This research was conducted in July 2019 in Napalakura Village, Napabalano District, Muna Regency. The population in this study were all pond farmers in Napalakura Village, Napabalano District, Muna Regency, totaling 15 pond farmers. The sample for internal factors consisted of 15 pond farmers, the sample for external factors consisted of 3 consumers. SWOT analysis is used to determine the strategy. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), yang terdiri atas lima perlakuan yaitu substitusi gula pasir : sirup glukosa (100%:0% (P0) ; 75%:5% (P1) ; 50%:50% (P2) ; 25%:75% (P3) ; 0%:100% (P4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penggunaan sirup glukosa sagu berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap penilaian organoleptik dan kandungan nutrisi kue nastar keju. This study aims to produce a sauce that has a long shelf life without the addition of chemical preservatives. This study treatment using pH adjustment and temperature pasteurization. This study design was completely randomized in a factorial pattern with 9 treatments and 3 replications treatment that carried out by adjusting the pH and temperature. pH 5 (R1), pH 4 (R2) and pH 3 (R3), while the pasteurization temperature 70°C (T1), 80°C (T2) and 90°C (T3). The treatment was repeated 3 times to get 27 experimental units. The results showed that the water content is not real, whereas in vitamin C showed the best results at R2T2 in the first week. In organoleptic taste, aroma, texture and color showed different results.

This causes the rice grains tend to be bitter in taste, prone to be broken and unpalatable for human consumption. The objective of the research was to study the life cycle (biology) of black ladybugs. The experiment was conducted by collecting the insects and then cultured in the laboratory. Series of observation on their biological characteristics such as length, width and wing span were undertaken since the insects lay eggs, hatch, and becoming new insects. The results showed that male and female body length were 7.32 mm and 7.41 mm respectively. A female began to lay eggs on the third day with around 167.200 eggs with a hatchability of 61.56%. The pot experiment was carried out at Watuputih, Muna, Southeast Sulawesi. Completely Randomized Design was used in a factorial pattern, replicated three times. The first factor was genotype of local peanut, consisted of 3 genotypes, namely : (1) Wadaga, (2) Lasehao and (3) Parigi, and the second factor was green manure, consisted of 4 application rates, namely : (1) 0 ton ha -1 , (2) 5 ton ha -1 , (3) 10 ton ha -1 and (4) 15 ton ha -1 .The experiment results showed that application of green manure had significant effects on increased N and P nutrient uptake, nitrat reductase enzymes, yield components and yields. This study used Completely Randomized Design (RAL), consisting of four treatments: tapioca flour: soybean flour ie. 100%: 0%, 85%: 15%, 75%: 25% and 65%: 35%. The results showed that the formulation of soybean and tapioca flour significantly affected on organoleptic of flavor, flavor, moisture content, ash content, protein content and fat content but did not significantly affected on organoleptic of color, texture and carbohydrate. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of five levels of red bean flour addition (B0 = 0%, B1 10%, B2 = 20%, B3 = 30%, and B4 = 40%). Data analysis was carried out using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method and then followed with Duncan's multiple range test (DMRT) with a 95% confidence level (α=0.05). The best result was obtained by B2 treatment (addition of 20% red bean flour) with assessment scores of color, aroma, taste, and texture reached 4.17 (like), 4.13 (like), 3.90 (like), and 3.96 (like), respectively. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), yang terdiri atas lima perlakuan yaitu substitusi gula pasir : sirup glukosa (100%:0% (P0) ; 75%:5% (P1) ; 50%:50% (P2) ; 25%:75% (P3) ; 0%:100% (P4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penggunaan sirup glukosa sagu berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap penilaian organoleptik dan kandungan nutrisi kue nastar keju. This study aims to produce a sauce that has a long shelf life without the addition of chemical preservatives. This study treatment using pH adjustment and temperature pasteurization. This study design was completely randomized in a factorial pattern with 9 treatments and 3 replications treatment that carried out by adjusting the pH and temperature. pH 5 (R1), pH 4 (R2) and pH 3 (R3), while the pasteurization temperature 70°C (T1), 80°C (T2) and 90°C (T3). The treatment was repeated 3 times to get 27 experimental units. The results showed that the water content is not real, whereas in vitamin C showed the best results at R2T2 in the first week. In organoleptic taste, aroma, texture and color showed different results.

This causes the rice grains tend to be bitter in taste, prone to be broken and unpalatable for human consumption. The objective of the research was to study the life cycle (biology) of black ladybugs. The experiment was conducted by collecting the insects and then cultured in the laboratory. Series of observation on their biological characteristics such as length, width and wing span were undertaken since the insects lay eggs, hatch, and becoming new insects. The results showed that male and female body length were 7.32 mm and 7.41 mm respectively. A female began to lay eggs on the third day with around 167.200 eggs with a hatchability of 61.56%. Eggs were laid randomly or 2 to 4 eggs per group. The eggs are milky white color and oval with 1.41 mm in length, 0.38 mm in width and egg stadium of 7.15 days. At nymp...

The pot experiment was carried out at Watuputih, Muna, Southeast Sulawesi. Completely Randomized Design was used in a factorial pattern, replicated three times. The first factor was genotype of local peanut, consisted of 3 genotypes, namely : (1) Wadaga, (2) Lasehao and (3) Parigi, and the second factor was green manure, consisted of 4 application rates, namely : (1) 0 ton ha -1 , (2) 5 ton ha -1 , (3) 10 ton ha -1 and (4) 15 ton ha -1 .The experiment results showed that application of green manure had significant effects on increased N and P nutrient uptake, nitrat reductase enzymes, yield components and yields.
