Bumi Rajasa Trading mempunyai kisaran pendapatan yang selalu berubah-ubah, tergantung dari pencapaian target pada setiap periode atau perbulannya.Untuk mengatasi masalah income atau pendapatan yang tidak menentu tersebut maka CV. Bumi Rajasa Trading harus dapat memprediksi income yang akan didapat pada periode berikutnya agar pemimpin perusahaan dapat mengambil sikap dalam melakukan perbaikan bak dari segi pelayanan maupun produk agar dapat lebih bersaing dengan pasar. Maka dari itu digunakanlah Data mining untuk memprediksi income menggunakan metode Multiple Linear Regression.Data mining dengan metode Multiple Linear Regression ini dapat membantu CV. Bumi Rajasa Trading untuk melakukan perencanaan dan perbaikan, baik dalam hal pelayanan, pengadaan stok barang ataupun peningkatan kualitas barang.

Background: Sequential inhibition of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) pathway with s... more Background: Sequential inhibition of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) pathway with sorafenib could be useful for patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Our aim was to determine the activity and tolerability of sorafenib as a second-line therapy in advanced RCC initially treated with a different VEGF-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). Methods: A prospective observational cohort in Mexico (2012-2019). We included 132 subjects with metastatic RCC and who had progression despite treatment with sunitinib. The primary end-point was time to disease progression as evaluated every 12-16 weeks. Results: The mean age of the cohort was 59 years (interquartile range [IQR] 50-72), 96 (73%) were men, and 48 (36%) had a favorable prognosis according to the IMDC (International Metastatic RCC Database Consortium) prognostic model. The median progression-free survival (PFS) and overall-survival after the introduction of sorafenib treatment was 8.6 months (95% con dence interval [CI]: 6.7-10.5) and 40 months (95% CI: 34.5-45.4) respectively. The median overall survival from RCC diagnosis to death was 71 months (95% CI: 58.2-83.8). On multivariable analyses, age >65 years was associated with a longer PFS (HR 0.51; 95% CI: 0.31-0.86; p = 0.018). The median PFS in subjects aged >65 years was longer compared to subjects ≤65 years (14.0 [95% CI: 9.2-18.8] vs. 7.2 months [95% CI: 5.3-9.1]; p = 0.012). Adverse events grade ≥3 associated with sorafenib occurred in 38 (29%) patients. Conclusion: Sequential inhibition of VEGF with sorafenib as a second-line treatment may bene t patients with metastatic RCC, especially in subjects >65 years old.

Careful ongoing evaluation of clinical competency is required to ensure continuous reviewing for curriculum development. The objective of this study was to investigate self-perceptions of clinical competency of fresh medical graduates using the Kirkpatrick framework – the most convenient and widely used model for measuring clinical competency. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 50 fresh medical graduates of Widad University College, Malaysia in 2019 using a standardised questionnaire containing 43-items of competency. Respondents were asked to rate self-perceptions of his/her competency in these attributes using a five-point Likert scale against each attribute, where 5 = always competent and 1 = never competent. The response rate was 92%. This paper proposes a droop-based control scheme for Modular multilevel converter (MMC) based HVD... more This paper proposes a droop-based control scheme for Modular multilevel converter (MMC) based HVDC systems connected to weak / very weak grids. The control scheme mainly includes P-f and Q-V droops, d-q voltage closed-loop, d-q current closed-loop, circulating current suppression, as well as submodule (SM) voltage balancing controls. Using droop control, frequency is obtained by controlling active power flow and Phase Locked Loop (PLL) which is usually used to obtain the frequency is avoided. Thus, MMC-HVDC systems with the proposed control scheme overcome the obstacles caused by PLL in weak grids applications. A 100 kW grid-connected MMC-HVDC system is built and simulated in Matlab/Simulink, and two control schemes, traditional vector control and droop-based control, are used to control the system. Performance of the MMC-HVDC system with two different control schemes are analyzed and compared. Comparison results show that vector control fails under weak / very weak ac grid condition, while the proposed droop-based control works well under both strong and weak grid conditions. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme applied for MMC-HVDC connected to weak / very weak grids.

Kebanyakan air mancur pada umumnya yang memiliki variasi biasa-biasa saja, hanya mengeluarkan air yang menyembur ke atas saja sehingga mengurangi keindahan dan membuat kurang menarik perhatian. Sistem rancang bangun system otomatis pada animasi air mancur otomatis dapat diatur dan diprogram didalam Mikrokontroller. Mikrokontroller adalah sebuah Chip yang dapat melakukan pemrosesan data secara digital sesuai dengan perintah pemrograman. Dalam sistem ini akan mengembangkan sebuah air mancur yang dapat mengeluarkan animasi-animasi di setiap semburan airnya untuk menjadi tambahan daya tarik bagi masyarakat. Sistem kendali yang digunakan merupakan sistem kendali Timer Counter yang di implementasikan di air mancur.

Logika fuzzy memiliki lebih dari satu metode dalam perhitungan perkiraan hasil suatu kasus tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dengan cara membandingkan metode fuzzy Tsukamoto dengan metode fuzzy Mamdani dalam kasus memperkirakan harga sepeda motor bekas dan menentukan metode manakah yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode komparasi atau perbandingan, dalam membandingkan perhitungannya menggunakan nilai rata-rata dari hasil yang diperoleh pada kedua metode fuzzy tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa perkiraan harga sepeda motor bekas menggunakan metode fuzzy Tsukamoto lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan hasil perkiraan harga sepeda motor bekas menggunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani. Penelitian ini sangat cocok untuk dipelajari bagi pengembang aplikasi yang ingin membuat aplikasi perkiraan harga sepeda motor bekas menggunakan logika fuzzy baik berbasis desktop, web maupun mobile.
