Shopee must carry out the right service & strategy so that consumers feel comfortable and trust so that they have the intention to buy back at Shopee. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of service quality on repurchase intentions, the effect of service quality on trust, the effect of trust on repurchase intentions and the role of trust as a mediator of the effect of service quality on repurchase intentions. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. Samples were taken as many as 142 respondents through purposive sampling method and distributed using a google form questionnaire with adjusted criteria. Measured by 17 indicators and using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and sobel test. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust, trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions and trust plays a significant role in mediating the effect of service quality on repurchase intentions.

Entrepreneurship plays a real role in economic development and job creation. Research purposes; e... more Entrepreneurship plays a real role in economic development and job creation. Research purposes; explain the influence of psychological factors on the interest in entrepreneurship, and find the best combination model of psychological factors that can be used as a predictor of interest in entrepreneurship. Respondents were students who had or were taking entrepreneurship courses at Fakulty Economic dan Busines (FEB) Unud. The sample size was determined as many as 120 people by purposive sampling and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Analysis of the enter method found that psychological factors had a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, and only the need for achievement and internal locus of control had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Based on the stepwise method, it was found that the combination of need for achievement, internal locus of control, and tolerance for ambiguity is the best predictor of entrepreneurial interest. The implication is that strengthening psychological factors for students can be approached with entrepreneurial motivation training by involving successful entrepreneurial role models. Future researchers, need to examine and identify other psychological factors, to further strengthen the results of the analysis, such as creativity and communication.

These constraints seem to still be relatively difficult to find a way out and result in low marketing performance including small industries in Denpasar. The purpose of the study is to explain the influence of entrepreneurial personality on marketing performance and to investigate the role of digitalization of marketing as a moderation of the influence of entrepreneurial personality on the marketing performance of small industries in Denpasar. The subject of the study was a small industry in Denpasar, represented by the owner / manager as a source. The sample size was set at 150 respondents. Analysis techniques use Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results found that entrepreneurial personality has a significant influence on marketing performance, and digitalization of marketing acts as a quasi-moderation of the influence of entrepreneurial personality on the marketing performance. Small industries should be more active in exploring paid online media since it has a wider reach, such as existing market places or utilizing government-provided facilities, be careful about setting production targets and setting targets for special forces on marketing performance.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwiraus... more Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha, dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap EBI, dampak EBI terhadap niat berwirausaha dan peran EBI sebagai mediator dampak antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan niat berwirausaha. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa program S1 Reguler Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana yang telah lulus mata kuliah kewirausahaan dalam kurun waktu tiga semester terakhir. Unit analisis adalah sampel individu dengan ukuran sampel responden 200 orang dan dibagi ke dalam tiga prodi secara proposional. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis SEM berbasis AMOS. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berdampak signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan berdampak signifikan terhadap EBI, EBI berdampak signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, dan EBI berperan signifikan memediasi secara parsial dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Kondisi ini berarti menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan niat berwirausaha lulusan perguruan tinggi, dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan kewirausahaan, namun pendidikan tersebut tidak sepenuhnya harus dibebani dengan peningkatan nilai-nilai karakter individu (EBI).

This research uses purposive sampling sampling technique. The sample used is 100 respondents who are domiciled in Denpasar. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The results of the study found that perceptions of green values ??and green beliefs have a positive and significant impact on green buying intentions. The perception of green value has a positive and significant effect on green belief. Furthermore, perceptions of green risks have a negative and significant effect on green beliefs and green buying intentions.
