This article is published with open access at Springerlink.com Abstract The pathophysiology of gait and balance dis-orders in elderly people with ‘higher level gait disorders’ (HLGD) is poorly understood. In this study, we aimed to identify the brain networks involved in this disorder. Standardised clinical scores, biomechanical parameters of gait initiation and brain imaging data, including deep white matter lesions (DWML) and brain voxel-based morphom-etry analyses, were assessed in 20 HLGD patients in comparison to 20 age-matched controls. In comparison to controls, HLGD patients presented a near-normal prepa-ratory phase of gait initiation, but a severe alteration of both locomotor and postural parameters of first-step execution, which was related to ‘axial ’ hypokinetic-rigid signs. HLGD patients showed a significant grey matter

However, the deviation degree of structure is mainly the imbalance between industrial structure and employment structure. The lag refers to the degree to which the employment structure lags behind the industrial structure in the time dimension, and when the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure is measured in terms of time. Employment lags behind time over a long horizon which in turn causes serious unemployment, and affect industrial structure adjustment and upgrade. The study construct an analysis model for the lag time of the employment structure and provide findings that will resolve the incompatible state of the two structures, and promote the healthy development of industrial structure and employment structure in Vietnam. Through the research conclusion it is revealed that, af...

Some principles for ECD are developed from these lessons. Based on this experience, six practical ideas are proposed to accelerate ECD implementation in the context of the Paris Declaration. Context Vietnam invested almost US$1.8 billion of ODA resources in 2006, which although less than 4% of GDP, represents more than 25% of the public capital investment budget 1 .

The coated PVA-GA film was beneficial in terms of increasing the stability and reproducibility of the enzyme electrode. The electrode showed a sensitive current response to the reduction of the o-quinone, which was the oxidation product of phenol, by the tyrosinase, in the presence of oxygen. The effects of the PVA and PVA-GA coating, the pH, and the GA:PVA ratio on the current response were investigated. The sensitivity of the PVA-GA-Tyr electrode was 130.56 A/mM (1.8 A/M cm 2) and the linear range of phenol was 0.5-100 M. At a higher concentration of phenol (>100 M), the current response showed the Michaelis-Menten behavior. Using the PVA-GA-Tyr electrode, a two-electrode system was tested as a prototype sensor for portable applications.
