To achieve the above objective, both qualitative and quantitative methods have been used. The author reviewed several articles, research reports, and included face to face in-depth interviews of fifteen entrepreneurs. Moreover, the applied five-point Likert scale questionnaire responded 100 random entrepreneurs from the rural areas of Bangladesh to recognize the barriers in accessing financial institutions and figure out how financial inclusions can contribute more in the informal economy. The results of this study suggest that complicated loans process, high-interest rates, absence of a life skills program, lack of financial freedom for women and property rights, entrepreneurial paradox, absence of collaterals, financial institutions negligence, mismanagement of loans, lack of interactions with local successful entrepreneur and imbalance of family and professional promise are the major barriers in accessing financial institutions in Bangladesh. In addition, financial inclusions are required to bring about changes in their lives. The results of the study will help Bangladesh and other developing countries break down the barriers for women entrepreneurs and develop the business opportunities created by women. In this regard, future research will anticipate both urban and rural areas, with a larger sample and quantitative studies will be conducted. date of paper receipt: 27.07.2020.

Different microvascular and macrovascular diseases (DPN, Retinopathy, Nephropathy, Cardiac autonomic nerve damage, blood vessel damage, and heart diseases) are mutually present in diabetic patients due to uncontrolled high glucose levels for a long period. Uncontrolled high glucose levels for a long period causes cardiovascular dysfunctionality by oxidative stress and inflammation that affects the natural heart rate variation (HRV). Twenty type-2 diabetic patients among them 10 of the subjects are DPN positive (DPN_P) and the other 10 subjects are DPN negative (DPN_N) participated in the research. ECG data of the participants were recorded with a Holter device for 24 hours. ECG data of both classes were characterized using 9 features. Extracted features of ECG are analyzed with a statistical significance method to interpret the information of the uniqueness of DPN positive and negative class. In the analysis, it is observed that the probability of a test statistic between DPN positive and negative class of all features of ECG rejected the null hypothesis at 0.01592% significance level. Through the investigation, the results of this study lend evidence to the validity of the ECG demonstration of DPN positive class and negative class as a new measure of DPN.

Each country has to import to meet its own demand. Bangladesh is no exception to this rule. Bangladesh is a developing country; its economy has been hit by a trade deficit since the beginning. Thus, this article examines the impact of exports, imports, and inflation on Bangladesh's GDP by applying the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test, Johansen integration test, and Vector autoregressive model (VAR) analysis. To conduct this study annual time series data from 1982-2019 has been used. Exports, imports, and inflation are very potential macroeconomic factors for Bangladesh's economy. The results obtained concluded that the series was present and that the regression model was significant. Based on the results, exports had a positive but not significant relationship to GDP. Imports, on the other hand, had an insignificant and negative relationship to GDP. Inflation is a significant and positive relationship to GDP.

To bridge the gap of the right approximation of cost of capital, this study aims to sermon a significant role of investor’s risk perception as unsystematic risk in PPP-based energy projects. Design/methodology/approach To investigate the effective mechanism of determining cost of capital and valuing the capital budgeting, a pure-play method has been acquired to measure systematic risk. In addition, dynamic conditional correlation (DCC) and generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (GARCH) models have been applied to calculate weighted average cost of capital. Findings Initially, a joint cost of capital of energy-related projects has been calculated using DCC-GARCH and pure-play method. Investors risk perception has been discussed through market point of view using country risk premium modeling. Latter yearly betas have been calculated ...

This paper tries to determine the aspects associated with this argument and explains the effects of globalization in the developing countries in three important and co-related fields i.e. economic and trade processes, education and health systems and culture on the basis of some of the scholars' arguments expressed on the subject. In the recent past, there have been the pros and cons of globalization in developing countries. Some argue that globalization is indeed a curse to the developing countries as it can neither be rejected nor fully be applied to its national policy. However, many others suggest that globalization should be looked at in all its manifestations and from different angles it is a blessing for those countries. In order to address this issue, when considered from the economic perspective, the negative economic impacts of globalization should be...

We are still grappling with the implications in various areas of our everyday lives. The impulsive buying habits of consumers, the supply chain, and the whole industry are not exceptions. Consumers and supply chains were both unprepared during the early stages of the novel coronavirus pandemic. The procurement of utilitarian products was referred to as panic buying. The study examined using exploratory studies on several individuals in the eight selected Islamic countries who have been panic buying in coronavirus-affected areas and have faced regional constraints. The data apply on exploratory factor analysis (EFA) in eight selected Islamic countries, three hundred sample finally selected, and a good number of volunteers supported in this study. The results have shown that a drastic financial effect on the economy where purchasing power and remittance inflow declined, inflation goes up and precaution for lockdown, whereas ...
