Introduction : Islamic boarding schools are one of the arrangements that need to be implemented t... more Introduction : Islamic boarding schools are one of the arrangements that need to be implemented to prevent the spread of Covid-19. There are 9,369 students at the Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School that have the potential to spread Covid-19 infections. Efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 were carried out by implementing 3M in accordance with the appeal of the government task force. Objective : The purpose of the study was to find out the phenomenon of the application of 3M (Washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining distance) of students at the Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang. Method : The research design used is qualitative research with descriptive phenomenological methods. The social situation is all students of the XV Al-Falah dormitory and the IV I Ainusyams dormitory. The participants were 6 students using purposive sampling technique. researchers as an instrument using interview guidelines, data collection using in-depth interview techniques. Data analysis using the Colaizzi method. Results : The results of the study obtained 5 themes 1) Knowledge level 2) Breaking the rules 3) Confidence 4) Support from hostel caregivers and 5) Obeying the rules. Conclusion : Santri can implement 3M because they have knowledge, there is support from hostel caregivers who provide facilities and infrastructure, strict regulations and supervision make students have self-awareness. The reason students don't do 3M is because they are influenced by friends, the belief that not doing 3M makes them sick and the belief that doing 3M or not can make you sick if God wills.

Tingginya kasus pasung disebabkan karena keterbatasan SDM yang terlatih akibat merangkap tugas, serta kurangnya komitmen melakukan program pelepasan pasung berbasis masyarakat. Pasien yang disertai dengan gangguan jiwa dirujuk ke rumah sakit umum karena memiliki keluhan fisik yang membutuhkan penanganan segera. Berdasarkan informasi dari poli jiwa RSUD Jombang didapatkan 34 pasien yang mengalami gangguan jiwa disertai gangguan pada fungsi fisik untuk kasus interna dan bedah. Rata-rata jumlah pasien dengan kondisi tersebut mencapai 1-2 pasien dalam kurun waktu satu tahun. Lingkup tindakan perawat di ruang bedah adalah perawatan pasien dewasa dengan masalah fisiologis. Sekitar 8 dari mereka menderita masalah identitas diri seperti rendah diri, tidak tahu kemampuan mereka, dan tertutup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan resiliensi dengan identitas diri remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik, metode cross sectional dan menggunakan total sampling (21 remaja). Skala resiliensi digunakan untuk variabel independen dan skala identitas diri digunakan untuk variabel dependen. It is generally recognized that psychosocial interventions are an essential component in dealing ... more It is generally recognized that psychosocial interventions are an essential component in dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak. Research focusing on the handling of psychosocial conditions in the COVID-19 outbreak seems sparse. After reviewing several scholarly articles, we recommend several things that can be used as a basis for developing practical guidelines for handling psychosocial problems, especially in East Java Province, Indonesia. Development of practical guidelines for first-hand response and early treatment of psychosocial aspects of COVID-19 in East Java Province, Indonesia, based on the recommendations of 14 articles related to COVID-19 psychosocial handling was carried out. Some evidence strongly supports the need for knowledge about the stages of COVID-19, understanding of psychosocial responses, understanding of psychosocial interventions, and availability of hotline services in psychosocial interventions at each stage of the COVID-19 outbreak. It is important to provide practical guidance for the early management of psychosocial aspects of the innovative COVID-19 in providing more comprehensive care. There is strong evidence of the need for practical guidance on initial handling of the psychosocial aspects of COVID-19 for the community, especially in Indonesia's East Java Province.

Tingkat ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia yang dirawat di rumah sakit sebagian besar menengah kebawah.... more Tingkat ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia yang dirawat di rumah sakit sebagian besar menengah kebawah. Pasien yang dirawat sering mengalami phlebitis (radang pembuluh darah) dan untuk perawatannyarumah sakit sering menggunakan salep throbophop yang harganya mahal. Di lain pihak masyarakat sering menggunakan lidah buaya untuk mengatasi radang kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompres ekstrak lidah buaya terhadap penyembuhan phlebitis. Metode Penelitian menggunakan True experiment, desain Randomized Control Group Pre test-Post test Design. Sampel penelitian simple random sampling. Kompres ekstrak lidah buaya dan alkohol 70% sebagai pembanding dilakukan selama20 menit sebanyak 3 kali sehari, interval minimal 5 jam selama 3 hari. Uji statistik menggunakan Mann Whitney U Test dan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Tes, dengan = 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ekstrak lidah buaya (aloe vera) menurunkan tingkat phlebitis pada 8 jam ketiga setelah pemberian kompres, sedangkan pemberian kompres alkohol 70% dapat menurunkan tingkat phlebitis pada 8 jam keempat setelah pemberian hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompres lidah buaya mempunyai efek terapeutik dan menyembuhkan plebitis lebih cepat dari kompres alkohol 70%. Ekstrak lidah buaya dapat digunakan sebagai terapi phlebitis menggantikan thrombophop sehingga biaya perawatan lebih ringan.

Data tentang penderita Demam Berdarah Darah (DBD) di Dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Jombang terjadi pe... more Data tentang penderita Demam Berdarah Darah (DBD) di Dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Jombang terjadi peningkatan jumlah penderita pada tahun 2010. Umur penderita demam berdarah banyak terjadi pada usia anak-anak daripada usia dewasa. Perlu penyuluhan kesehatan yang tepat dan sesuai untuk meningkatkan sikap anak pada DBD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisa pengaruh stimulasi permainan ular tangga terhadap perubahan sikap anak tentang penyakit demam berdarah dengue. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasy experimental dengan rancangan nonrandomized pretest-postest control group. Subyek penelitian adalah 40 anak kelas 5-6 Sekolah Dasar, menggunakan kuesioner dan alat permainan ular tangga yang telah dimodifikasi. Dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon macth paired dan mann witney u test. Hasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh stimulasi permainan ular tangga terhadap perubahan sikap anak tentang penyakit DBD(p=0.002) Penggunaan media stimulasi pemaianan ular tangga yang telah dimodifikasi dengan penyuluhan penyakit DBD mempangaruhi peningkatan sikap siswa dalam pencegahan.
