In contemporary societies plays a decisive role in influencing the way of acting or thinking of individuals, able to modify the way that men know and understand the reality around them. Because it is instructive and educational is a tool that facilitates dialogue between members of society. The present research analyzes the need for true community television. Beyond its geographical conditions seek a television that reflects their people, attached to the theoretical concepts of what is now known as the world community TV, able to achieve with your audience feedback and thus a greater impact on life everyday living there, as social beings transform their own reality.
