This paper presents 3 such cases and the application of plasmid analysis antibiograms and phage typing for epidemiological analysis.

结果 8-异- PGF2α诱导了时间和浓度依赖的内皮细胞死亡(EC50=0.1nmol/L),但对平滑肌和星型小胶质细胞几乎不起作用。内皮细胞死亡绝大多数死于膨胀性质(propidium碘混合和乳酸脱氢酶释放),细胞死亡与内皮血栓烷A2(TXA2)形成增加有关并可被TXA2合成酶抑制剂(CGS12970和U63557A)所预防;TXA2类似物U46619和I-BOP也引起内皮细胞死亡。室内注射8-异- PGF2α诱导室周损伤,但可被CGS12970减弱。
结论 这些资料揭示了8-异- PGF2α在氧化剂所诱导的脑微血管损伤和大脑损害中的新作用。这些作用涉及TXA2。
