a model for managing the technical system operation based on the forecasting its "aging". The following tasks are solved in the article: determination of the failure modes and effects of technical systems; building a model for managing the technical system in order to forecast the development of malfunctions and the appearance of failures of its elements; development of a system for managing the risk of failures of the technical system elements based on the method of Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis; determination of the technical system bifurcation points. The following results were obtained: on the basis of graph theory, a conceptual model for managing the technical system was developed, which serves as a basis for forecasting its operation; the matrix of failure of the technical system elements is built on the basis of the ranking system for evaluating parameters and determining the severity of the failure effects for the technical system elements; a risk management system for the failure of the technical system elements was developed based on the method of Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis. The points of bifurcation of the technical system were determined, that is, the points in time when it is necessary to analyze the technical system progress and decide on the advisability of stopping the system and conducting maintenance and repair of its elements.

The stakeholders of the concession project in the port such as state, private investors, regulatory authorities, port staff, local authorities, citizens, port business were identified. It was found that each of the stakeholders of the concession project implemented in the port has certain goals. At the same time, the goals of an individual stakeholder are often not consistent with the goals of another stakeholder in the project. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the fact that a model of the Scrum team’s behavior... more The scientific novelty of the work consists in the fact that a model of the Scrum team’s behavior during the project life cycle has been developed, which takes into account the influence of the participants’ competence and role potential on the result of team work. Based on the Drexler and Sibbet’s team behavior model, the model 7 F’s is proposed. This model reflects 7 stages of the project team members working together: Finding, Faith, Focus, Functioning, Forcing, Fruitfulness and Forwarding. This model is presented in the form of a Markov chain, where seven stages of team behavior are presented in the form of a graph of transitions from one state to another, the probabilities of transition to other states, as well as the probabilities of maintaining current states, are indicated. The transition probabilities of the Markov chain for the seven stages of team behavior determine its characteristics that change in discrete time in steps in the form of a certain set of state probabilities. The cognitive property of a model built on the basis of the Markov chain allows you to set certain specific values for the transition probabilities of the system. Practical recommendations are given for determining the values of transition probabilities for different states of the system. It is shown that the probabilities of the transition of system states can be determined on the basis of an estimate of the time spent moving from one stage of joint teamwork to another. Two options for team behavior are being studied, i.e. the basic version of team behavior and team behavior after the implementation of the in-depth knowledge system and the adaptive knowledge generation system. The study shows the change in state probabilities through the implementation of these systems. The proposed model allows quantifying the current progress of the project processes as a result of changes in the project team and time costs caused by problems that each participant and the whole team may encounter at seven stages of teamwork. The 7 F’s model is applied at the Retrospective stage in the Scrum process in order to increase the efficiency of the Scrum team within new iterations.

Вместе с тем, достоинства командной работы сопряжены с конкуренцией ее членов за ресурсы, влияние, имидж, что может привести к конфликтам. В современном проектном менеджменте существует два основных подхода к формированию команд. Первый основывается на укреплении и развитии команд, образовавшихся естественным образом (team building). Второй - ориентирован на компетентностное обеспечение работ проекта и распределение ролей в команде. Задачей такого подхода является повышение профессионализма в работе команды за счет сочетания ролей всех участников и создание условий бесконфликтного внутрикомандного взаимодействия.
