The purpose of this study is to identify the major factors that influence the young donors’ invol... more The purpose of this study is to identify the major factors that influence the young donors’ involvement in fundraising programs that are accomplished via the various online platforms. To achieve the research objectives, a sample of 342 respondents was selected from various groups of demographics, different employment backgrounds, and education levels within the high population area. These groups of people may or may not have the habit of using online banking services. A set of questionnaires was designed as the instrument used in data collection from the Dhaka city in Bangladesh consisted of adults between 15 to 40 years old who totaled to be with the Internet user experience. Results show that, although there are significant relationships between quality of Internet connection and provided information with customers’ acceptance of fundraising via online banking but there is no significant relationship between security, privacy, and customers’ acceptance of fundraising. The primatial aim of the study is to ascertain the key motivating factors that are directly or in... more The primatial aim of the study is to ascertain the key motivating factors that are directly or indirectly swaying rural consumers' adoption and usage behavior of various ICT-enabled products and services available in Bangladesh. Using a self-administered questionnaire as a research instrument, this study analyzed one hundred and three rural consumers' data collected systematically from a village, locally known as Dollar Bazar, situated in Manikganj district. Result of the study revealed that the latent variables Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) had no significant influence on the Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU); subsequently, the two variables: Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) identified as antecedents of the variable Self-efficacy(SE) which estimated a strong impact on the Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU) in a technology-mediated environment in Bangladesh.

This industry transforms human life significantly. Telecommunication industry provides ease in human communication. Hence, satisfying customers becomes the paramount concern for every telecom service provider across the world. Despite having an enormous number of researches in customer satisfaction, very few researchers have empirically examined important determinants for customers’ satisfaction emphasizing on telecommunication industry. Hence, this study tries to investigate crucial important factors for customers’ satisfaction focusing on Bangladeshi telecommunication industry. By giving one-month extensive effort, this study managed to obtain 1562 respondents from six different states in Bangladesh.
