The solution would be based mainly on numerical transformation methods. The above mentioned framework has been considered in the one-dimensional unsteady problem. The system of equations has been transformed by usual transformation into a non-dimensional form. The dimensionless momentum and temperature equations are solved numerically by implicit finite difference technique. They are discussed for different time steps as well as for different values of parameters of physical and engineering interest. Also the corresponding wall shear stresses as well as rate of heat transfer coefficient, better named the Nusselt number has been performed. The obtained solutions have been graphically represented for different values of the well-known parameters. Finally, a qualitative comparison has been made between the present work and previous published result.

Then we studied unsteady solutions of thermal boundary layer equations. Thermal Boundary layer equations have been non-dimensionalised by using non-dimensional variable and the equations have been derived from Navier-Stokes equation and concentration equation by boundary layer technique. The non-dimensional boundary layer equations are non-linear partial differential equations. These equations are solved by using finite difference method. The solution of heat and mass transfer flow is studied to examine the velocity, temperature and concentration distribution. The effect on the velocity, temperature and concentration profiles for various parameters entering into the problems are separately discussed and shown graphically.

The pathogens, Fusarium oxysporum and Sclerotium rolfsii were isolated from foot and root rot infected lentil seedlings. Four isolates of Rhizobium leguminosarum, one isolate of Pseudomonas fluorescens and one isolate of Trichoderma harzianum were used as bio-control agents. In dual culture method, highest zone of inhibition of F. oxysporum (57.37%) was measured against R. leguminosarum isolate 3 and isolate 4. In case of S. rolfsii, 80% and 37.85% inhibition zone were measured against P. fluorescens and T. harzianum, respectively. In paper towel and water agar test tube tests, seed treatment with all the bio-control agents showed significantly better germination than control. It also resulted in significant increase in shoot and root length that gave high vigor index. In paper towel test, minimum number of deed seeds (9.00), no abnormal and diseased seedlings were counted from R. leguminosarum treated seeds. In water agar test tube test, minimum number of deed seed (12.00) and abnormal seedlings (2.00) were counted from R. leguminosarum treated seeds. Here, no diseased seedling was found from T. harzianum treated seeds.

The whole concept is to develop a signal processing unit which is accomplished with a current-to-frequency converter circuit. The operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) was used as an amplifier, which retrieve the small current from the biased micropump and convert it to voltage. The main goal is to get a digital output corresponding to the micropump velocity which will control the integrated micropump. The signal processing unit with lower power consumption is fabricated in the 0.35µm process. The micropump for labon-a-chip applications is also fabricated with MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) -compatible semiconductor micro-fabrication.
