The dimensions of the collective and individual, democracy and political institutions in general, the social effects of the encounter / clash of cultures: these are the essential dimensions along which unfolds, but perhaps it would be more correct to say "becomes tangled" , the problem.
It 'obvious that it would be impossible to address comprehensively all aspects related to these dimensions in the space of a brief report: The main objective will be to provide the coordinates useful for the understanding of the "challenge", a reflection necessary to understand what today "moves" in our society and in general globally.
