We here report a case of self-induced bullous lesions on the shoulder in an adolescent with major depression and suicidal ideations. The study involved a 22-year old man, who was a chronic smoker, an occasional user of cannabis and alchool with no particular past medical history, with divorced parents, in conflict with his father. He presented with bullous eruption on the left shoulder made of bubbles, post-bullous skin erosions and scabs on a healthy skin. The monomorphic appearance of lesions, their accessibility (on the left shoulder in a right-handed patient), patient's history and his psychiatric problems have immediately suggested the investigation of self-induced dermatosis or factitious disorder. The PV module is associated with simple controlling circuit for the lead acid battery as storage unit and the voltage regulator 5V DC as output unit of the PV system. Such PV system may be used as a power supplier for some electronics devices; portable phones and small computers, luminous traffic sign and displays, programmable components and microcontrollers, timers, embedded systems (GSM, PIC, FPGA cards...). Indeed, the aim of our investigation resides in the conception and realization of reliable low cost portable photovoltaic system. La question se pose aussi pour les phénomènes inflammatoires avec oedèmes inexpliqués que les praticiens nous décrivent après injection d'acide hyaluronique : l'acide hyaluronique à chaînes courtes < à 500 000 Dalton est-il responsable ? En cas de problème un kit vigilance comprenant un patch test au BDDE, une IDR à l'acide hyaluronique réticulé, et non réticulé, avec chaînes courtes et chaînes longues, plus une liste de bilans auto-immuns à pratiquer devrait être distribué à tout médecin qui achète des seringues d'acide hyaluronique. Conclusion Les laboratoires devraient proposer un kit vigilance pour nous aider à gérer et surtout comprendre les effets secondaires des Injections à l'acide hyaluronique. ABSTRACT In the present work, we report the indoor photo-electrical measurements of monocrystalli... more ABSTRACT In the present work, we report the indoor photo-electrical measurements of monocrystalline silicon based photovoltaic (PV) module associated with 4 Ah lead acid battery as a storage unit for low power PV system applications. Concerning the PV module, our measurements show, at low illumination regime, that the short circuit current ISC increases linearly with the illumination power levels. Moreover, for high illumination levels, the mechanism of bimolecular recombination and space charge limitation may be intensified and hence the short current of the PV module ISCMod depends sublinearly on the incident optical power; the behavior is nonlinear. For the open circuit voltage of the PV module VOCMod measurements, a linear variation of the VOCMod versus the short circuit current in semi-logarithmic scale has been noticed. The diode ideality factor n and diode saturation current Is have been investigated; the values of n and Is are approximately of 1.3 and 10−9 A, respectively. In addition, we have shown, for different discharging–charging currents rates (i.e. 0.35 A, 0.2 A and 0.04 A), that the battery voltage decreases with discharging time as well as discharging battery capacity, and on the other hand it increases with the charging time and will rise up until it maximized value. The initial result shows the possibility to use such lead acid battery for low power PV system, which is generally designed for the motorcycle battery.
