For example, according to my discovery I realized that I spent most of the time on social media to such an extent that I have no time for my family and for my studies. The notes were taken down after reflecting about my time and trying different techniques on how to save my time because time wasted will never be discovered.

Today, society is controlled by several transforming technologies. Advancements such as computer graphics, artificial intelligence, robotics, mechanical implants, virtual reality, and biotechnology that were thought to be science fiction have now become a reality. The advancements have blurred the distinction between a machine and a human. What is meant to define humans make them look more of the machines. The nature of a human keeps changing as the reality is blurred. With the emergence of Genetic Engineering, humans have assumed the role of the creator.
Blade Runner is based on the book “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?” by Philip K. Dick is one of the movies that questions what it is like to be human. The film is based on the future, and it is a depiction of what the earth will look like years to come. Technologies in the movie leave the viewer wondering what it is like to be human. Humans and replicants in the movie appear to be identified because the non-humans seem to have emotions while humans are unemotional and cold. According to Hayles (4), replicants become just like humans and then superior to them. The movie’s primary focus is to define what it means to be human.
The replicants are Post-humans. The machines made by Tyrell download human consciousness into a computer to make them being beings that are different from humans in terms of reproduction and thinking. Just like Hayles suggests, the replicants can perform thinking functions that were previously thought to be performed by humans only. The replicants replaced humans in the colonies. They perform most of the activities that only human beings were thought to perform.
The movie goes beyond humans by creating replicants that operate according to Tyrell set standards. According to Hayles, humans want to be free from the will of others. They own themselves. Contrary to this belief, the replicants have been designed by a human being to whom they own their freedom. They are owned because they are made machines and not because ownership is a natural condition (Hayles 3). According to Tyrell, commerce was their main aim, and its motto was more human than human. They had to implant the replicants with memories to be able to control them. The making of the replicants as human-produced machines and not humans enables Tyrell and his team to legitimize their course without the question of morality been raised by society.

Montejano writes about the groups that were residing in San Antonio in the sixties and how they associated with each other both socially and politically. The author states that the three major groups in the city were the Anglos, Mexican American, and the Blacks. Initially, the Anglos had the highest population occupying the area then followed the Mexican. The least were the blacks, and thus they had less influence. Amongst these three communities, there were lots of racism and segregation . Later on, came the Chicano movement which changed the entire San Antonio and the whole country. The Chicano movement started for the same reasons that the to the black civil rights movement began . The Mexican American also had a right of being in authority for a fair and just system. The move aimed at preaching brotherhood which they termed as “carnalismo” and united people which they called “Raza Unida” in other words .

Emergency responses and interventions are focused on delivering essential facilities are always unique depending on the situation under assessment. As emergency response groups are at the forefront in leading for interventions in case of a catastrophe, the public has a role to play at each local community level. Emergency situations have helped the locals to learn how to mitigate and strengthen the effects of conditions that require urgent attention. Responses have led to enhance the capacity of the personnel and the public involved in intervening in community response (Yáñez-Arancibia et al., 2014). Community response teams have been formed which educate residents on their preparedness in cases when disaster strikes equipping them with disaster response skills. Pieces of training have been conducted at the local level as a means of creating jointly available quality assistance when disaster looms. Considering the effects disasters have had in communities, community reserve volunteers have been seen applying for vacancies in UK emergency response organizations to help the locals in case of a crisis.

The United States, in particular, can attest to this fact. The immigrants became useful tools of growth in the country, and their contribution is significant. Nevertheless, some immigrants take advantage of the situation on the ground and access the state without proper documentation. The wave of illegal immigration continues to pose a challenge to the nation, and people think that offering birthright citizenship to any person born on the American soil is a sure way to deal with the problem. This paper will look at whether ending the birthright citizenship will solve the illegal immigration problem.
The number of illegal immigrants continues to increase with time (Wood 469). As they enter the United States, they give birth to their children who receive the citizenship status through the birthright. The implication is that the number of illegal aliens in the country continues to increase, and their effect on the economy expands. The fact that the immigrants contribute a great deal to the status of the United States, ending the birthright citizenship will help to curb the illegal immigration. It will ensure that only the legal immigrants gain access to the country, and the illegal ones will know that they have no right to become citizens. The illegal immigrants pose a challenge to the political system of the nation. Stopping the birthright citizenship will go a long way to solve this problem.

The Navajos of Arizona, New Mexico and some areas of Utah are the most numerous Native Americans today. They carry out sand painting ceremonies which have significant religious and social implications. The Navajo Sand Painting Ceremony is conducted even in modern times to request the gods for healing, forgiveness and rainfall. The sand paintings have figures which are emblematic representations of narratives known to Navajo mythology. In accordance with Navajo faith, sand painting rituals honors and pays tribute to the Holy People. The ceremony also acts as a path for the healing power obtained from the Holy People (Griffin-Pierce 17). The ceremonies are often performed to cure diseases, current or anticipated; it is given to a patient individually, occasionally together with their relatives. The concern for health led them to combine religious and medical practices (Stevenson 33).
The ceremonies are not integrated with the calendar, except for some seasonal restrictions; they are carried out whenever they are necessary. Although the ceremonies have an individualistic tinge, during the healing of a patient there may be blessings that stretch to the family, the local community, even the entire tribe, such as rain in a time of drought. Ceremonies often heal patients, especially when the ailment is of psychosomatic origin (Griffin-Pierce 27). Some of the procedures in the Navajo ceremonies may have real organic effects, but above all, they constitute a powerful system of suggestive therapy, which relieves psychosomatic illnesses and allows the patient to face the organic problems with greater strength. The trust that the Navajo Indians have placed on these ceremonies makes them overlook modern medical facilities and often pay the price for this especially when they are dealing with terminal illnesses like cancer. Even though the Navajo Indians fully trust in them, the sand painting ceremonies by themselves are not a guarantee for healing or prevention of diseases and by the time they decide to seek professional medical services, it is often too late.
As they live their lives, the Navajo people face a lot of challenges in their natural setting. Discrimination, poverty and educational backwardness are some of the main problems faced by indigenous people in the United States (Griffin-Pierce 12). Poverty, difficulties in accessing health services or institutions of justice and discrimination are some of the problems faced by indigenous people in the United States, according to data from different State institutions. The situation is more serious in indigenous groups with "structural" ethnic characteristic and language barrier (Lloyd 55). This means, for example, that indigenous people like the Navajo who speak foreign languages are more likely to live in rural areas, engage in manual activities and be poorer. On the other hand, those who identify themselves as indigenous but speak English, usually, live in urban environments, work in commerce or services and suffer less poverty (Lloyd 57). The Navajo population with some feature of ethnicity is in greater precariousness than people who do not have it. The more 'structural' is the trait that gives ethnicity, the greater the poverty. Concerning poverty, it is important to note that the Navajo people face more deficiencies in access to food than the population in general.
Nearly half of the Navajo population lack proper education services. Although the problem of access to health effects similar to the entire population in the United States, in recent months it has attracted attention due to cases of indigenous women who were forced to give birth in patios or hospital bathrooms because they did not they received immediate attention. as a result, the Navajos conduct sand painting ceremonies to offer healing and provide alternative places for women to give birth. However, without proper facilities, many people end up dying from terminal diseases even after going through a sand painting healing ceremony.
Scope
The first part of the Navajo sand painting ceremony has a healing purpose. They use colored sand, falling in a gentle rain from the fingers of the artificer and create worlds of shapes and colors that involve an ancient process of healing (Spickard 28). Sand paintings require a preparation, regardless of what an artist or curator wants to create. Before the ceremony, an artist collects information on the subject of sand art and the pre-design plan. The healers then gather sand, arrange the ceremony, and prepare the colors and chants. The rest of the people present chant as well. The curator creates an open side of the art design of the sand and faces it. Artists at the ceremony follow strict sand painting rules such as limiting colors and symbols. Genuine Navajo sand art also features an accompanying prayer, a song and a blessing according to the design. The process of creating the art of sand usually lasts for days or weeks. The expected outcome of this ceremony is the successful healing of illnesses, aches, wounds and in other cases, the birth of a child. I believe the outcome of this process is the exorcising of evil spirits which cause diseases. This is because the Navajo Indians consider that diseases are caused by evil spirits and, in order to neutralize them, they perform complex artistic works.
In the healing ritual, the patient is seated in the sand paint, which is already finished, and then part of it is spread over the body. But the painting has been previously sprinkled with pollen or sacred cornmeal to safeguard its healing powers. Then the myths and gods associated with painting are invoked, through poetic chants, and the medicine man relates the body of the sick person with that of the deity, the head with the head, the hand with the hand, the foot with the foot and the mind with the mind.
Another purpose of this ceremony is religious in nature. The Navajos conduct the sand painting ceremony which is meant for different religious appeals such as attracting rain to the parched earth or healing. In this part, the artist traces a drawing on the ground, usually a mythological scene; then, with the patience of someone who manipulates delicate magic powders, he takes pinches of sand dyed with different pigments and fills the figures that rest on a finely smoothed layer of suede or cinnamon color. To put the finishing touches, he places corn flour pinch in strategic places, such as the heads, hands, and feet of the characters. After the ceremony, prayers are conducted to ask the gods for rain.
Today, the Navajo also use sand painting ceremonies to generate income. The spiritual purpose of sand art gave the practice a significant value for the Navajo people, which they extend to foreigners. Modern healing ceremonies usually include sand art and cost a considerable amount of money. With the passage of time and personal interest in the Navajo culture increased, the Navajo people began to value the tradition as a method of creating income. Today, Navajo sand artists create paintings designed to hang on walls and the last indefinitely. For example, the sand art created for a wedding ceremony includes the symbolism of the unit complemented by a blessing of marriage. Traditional Navajo sand art values are higher than commercial designs because of the skill and knowledge necessary to practice the ceremony.
The sand paintings ceremony acts as a magical door that opens the access to other worlds of great power. These are worlds in which the Earth, the Sun, the Moon, the Mountains and the Sacred Beings originate from, and it is through the Painting in Sand that those powerful creative forces of the first beings enter our world again. For the Navajo community, the Earth is a living being called “Hozho” which means balance and harmony. It provides social cohesion and often joins political power or is itself a political power. Its function is to regulate and standardize ideas about the supernatural and the transcendent. Navajo sand artists use a wide range of ingredients in addition to sand. Authentic Navajo artists create colors with elements found in nature, such as flowers and other plants. Modern sand art, however, includes accessible ingredients, such as pigments and acrylic paint. Sand and pre-color templates allow Navajo artists to come up with different designs.

Will Ferrell has the opportunity to give a commencement speech to graduates at USC where he made the best of it. Graduation day is occasionally celebrated where a significant number of students represent the finale of their student life. Nevertheless, this is a day which could be filled by uncertainties to the college students because they might not get a job immediately after graduation. Such changes make the students vulnerable, and this is the reason why commencement speech is of great significance during the graduation day (Romano, 4). The following is an analysis of Will Ferrell commencement speech at USC 2017.
Notably, will claim that one can never be successful until they learn to give behold them no matter how chestnut it may sound. Kindness and empathy are the actual signs of emotional intelligence, and he claims that it is what he teaches his children to be successful in future. To him, success is being kind and being involved in the charity work during the college year which gives scholarship only to the participants (Romano, 5). Will congratulated those who were graduating, having a pretty good idea of what they are likely to do with their lives. He also encouraged those who do not have any idea to empower their life ahead confirming that it is the same chair he sat on a considerable number of years back.
Throughout his commencement speech, his primary purpose was to motivate the student through sharing his both failure and personal success stories. His general message to the students and their parents is that: it is all well not to have all that they want at the moment so long as they are right and believe to themselves they are likely to achieve their dream success (Ferrell). Moreover, will point out that the extend degree one should measure one's success to others but not to one's achievement through fame and fortunes. Will uses ethos and pathos in delivering his message thus being incredibly efficient (Romano, 4).
Ferrell shared various anecdotes from his time as a student at USC; he emphasized that he was not afraid to follow his guts and pursue other interest despite the fact that he remained committed to his chosen major. In addition, his firm ethos succeeded in giving a cemented base for the credibility of his speech to the graduates (Romano, 1). He was able to establish a common ground with the graduates through sharing his experience both negative and positive. Will Ferrell as he was delivering his speech, put himself in the shoes of his audience and encouraged them that he was once seated where they were. Thus, having the same feeling of uncertainty since he did not have any idea for life ahead.
It comes not as a surprise that Will Ferrell uses humor to convey the pathos appeal because of his undeniable fame as a comedic actor. His comedic persona is consistent throughout his speech since he gave comedic relieve to keep his audience as a tool to connect with them. In his remarks, Will started by thanking the students for their clapping and eventually apologizing to parents who did not agree with him (Romano, 5). Chiefly, he goes on and says that his achievement in life includes running naked through the city thinking that is on fire. It is through the use of this self-deprecating humor that it is Ferrell's smart way of humbling his celebrity status. Therefore, he is in a position to give his message in a relevant setting. In addition, Will added that he wants the university to know that he does not take the proffered prestigious honor with lightweight (Romano, 3). He says that he had instructed his wife and children to call him Dr. Ferrell except none thus being comic to the audience.
Moreover, through his excellent personality as a comedian, his voice, and choice of words match the tone since it is honest and inspiring. He uses various rhetorical devices such as metaphor where he says he is just trying to throw darts at the dartboard hoping that one will finally stick. Through that metaphor, Will meant that he was overconfident thus he ought to succeed through this period (Romano, 1). Moreover, he also uses hyperbole as he commences his speech through saying that he is determined to make the University know that he does not take the given chance lightly but he is grateful for the opportunity. Will says that his family should call him with the title Dr. and no one should be an exception. Therefore, Will Ferrell uses exaggerative and metaphorical language and careful selection of words he uses in his speech thus being a comedian throughout his speech (Romano, 2).
In conclusion, Will Ferrell gives a speech which is motivational and encouraging to his audiences most likely the graduates stuck in thoughts of the ideas they should maneuver in achieving their life dreams. The use of comedy draws the attention of the audience thus participating in the speech. He uses humor as a narrative style to remain funny thus entertaining the audience.

It lacks a formal structure, and it operates differently as opposed to bureaucracy. Though the use of a creative and adaptively integrative behavior, adhocracy responds faster as opposed to red tape. In addition to that, it is open to more new ideas, and thus beneficial to the organization practicing it. This paper will look into details the adhocracy organizational structure and the manner in which it works. This form of organization allows the management of an organization to cut across the bureaucratic lines of operation, sail through emerging changes, as well as solving problems and getting the results (Newell 33). Its dynamic nature offers more opportunities for the company to make use of the available chances of growth and development. It does not prevent the possibilities of taking the possible advantage because it does not require a long process of approving anything that the company does. Adhocracy is, therefore, an organic structure that comprises of minimal formalization. Under this organizational structure, formal training does not force the trainees to undertake job specialization. They can work in any department of the company if their ability to perform is unquestionable. The adhocracy relies on liaison devices, which encourages mutual adjustments among the various groups in the organization (Newell 79). The members of the different groups keep on

This article will research on the topic and give evidence as it was obtained from the participants. Findings of the report will be geared towards proving that Improper individual visibility control as a measure to unconscious process is questionable as confirmed by few accomplices. Previous report indicates that there is a replication of directing attention using unconscious and conscious signals. This study critically examined the relationship between conscious cues and their change strategy when the cue target was altered. Interestingly, the findings conform with other reports hence ascertaining its credibility because either conscious or non conscious cues were of benefit to the participants as it was the case with the conclusions of the consciousness theory, which termed both unconsciousness and consciousness as cortical systems that differ within the nervous system. Furthermore, results indicate conformity with the argument of Ananthaswamy that human and animal perception of the environment needs a comparison to give more biological understanding. Study of psychological and physical processes that occur during the unconscious state is part of both human and animal experiences. The comparison between animals and humans were essential in constructing a similar experience from both, and thereby each is a control experiment to each other. Conformity of the findings of this report with other researchers ascertains that the exercise was not biased. However, there is a shortcoming of this article for there is no evidence to validate the relationship between the interaction of conscious and not conscious processes of learning about

Communication skills have also helped me to associate with people in the society without misunderstandings. For example, I know how to read a person's emotions when we are discussing a certain topic. When I realize a matter is hurting their feelings I usually try to avoid such subjects even in the future. Literacy has also impacted on my knowledge of healthy living. Going through science classes has been one of the most enlightening moments.

To that end, you write your own creation myth (min. 1200 words). While the myth should be original and created by you, it should contain at least four elements (motifs) typical for a creation myth that you have encountered in the myths you have read. An example of such characteristic element is an ex-nihilo creation. Outside of the original myth, you write a myth commentary (min. 600 words). In the commentary, explain which characteristic elements you use in your myth, and where have you encountered those elements in the myths you have read. You need to point out two myths, in which you have encountered each of the motifs you incorporate. In total, you need to refer to a minimum of fives different myths. Be detailed and specific in your desсrіption. Use MLA formatting (or other recognized formatting style) to refer to original myths.
PGA TOUR is the organizer of utmost the main professional golf tour which is played in North America (Bryant, p.1). The Tour has been developing systematically and technologically, implementing more helpful features in a professional golf tour. Advancements in educational and technological systems have aided a hand in the promotion of such helpful systems in golf sports. The Golf sport has been having problems with the previous method of data collection, where information was recorded on paper by walking scorers where they keyed at the end of each hole by a greenside operator. This system contributed to lots of errors and a lot of time in its operation, which called for an improved system of data collection. Shotlink is TOUR’s real-time scoring system able to capture multiple data points for every hot during a competition (Bryant, p.1). The platform collects and disseminates scoring and statistical data. This study investigates the ShotLink system and its effectiveness in Golf tournaments.
Background
In 1983, the TOUR implemented its first electronic scoreboard system according to history (Bryant, p.1). This system was then upgraded in 1987 so as to use wireless devices in data collection. Na official record keeping system was also introduced to record the stores which could be stored for historical purposes. The scoreboard system was further extended in 1992 to a complete scoring system, which could leverage data collection capabilities of the previous system (Bryant, p.1). The extended complete scoring system also provided an automated interface to the broadcaster’s graphics equipment. Moreover, to determine the strategy for the future, an analysis of the scoring system was conducted in 1999 (Bryant, p.1). This analysis concluded that there was a need for a replacement of the existing system, by a more sophisticated and capable system which would be known as ShotLink.
Most of the players in the industry view tourism concerning its economic impacts, revenue and taxes collection to be the central driving bearing (Mason 2015). However, there is a broad range of sometimes severe negative impacts tourism has fueled depending on the kind of resources and conditions involved. The socio-cultural consequences of travel to the community have many times threatened to harm the tourism market. When tourism comes to a community, there will always be a gloomy effect on the neighborhood. With the relaxed and free state of the tourists at the destination, a batch of illegal activities manages to lean on and cause problems to people involved. The nature of changes in lifestyle in the local community due to tourist involvement and congestion has been seen to alter most socio-cultural patterns of the locals. Recreational areas such as hotels, clubs, entertainment concerts and beaches have pushed development into the community and forcing alterations in the physical construction of the area.
Ethical problems are inherent to clinical practice. This case raises several underlying ethical and medical concerns. The first issue relates to whether it is ethical to go against the patient’s wishes as stipulated in the DNR order and save her life. The second point is whether it was prudent for Stella to consider Sally’s request to save her life when she was partially conscious. Last but not least, was Stella’s professional opinion on whether or not it was in Sally’s best interest to be resuscitated valid? The most important principles of medical ethics are autonomy, beneficence, justice, and non-maleficence. Within the field of medicine, these factors play a pivotal role in making vital life-changing decisions and solving both legal and ethical challenges.
To begin with, in clinical practice, autonomy is the cornerstone of a patient's informed consent and gives the patient the capacity to make decisions and act voluntarily with complete understanding of the consequences of these decisions and actions. When Sally signed the DNR order providing precise directives on how she should be treated in case of an emergency, she exercised this principle (Thomas & Waluchow, 2014). Stella made the right decision when she ignored Sally's vague mumblings to save her life. From an ethical point of view, a patient's right to autonomy outweighs any other consideration that a nurse or other medical practitioner may have concerning the health of the patient.
While it might be true that at the eleventh-hour, Sally begged Stella for help, the dependability of her mumbling is questionable given the fact that she was semiconscious. Therefore, the mumbling did not provide sufficient basis for defying the DNR order and break the patient’s autonomy (Noble-Mathews, 2012). As it has been said, defining what is ethical or not is a complicated task, and one of the thinkers who sought to understand more about it was Immanuel Kant with his rationalistic ethics (Altman, 2011). Simply put, Kant considers that all men are beings bearing a valuable good, reason. Kantian ethics resides in the will of the individual. He is convinced that morality is impossible without freedom (Thomas & Waluchow, 2014). According to Kant, the will of the patient is vital than what medical practitioners may consider right for him or her. Hence, at this stage, the patient-nurse relationship demands the total submission of the nurse to the patient’s right to autonomy and the abandonment of the nurse’s professional experience to safeguard the will of the patient. It is this kind of philosophy that Kantian thought is founded on.
Ethics in the exercise of the medical profession is constituted by a system of obligations related to the role of the nurse/doctor in society. This can be viewed from different perspectives according to the degree of ethical sensitivity they pursue; that is, the observance of the norms, the respect to the rights and the fulfillment of the duties, and finally, the practice of the virtue (Scott, 2017). The first perspective, which would be that of ethics based on legality, would be ethics of minimum requirements. The second would seek to go beyond legality, integrating principles such as charity, non-maleficence, autonomy, among others. Finally, the last level, the practice of virtue, extends beyond the very idea of duty and maintains standards that surpass those that prevail in social agreements.
Apart from the obedience she had for the DNR order, the other reason that influenced Stella did not believe that resuscitation was in the best interest of Sally. With this decision, we can see the principle of beneficence and non-maleficence which argues that the nurse should not do anything that may harm her patient. In essence, the nurse’s guiding maxim is not to inflict damage intentionally in line with the principle of non-maleficence (Swindell, McGuire & Halpern, 2010). Also, the principle of beneficence necessitates the nurse to ‘do good’ and offer benefits to patient’s welfare. But at the same time, from Stella’s informed decision, we can see her professional instincts taking charge. She might have thought that it would resuscitation would do more harm than good health wise for the patient.
In practice, Kant would say, an individual would only be ethical if the motivation of his action is in reason. For example, in Stella’s case, she was able to use reason to make a tough medical decision. Sally’s last-minute effort to save her life was made when she was partially conscious, and as a result, it is only reasonable that it is deemed inadmissible. It was therefore not good enough to be taken into consideration, and most importantly, it is not worth disregarding a written, compelling DNR order.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I believe that Stella did the right thing by allowing things to take their natural course and as the patient ordered while she was still conscious. This decision, though difficult, was more about the principle of autonomy (DNR order) and the medical considerations of resuscitating Sally. Stella believed it was not in the patient’s best interests to continue with resuscitation. As a result, these concerns outweigh Sally’s semiconscious plea to save her life. For Kant, the nurse's action would only become ethical if she had made an effort to save the patient, not personal satisfaction, professional recognition, or financial return but at the same time, obey the patient’s decisions even if it meant her death.

I am hoping to be the teacher who inspires students, support, and understand them. I would help my students realize that regardless of their situations in life they will always have that person who can listen to them and guide them. Students come from very challenging backgrounds ranging from family to financial issues, and these are the things that distract them in school. I hope to make the students feel they are not alone and I would support and guide them through their struggles that are distracting them at school.
I hope to be that teacher who not only teaches the student's syllabus to pass their exams but the one who to teach them to be great people with high values and the ones who the community can depend. I hope to be that teacher who will raise future lawyers, scientist, doctors, engineers, and politicians who have values and virtue that will always do what is right. As that teacher, I would also connect my students with mentors who will speak to them, encourage them and show them the right path to achieve all that they desire. I would develop a suitable environment for the community and the parents in order establish a pleasant atmosphere for the students both at home and at school.
I hope to be a teacher who will use the delegator or group style teaching strategy (Wyatt, 2014). Considering the technology in this age, I would guide my students and inspire them by working in tandem toward achieving common goals. By this, I would push my students to do their best while making learning enjoying, exciting and creative. I would use video in class for instructional purposes. I would also use technology, for instance, the CD-ROMs as well as the internet for the inquiry-based learning to be interactive during classes and help my students engage in inquiry.
To use culturally responsive pedagogy, I would have high expectation to all my students, maintaining as well as tending to have the integrity of student’s culture (Taylor and Sobel, 2011). Moreover, identifying and cultivating academic success and excellence. I would have to be aware and alert of my biases as a role model. I would use cultural diversity images during the classes. Moreover being collaborative is another way would use culturally responsive pedagogy and here is when I would call mentors, as well as the members of the community from diverse backgrounds to share firsthand knowledge, expertise and experience.
In conclusion I would commit myself to improve conditions as well making the students perceive themselves as global players participating reflectively. I would provide additional certification and triage that is focused on global competence. Being that teacher I am hoping to become, I would also prepare my students for global marketplaces as I develop their knowledge and cross-cultural expertise

Bill is an officer of law he had a lot of evidence of crimes committed in the city by great men including his brother who runs drug cartels in the street.
‘’here is the disk I have it’’ the 2nd man utters.
‘’ let’s get out of here before the police shows up,’’ the 1st man replies.
Before they walk out the other man shoots bill’s wife on the head, she falls dead.
‘’what have you done?’’ Bill yells
The gang starts running as they hear sirens at a distance.
‘’the police are here let us go now!’’ the 3rd man warns
Bill crying held his wife. He could not imagine that his wife had been killed. He was planning to have a vacation to enjoy some moments with his family, and now his wife is no more. A day goes, and Bill cannot get over his wife’s death. He starts to plan revenge on his brother who he thinks send the men to take the disc. He believes that his brother is the only person who knew he had evidence against the city’s criminals. Some few days after the incident, burial is organized. George, Bill’s brother, is in attendance. After the funeral George comes to condole to his brother.
‘’my condolence brother, I know how it feels to lose someone, it must be hard for you,’’ George starts to speak.
‘’we both know you are responsible for what happened!’’ Bill replies. ‘’I love my wife, and she is gone’’ (Silence). He continuous ‘’Am going after everyone responsible for her death, I will first kill those fools who invaded my home, and then I will be coming for you’’ Bill threatens.
‘’what are you insinuating?’’ George asks.
‘’I have evidence supporting you were involved,’’ Bill replies
‘’what evidence are you talking about?’’ George asks raising his voice
‘’I killed one of the men you hired after interrogating him’’ Bill replies. He continues ‘’He exposed your involvement,’’
‘’Listen to me man I don’t know what you are talking about,’’ George replies
(Holding George in his throat) ‘’you are lucky people are around.’’ Bill threatens ‘’Just remember I must have my revenge.’’
Bill releases him and walks away. He had resigned from the police and now what he wants is revenge for the death of his wife. Bill is convinced beyond reasonable doubts that his brother was connected to the murder. He has turned to a psychopath and wants to kill the other two remaining men who were involved one by one. He discovers the ‘3rd guy’ who was involved, that his real home name is David Owen. He invades his home unconsciously hits him and ties him on a sit. He pours water on him in order to wake up.
(With a chuckle) ‘’look what we have here’’. He continues ‘’you remember me?’’
Owen: ‘’Sorry men, we were just following orders’’ Owen defends himself. ‘’And besides am not the person who killed your wife,’’ he utters.
(Bill becomes emotional) ‘’I gave you the money and the disk as you requested and you still killed my wife?’’ He continues ‘’Do you know how that felt?’’
‘’Am sorry, am not the one,’’ Owen continuous ‘’Jimmy is the one who pulled the trigger’’
(Pointing gun close to his head) ‘’I want to listen to you begging for your life’’ Bill commands
‘’listen men don’t do this, I have money’’ George continuous. ‘’You can have it all.’’
‘’well, it’s funny because I used the exact words and you still killed my wife’’ Bill interrupts.
(Becomes emotional) ‘’go to hell man!’’ Owen shouts.
(Loses control) ‘’no, you go to hell’’ Bill replies as he pulls the trigger and shoots Owen instantly.
Bill is troubled by the image of his wife. Sometimes he gets the nightmare of his wife wearing a white dress covered with blood crying for vengeance. Bill does not get a wink of sleep. He gets angry and breaks things in the house. The only place he gets peace is in the bar where he gets lots of drinks until he sleeps. He becomes restless. He has managed to kill the gang responsible for his wife’s death yet he does not have peace. It only gets worse, and he thinks it is the time to go after his brother and maybe he would get the peace he seeks and stop seeing his wife’s image. He starts making plans and sets off to kill his brother. After reaching his home, he silently breaks into the house. A few minute, his brother arrives home in a car. Alight and walks towards the house without realizing there is an intruder in the house. After opening the door, he is knocked down and falls unconscious. When he wakes up, he finds himself in front of his brother tied in a chair.
‘’what is this Bill?’’ George asks ‘’what are you doing?’’
(Interrupting) ’’I told you I would come for you and your final time is here.’’ He continues ‘’Do you have any last prayers or something?’’
George: ‘’brother, I know sending those men to you was wrong.’’ George interrupts ‘’Ever since it haunts me, I told the men to get the disc alone, and they should not hurt anyone.’’ he continues ‘’I wanted to kill the men myself after they murdered Susan but that would not make me better than them. She was a good person, and I liked her.’’
(Shouting) ‘’shut up! You are just trying to get into my mind’’ Bill interrupts.
George: ‘’if killing me now will pay for the mistakes I have done, go ahead and shoot me now and don’t hesitate’’ George continues ‘’Come on! Kill me!’’
(With a gun on George’s head, he hesitates) ‘’I can’t do it!’’ bill replies
George: ‘’it’s never too late brother, you have gotten your hands dirty by killing those men you should have informed the police.’’ George articulates
‘’they killed my wife, they murdered Susan’’ Bill responds
‘’I know that and am sorry brother, but I have you now, you are the only family I have.’’ He George continues, ‘’Remember what father used to tell us?’’
‘’he used to tell us to take care of each other’’ Bill replies.
‘’you are not alone, I will take care of you brother, just me and you like old times’’ George promises
‘’every night I go to sleep I see her in my dreams; I thought killing those men will give me peace’’ Bill speaks his mind out.
‘’ I understand brother; I will help you get through this.’’ George promises.
(Bill sighs)
‘’I have been planning to walk away from the drug business and start a new life just me, you and your son.’’ George continues ‘’everything is going to be alright.’’
Bill unties his brother as they hug and the conflict between the two ends. They decide to live together outside Mexico in New York. Bill gets his job back as well as the disc and surrenders it to the high court judge. Due to the evidence in the disc, all the criminals were charged in court including George who receives a one year jail. His term is reduced due to his cooperation.

It is Saturday night, Bill and his family are celebrating their son’s birthday. Everybody seems to be happy with bubbles and balloons drifted in the air aimlessly. In the corner of the room, there is an unopened, stack of presents wrapped in shiny wrapping papers. A silk bow is tied around every parcel. On the other hand, hungry children loomed in the overfilled food around the table. Sandwiches are grabbed by the children as their mouths are filled with sweets. In the middle of the table is the birthday cake covered in thick icing and it seems enormous decorated with tiny roses, pink in color. In the center of the table are colored bowls with food. In a few minutes, everyone is signaled to join in the cake cutting. Bill and Susan’s son is in the middle. Their son collected his breath and blew eleven candles marking his eleventh birthday. Everyone claps as they sing happy birthday songs. In a few minutes, people wearing masks enter the room carrying heavy fire and start to command for money. Bill is knocked on the head as he falls. All the children are forced to flee to the bedroom and the room is locked.
“Please take whatever you want and leave us unharmed,” Bill uttered
In a deep voice, the 1st man shouted ‘’shut up!’’ he continuous ‘’Sit down now and don’t try anything stupid.’’
Bill is forced to sit in a chair and tied with his hand behind the chair. The men take his wife and start to harass her sexually
Angrily, Bill shouts ‘’leave her alone you bastards! If you touch her, I will kill you all.’’
(Knocking bill on the head) ‘’shut up old man!’’ 2nd man interrupts
‘’tell us where the money is, and we will leave her alone’’ 3rd man promises.
‘’All the money is in the safe, get the money and leave her alone,’’ Bill replies
After a moment of silence, Bill is loosed from the chair and forced to open the safe. They get all the money. Tension is filled in the room as Bill, and his wife is trembling with fear.
(Directing a gun at bill’s head) ‘’tell us where the disk is now!’’ The 1st man commands.
‘’which discs are you talking about I don’t understand’’. Bill continues ‘’you have the money, leave my family alone.’’
(Directing a gun at Susan’s head) ‘’You have two minutes’’ 2nd man threatens
‘’1...2’’ 3rd man counts
‘’just stop I will show you where the disk is.’’(In a weak voice) Bill interrupts
‘’where is it?’’ the 1st man shouts.

Winston Churchill was an intelligent war strategist, ready to defend the nation against external threats. He made use of his instinctive belief in the union of the Anglo-Saxon peoples, using tricks to attract the United States to a military alliance and a declaration of war against Russia and Hitler’s Germany. With that, he marked his climax as a statesman, and when Hitler invaded the Soviet Union, his response was swift. This is why I think he would be swift in combating Russian cyber attacks even if it meant Britain using cyber attacks of its own to spy on Russian authorities and gain useful intelligence.
For instance, he was once advised by friends in the intelligence service, acquiring a scheme of clear awareness of the rise of the USSR and the threat that this posed for the region. In 1935, Churchill alerted the House of Commons about the importance of protecting free governments and Western civilization from the constant advance of despotism and authoritarianism, making constant calls for British action (Heppell 101). As a result, I also believe that Churchill would order British intelligence agencies to conduct thorough reviews of cyber-attacks from the Russian government or any threats from other regimes.
Even though h was a revolutionary leader, h did not shy away from unconventional methods to achieve what he wanted, especially if circumstances required these methods. A good example of this is when he supported the use of chemical weapons and gas attacks. He had no doubts about it: they had to be used. Also, he used famine tactics to create food shortages and weaken enemy regimes. Such unorthodox methods only prove that he was a man that would go to extreme measures to further his cause. This is part of why I think he would not oppose the use of cyber attacks on the Russian government. Years later, during the Second World War, the British leader would resort to equally implacable procedures (Dyker 37). He tried to sink German morale through violent bombing raids on Dresden, Leipzig and other cities, where they were civilians, not soldiers, the victims. In the case of Dresden (February 1945), one of the European architectural wonders, the British high command justified its destruction with fallacies. Churchill allowed the carnage because he was willing to do absolutely anything to win.
Relationship with Stalin
Despite his hatred of the Soviet Union, he still decided to put aside his entrenched anti-communism. He embraced Stalin and incorporated him into the Great Alliance. Nonetheless, it seemed more than likely that Stalin would try to expand his territory and influence in Eastern Europe. Churchill's initial orders to his chiefs of staff were to assess Britain's potential ability to put pressure on the Soviets through the use of threats or brute force (Rosato 66). They had to calculate the chances of success of a defensive strike led by British and American forces against the Soviet Union two months after the surrender of Germany. The object of this attack would be to impose on Stalin "the will" of these two old allies by recovering, first, the Polish territory and then penetrating the Soviet Union (Vatis 56). With this in mind, it is almost that Churchill would do anything to prevent Russian dominance, including supporting cyber attacks against Russia.
Russia
World War II had barely ended in Europe when British Prime Minister Winston Churchill ordered his war cabinet to prepare a plan to attack the Soviet Union. The relationship between Churchill and Stalin was not particularly cordial. Churchill had a visceral hatred of communism and the Soviet Union, but in the end, the alliance between the two became necessary (Feis 45). Churchill believed that a preemptive strike against Russia could be the only way to stop "the communist conquest of the West. Stalin established an espionage network in the United Kingdom, and for Churchill, Stalin was always a hard negotiator and difficult to convince. And, by then, Stalin would have already laid the foundations of Soviet domination.
No wonder Churchill was physically and mentally exhausted. After spending five years leading the war effort in Britain, there was now the danger that this immense achievement would be overshadowed, right at the end, by the establishment of a new dictatorship in Europe. Although he had spent many years in the margins of power, Churchill seemed to follow a tougher line of action than his predecessor's with respect to Stalin. In conclusion, few leaders of the Second World War can be compared in hardness and pragmatism. He did not let himself be dragged, like others, by sentimental matters.
After the conclusion of the First World War and the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, the defeated Germany was forced to pay exorbitant reparations of war to the victors. The resulting economic depression that gripped the country fueled German resentment against the other nations of Europe, in addition to a growing nationalist sentiment. One of the ideas that were gaining more followers had to do with the "necessary" arrival of a strong man in the government that would lead Germany through her path of lost glories. As a result, Nazism was born. It had an ideological level of greater philosophical scope, and several front-line thinkers can be mentioned as antecedents of this political conception.
The role of Hitler
The distinguished personage and maximum leader of Nazism was Adolf Hitler, a military man and Austrian politician born in 1889. He counted on an efficient panel of collaborators, like the military chief of the German aviation, or Luftwaffe, Hermann Göring, the famous minister of propaganda Joseph Goebbels, the builder of the concentration camps Heinrich Himmler, and the organizational brain of the Final Solution, Adolf Eichmann. And the especially sinister figure of Joseph Mengele, a doctor remembered for his atrocious experiments with the prisoners.
The German conditions between the wars were especially hard. Many Germans joined the army as a way to contribute to a possible German resurgence. Among them was Adolf Hitler, a young aspiring painter who had been rejected by the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, and then ex-combatant of the First World War. Hitler had his first contacts with politics in 1919 when he was assigned to spy on the German Workers Party. But he quickly began to show his talent as a speaker and was caught by the Party, within which he was quickly climbing positions. Hitler left the army in 1920 to get fully involved in politics, and renamed the Workers Party as a National Socialist Party.
By 1921, thanks to his oratory and charisma, he was already a leader in the Party. In 1923, considering that Chancellor Stresemann maintained a policy of submission to the victors of the First World War, he decided to attempt a coup d'état. The coup fails, and Hitler is arrested, but the event provides him with an unexpected platform to make himself known, and to spread the Nazi ideology. In prison, he would perhaps write his only book, which is essentially an ideology and an autobiography: My Struggle (Mein Kampf). It deals with the need to create the Third German Empire, impose the superiority of the so-called Aryan Race, especially by eliminating or subduing what were considered “inferior races.”
Effects of Nazism
Nazism began to gain accessions after the departure of Hitler from prison. Assuming an electoral strategy, the Nazi Party obtains great representation in Parliament. Hitler carried out the necessary maneuvers to be appointed chancellor in 1933 (Longerich, 2003 p. 45). Hitler's rise to power opened the door to the dismantling of German institutions to concentrate power in a man, especially when he obtained the presidency after the death of Hindenburg. The Nazi discourse took its toll on the population, who additionally saw the country recover thanks to Nazi industrialization policies, especially in the military field. Few people saw the persecution of communists, or the dispossession and discrimination of the Jews, who were presented as guilty of the country's problems by the Nazi propaganda apparatus.
Holocaust
It is thought that between 3 million and 6 million Jews were exterminated from 1941 to 1945, taken by the Nazis to extermination and concentration camps, in addition to the ghettos. The Jewish Holocaust had tremendous consequences on Nazi Germany (Diner, 2010 p. 1945). The persecution of the Jews was gaining in intensity until the approval, in 1942, of the Final Solution, which was an organized procedure to execute all the Jews of Germany systematically, and if possible, of Europe (Longerich, 2003 p. 92). The policy of German "Living Space" was nothing more than an expansionism through which Nazi Germany was annexing territories. The international permissiveness in this sense increased the German voracity, which ended up exploding the Second World War.
The cost in lives caused by the war was enormous. Only in Jewish prisoners, Nazism caused the death of 6 million people, what is known as the Jewish holocaust. Later, the Allied pressure, the failures to try to occupy the USSR, and the Nazi economic debacle caused by excessive industrialization and too many war expenses, caused in 1945 the ruin and defeat of German Nazism. The ruin of Nazism derived in the German division of 1949 (Diner, 2010 p. 1945). It is currently an outlawed ideology in that country. In some areas of Europe, there are groups that call themselves "neo-Nazis," and use Nazi symbols, in addition to promoting racial supremacy.
The end of democracy in Germany
After Hitler rose to power, he fought against democratic space and free will in an attempt to make Germany one of the most authoritarian countries. Hitler encouraged anti- Communism, anti-Semitism and Pan-Germanism with his charismatic rhetoric and Nazi ideology. The goal was to establish a New Order of Nazi Germany of absolute hegemony on the European continent. Hitler's Nazi Party disseminated the doctrine of racial hatred and contempt for democracy and onset of dictatorship. Hitler committed serious faults to the freedom of his opponents.
The disappearance of the rule of law
Citizens who were not in agreement with the Regime were persecuted by different institutions such as the Gestapo, which was founded in 1933 to suppress and hold back opposition to the Hitler administration. Since 1936, Hitler was declared not liable to submit to the constraints of the law, and as a result, he had only himself to answer to. No one was allowed to question his rule or ideologies (Longerich, 2003 p. 101). His ascension to power introduces an era of authoritarian rule and subjection of other races.
Centralization and coordination from the only authoritarian central power
Nazism was important in the expansion of the fascist ideology and its rise to power. The armed conflict accelerated the decline of civic and humanist values (primacy of reason, faith in progress, defense of individual liberties and equal rights), whose crisis ran parallel to the ineffectiveness of the liberal democracies. Nazism vehemently spoke out against parliamentarism, freedom, and egalitarianism with the same forcefulness with which they condemned communism and trade unionism.
Social changes
It is quite an agenda, and one that perhaps has remained since they moved to the Jews. That is why there is now the problem in the Gaza Strip that is now one of the potential conflicts in the world; I also influence that Germany was divided into a few years in Republican and Democratic since all types of human rights were violated, was one of the greatest genocides in history. After the World War II, a small neo-Nazi association continued its presence in the German federal republic, which gained popularity after the unification of Germany in 1990, made up of disgruntled young people who have targeted Jewish, black, and white people as their targets of violence. Neo-Nazi organizers have also emerged in different European and American countries.

In the case of a patient who has had issues with her delivery, there is the need for her to get the supportive care from qualified midwives (Mander, 2008). Because of the nature of the health requirement, it would be dangerous for the patient to receive care from unqualified personnel. In this case, Sarah needed to obtain a qualified care, but she only had attention from an inexperienced woman. As part of the elaborate care plan, Sarah will be a subject of professional attention to assist her to recover fully. It will be necessary for the nurses and the midwives to attend to her so that they can use their experience to save her situation. She will receive professional counseling, following her tendency to take alcohol at all times. She will get assistance to stop the habit of taking drugs occasionally since doing so will make her health worse. It may be the cause for her delayed labor.
A mother who has a similar condition to that of Sarah needs a continued assistance (Homer et al. 2008). Now that Sarah’s daughter is in the nursery, she will have some help to make her understand the need to create a strong bond between her and the child. Since she looks out of place due to the condition she is facing, the professional midwife will make sure that Sarah keeps in touch with her baby at all times. When the time comes for her discharge, the nurses will make sure that they make a follow up for her and the child. The follow up will assist Sarah in the proper way of handling the parental responsibility. At the time of discharge, Sarah will receive a program that she will be using to attend clinics for medical follow-ups.
An expectant mother needs to attend antenatal appointments (Sharma, 2009). The dates help to address any issues that may be affecting the unborn child, as well as the health of the mother. Sarah did not attend the appointments well, following a challenge with transport. The irregular attendance led to her condition without her knowing. This problem is now adversely affecting her experience as a mother. As part of the elaborate care plan, she will have an active transport organized by the local authorities. The move will ensure that she attends the postnatal appointments that will enhance her experience as a mother. All will be catered for by the administration, and the comprehensive medical cover will provide for any treatment costs that she may incur. It is expected that the experience will boost her ability to undertake parental responsibilities with the required sobriety.
Improper care during the gestation period is detrimental to the unborn baby (Medforth, 2011). At the time of delivery, the baby will face challenges of dealing with the atmosphere outside the womb, and the condition may be frustrating to the mother. It is the same case that happens with Sarah, where her baby girl was not responding well when she was only three days old. As part of the complicated care plan, Sarah will have a person to assist her deal with the condition at hand. The midwives will be there to advise her on what to do, as well as taking the right care for the kids. The experience that she gets with the midwives will assist her in dealing with her baby at home, and enable her to meet the expectations she had of being the best mum to her daughter. She was still willing to give the best care and attention to the child, and the complex care plan would assist a great deal.
It is the role of the midwives to ensure that the mother and the child receive the necessary treatment if any is required (Tharpe, 2006). Sarah’s condition was devastating and could have made her hate being a mother anymore. To avoid such a situation, it would be necessary that the midwives and nurses combine their efforts to ensure that they offer the necessary treatment to the baby girl. Doing so will ensure that the mother gains the necessary confidence that would help her at the time and also in the future. If they find that the facilities are not sufficient for specialized complex care, they will refer the mother and the child to a facility that will manage their condition properly. Doing so will boost their accountability as midwives and defend their quality of services and duty of care (Tilley & Watson, 2004). They owe the patient and her child a duty of care, and if the current facility would not offer the specialized care, then the local authority will ensure that Sarah gained access to the best center.
According to the plan, Sarah will spend some few weeks in the hospital to give the medical staff ample time to look after her condition. During this period, she will be under scrutiny from a specialist. She will receive the necessary assistance to heal from her past disorganized life, and also any complications that may have arisen due to the unprofessional midwifery at the time on her delivery. In the meantime, her daughter will be under the care of the midwives and nurses in the nursery, who will be adjusting the conditions of the nursery environment that suits her best. It is expected that at the end of the specified period, Sarah and her child will have the best care and treatment that will make her accept her situation and move on with life as a mother. The local authorities will be there to ensure that they meet all the financial costs that she will incur up to the time of her discharge. She will also get the financial support to enable her to stand on her ground, based on the fact that she does not have good connections with her family. It is expected that she will have a source of income, and she will enjoy her experience as a mother. In case of any eventuality, the health care providers will be ready to attend to her at any time. Professional counseling will be available for her, to help her deal with the depression that makes her alcoholic and a drug user.
