However, this relationship between climate change and agriculture are not yet predictable for the future, it so will be interesting to do a predictive study which will establish the link between climate change and agricultural production, and subsequently suggested adaptation plans. In this study, we will conduct a comparative study between the various methods and tools for analyzing data from data mining, to determine the threat of climate impact change on the production of the olive tree in Spain.

Knowing today there are about fifteen controlled substances. Other non-regulated environmental pollutants are the subject of our research for monitoring and quality control. Currently no threshold concentration limit for these unregulated products (in air, or in water) exists or / and adopted. Therefore, our objective is to initiate research to define a list of pollutants to be investigated before launching a harmonized measurement test campaign. Some of these techniques are now widely used in farms. To extend this work and in the most comprehensive approach possible, our research team is working on the development of farm-level practices to integrate different environmental concerns: water quality, air. In order for these changes in practice to be truly appropriate for farmers and therefore have an effect on air and water quality, they must be coherent, practical and agronomic, and economically viable. On the other hand, the aim of this project is to show the impact of climate change on the agricultural sector and on agricultural production, based on data analysis of all parameters that cause climate change in Coordination with the necessary agricultural conditions. This will allow us to set up a climate change prediction system for the determination of the parameters of a risk prediction model and the prediction of periods of drought and flood. Our final ambition for this project is the realization of in-depth scientific and experimental field research by specialists and experts in the field (Applied to the two different regions of EL Jadida and Larache), to set up a system that helps decision-makers and farmers protecting the environment and production and adapting crops according to climatic variations. This system consists of several layers that ensure proper functioning of the process from the collection of data in real time via networks of wireless sensors, geolocation and the transmission of data via radio waves (5th generation) for possible filtering, Cleaning, storage and analysis in order to define an incremental knowledge database that can be used in the decision support system. This system can be used as a reference and generalized at the international level.

Research in this context has confronted several challenges: dynamism of crop growth management, which makes it a complex problem and difficult to model, lack of qualified agronomic services and absence of site-specific fertilizer recommendations. The proposed solution in this paper aims to provide crop recommendations for the use of fertilizers, irrigation duration… by the adoption of multi-agent systems (MAS) that will overcome the complexity of the problem. In addition, we opted for wireless sensor network (WSN) to collect data on the agricultural environment, such as temperature, moisture, humidity and light. This solution divided into four parts, starting with receiving data from the sensor, filtering these data, visualizing and controlling components and finally arriving at the mining stage as a decision support system. In this article, our simulation was in Lokoss region in order to establishing a predictive analysis on the impact of climatic change on red fruits.

The main goal of this article is the proper use of the data mining technique for meteorological and agricultural data to help in the development of agriculture in Mediterranean region. study of meteorological data affected by climate change using a data mining technique such as clustering technique by combining with knowledge base constructed from climate rules adapted to a specific agricultural crop. Using this technique, we can acquire new information that can help predict the future quality of the yield of this crop and sought to improve its production, the model built from the large dataset transfers the information retrieved in usable knowledge for classification and forecasting of climatic conditions. We discussed the use of a data mining technique to analyze meteorological and agricultural data. Various data extraction tools and techniques are already available, but they have been used in a very limited way for meteorological data and are never combined with a knowledge dataset adapted to a specific agriculture culture. In this paper, an algorithm based on a network of neurons to predict the impact of climate change on the production and yields of some agricultural crops for a future time and a given site.

In this context, we propose an adaptive decision system that allows transport companies to find the optimal path. The proposed system is based on an optimization process that maximizes the fill rate and minimizes pickup time. In this article, we present the process of time optimization and the path for personnel transport. The process generates a plan for the points to be visited and the number to be transported for each vehicle. The proposed process consists of four stages: the first one allows to model the real situation in directed graph; the nodes are the pickup location and the arcs are the roads. The second step is to represent the graph in the form of a square matrix of order (n * n) knowing that n is the number of pickup points. The third step generates all possible paths with the number of each trip. Based on the results of the third step, we assign vehicles to each journey based on type and capacity, starting with the path that has the most manpower in order to transport the maximum number of personnel. After having specified the points to be visited, we use the Dijiksra algorithm to find the optimal route to follow taking into account the traffic jam.

Several econometric models have been tested based on primary data. These models made it possible to establish part of the relationship between agricultural income and climatic variables (temperature and precipitation) and, on the other hand, to analyze the sensitivity of agricultural incomes to these climatic variables. The field of agriculture is extremely sensitive to the change of the climate, the variations intra and inter-seasonal cause the increase in the temperatures and the variations on the modes of precipitation which decreases the seasonal crop yields and increases the probability of bad short-term harvests and a reduction of the long-term production. However, this relation between climate change and agriculture are not yet foreseeable for the future, it will be thus interesting to make a predictive study which will allow the climatic analysis of data followed by an Agro climatic study of data to establish the connection between climate change and agricultural production and suggested afterward plans of adaptation to this change. In this study, we will carry out a comparative study, between the various methodology and tools of analysis of data of data mining to choose the algorithms that will adapt the best for our predictive analysis which will allow us to determine the threat of the impact of the climate change on the production of certain agricultural crops in morocco.
