This research determined the effect of husk ash and POC Nasa leaf fertilizer on celery growth and... more This research determined the effect of husk ash and POC Nasa leaf fertilizer on celery growth and yield. This research was done in Karangasem Village, Sraten, Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency, at 129 m above sea level. The success of celery plant growth depends on principal growth and suitable cultivation procedures. Husk ash is one of the soil binders that keeps nutrients available for plants. The silica content can strengthen the leaves. In the experiment, plants that were given roasted husks had more erect leaves. Besides strengthening leaves, the phosphate content in husk ash can strengthen plants and encourage the development of plant cells-a good place to live for microorganisms (beneficial microbes). The presence of husk ash as a mixture of soil media can bind nutrients in the soil so that they are always available for the plant. This study used the factorial method with a completely randomized design (CRD) pattern consisting of two treatment factors. The treatment factor was administering husk ash dose A (A0 = without husk ash, A1 = 40 grams; A2 = 50 grams). Concentration of foliar fertilizer POC Nasa P (P0 = without POC Nasa, P1 = 2 cc/ltr, P2 = 3 cc/ltr). The data obtained were analyzed with a 5% variance. If it had a significant effect, it continued with the 5% DMRT test. The results showed that the administration of a combination treatment of husk ash dose and concentration of POC Nasa (AxP) leaf fertilizer was significantly different to the number of leaves per strand. The treatments of various doses of husk ash were not significantly different from the six observation parameters, and the concentration treatment of POC Nasa leaf fertilizer was not significantly different from the six observation parameters. The highest number of plant leaves, 78 g, was obtained in the combination of A2P1 (husk ash 50 g and a concentration of POC Nasa leaf fertilizer of 2 cc/l). The lowest number of plant leaves, 22 g, was obtained in the combination of A2P2 (Husk Ash 50 g and a concentration of POC Nasa Leaf Fertilizer 3 cc/l).

The research was conducted in November 2018 until January 2019, in Ngerni, sub-village Bolopleret, Juwiring sub-district,Klaten Regency with altitude of 100-200 m dpl. This study used a completely randomized design method (CRD) with 12 teratment combinations and repeated 3 times so that 36 units were obtained. The first factor was the nitrogen fertilizer (N) dose which consisted of 4 treatment levels: (1) without nitrogen fertilizer (N0), (2) nitrogen fertilizer dose as much as 1,5 grams/plant (N1), (3) nitrogen fertilizer dose as much as 3,0 grams/plant (N2),(4) nitrogen fertilizer doses is much as 4,5 grams/plant (N3). The second factor is the concentration of organic fertilize (S) which consists of 3 treatment: (1) without organic fertilizer (S0), (2)concentration of organic fertilizer 2cc/liter (S1), (3)concentration of organic fertilizer is 4cc/liter (S2). Data will be analyzed using an analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there is a significant difference it will be further tested us a multiple range test (DMRT) with a 5% level. The result show that: (1) nitogen fertilizer has a very significant effect on the number of fruit per plant but no significant effect on the parameters of number of leaves,heigt of plant, weight of fruit, fresh weight of biomass and dry weight of biomass. The most number of fruit per plant was found in the treatment of nitrogen fertilizers as much as 4,5 grams/plant (N3) namely 8,67 fruits, while the least amount was treated without nitrogen fertilizer (N0) is 4,67 fruits, (2) concentrations of organic fertilizers had a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of leaves, fresh weight of biomass and dry weight of biomass, had a significant effect on the number of fruits per plant but did not significantly affect plant height and fruit weight, (3) combinations of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer did not significantly affect the parameters of number of leaves,heigh of plant, weight of fruit, number of fruit per plant, weight of biomass and weight of dry biomass.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu pasokan bahan baku, pengembangan produk, persaingan dengan UKM lain. Pelaksanaan pengabdan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan pemasaran tentang pengembangan produk. Munculnya persaingan antar UKM, menimbulkan dampak positif bagi pelaku UKM Wahyu untuk malakukan inovasi pada produk keripik belut. Selama ini keripik belut yang dipasarkan memiliki rasa original dan tekstur sedikit keras. Isabella serta Green Belgie terhadap aplikasi PGPR. Riset sudah dilaksanakan bertepatan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan September 2020, di Dusun Sarirejo, Desa Pereng, Kecamatan Mojogedang, Kabupaten Karanganyar, dengan ketinggian 350 meter dpl. Riset ini memakai prosedur Rancangan Acak Lengkap(RAL) yang terdiri dari 2 aspek perlakuan. Aspek perlakuan pertama merupakan Varietas Anggur (B) yang terdiri dari 2 varietas anggur yakni, bibit anggur varietas Isabella (B1) serta bibit anggur varietas Green Belgie (B2). Aspek perlakuan kedua merupakan perlakuan PGPR (A) terdiri dari 4 berbagai perlakuan PGPR yakni, kontrol (A1), perendaman bibit dengan pgpr (A2), pengocoran bibit dengan pgpr (A3), perendaman serta pengocoran dengan pgpr (A4). Hasil riset ini membuktikan kalau perlakuan PGPR berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap volume akar (7,00 cm 3), serta nyata terhadap jumlah daun (6 helai), dan tidak berbeda nyata terhadap waktu munculnya tunas, panjang tunas, serta panjang akar pada parameter (B). Sebaliknya untuk parameter (A) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang tunas, jumlah daun, volume akar, serta tidak berbeda nyata terhadap waktu munculnya tunas, panjang akar. Perlakuan terbaik ada pada (B2A4) yakni Stek bibit Anggur varietas Green belgie dengan aplikasi perendaman serta pengocoran stek bibit dengan PGPR yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap volume akar (7,00 cm 3).

However, the reporting of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) in practice and its disclosure is still voluntary. This is due to the absence of standard syariah standard that regulates the reporting of Islamic CSR. The standards for disclosure of sharia CSR issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institution (AAOIFI) can not be used as a standard of CSR disclosure because it does not mention all CSR related items that a company must disclose. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) on companies listed in the Sharia Indonesia Sharia Index (ISSI) in 2013-2015. Factors used in this study, among others: the size of the company, profitability, and environmental performance. The research population is a company registered in Indonesia Sharia Sharia Index (ISSI) in 2013-2015, with sampling technique using purposive sampling. Analyzer uses multiple linear regression, which previously will be tested classical assumption which include: test of normality, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, and autokorelasi. The results showed that firm size influenced the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), while profitability and environmental performance had no effect.

The aim of this research is to formulate a development strategy for agribisation of estate crops.Analysis of the data used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Sugarcane plantation is a priority crop to be developed in Sukoharjo Regency and the chosen strategy is market penetration. This strategy is to do with upgrading activities of farmers in the development of sugarcane commodities through seeding, production, institutions, capital, human resources, appropriate technology.
