The converted energy is variable. It majorly depends on irradiations and ambient temperature. Thus, a PV system requires a controller to extract maximum constant power. There are various controllers available, in this paper, we have used a sliding mode controller (SMC). It is a non-linear controller that brings robustness to the system by altering the dynamics of a system using a discontinuous control signal. On the other hand, if we use a PID controller, the transient response of that system is lower as compared to the SMC. The sliding mode controller gives improved transient responses like rise time, settling time, and overshoot. This paper compares the Simulink results and proves that the sliding mode controller is better than the PID controller.

These characterizations include the Hilbert-Schmidt and Unitary characterizations of the Weighted Composition Operator over the Mittag-Leffler space. We also see the result for the spectrum of Weighted composition operator over the Mittag-Leffler space.

Low voltage and low power are the most critical biomedical gear for lengthy battery life. Low power is the demand of any circuit and the low pass filter is the most essential representative processing block in the biomedical signal processing system. Hence, in this work present the low voltage, low power CMOS LPF for the biomedical application such as the EEG and ECG. The frequencies of the biomedical signals are very low. The frequency of EEG and ECG biomedical signals are 200Hz and 250Hz respectively. In this work, proposed and simulate the lower power CMOS low pass filter for biomedical application such as ECG, EEG. The low power, low transconductance OTA (Operational Transductance Amplifier) is employed because the basic elements of the planned filter style. In this design second order low pass filter is designed which frequency is tunable using the control voltage VC. We obtained the 2nd order low pass filter cutoff frequency 200Hz (i.e. Control voltage is -0.25V) and 250Hz (i.e. Control voltage is -0.23V) for EEG and ECG biomedical application respectively. The power consumption of the proposed low pass filter is 13.43nW for ECG application and 9.4nW for EEG application.

The Fourier inverse transformation approach is used to visualize the effect of propagation of transient pulses over THz interconnects made by the various conducting materials which are widely used in Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) technology named Copper, Gold, Aluminum, Tungsten, Tungsten-Silicide (W-Si 2) and Poly-Si respectively. All parameters of transient pulse like rising time, fall time, propagation delay, settling time, overshoot, undershoot and ringing, etc. have calculated using the proposed circuit model and it has been verified with Finite Elements Method based EM-Simulation results. The distortion due to geometrical dispersion is significant; while a loss could be an important factor depending on the dielectric loss of the substrate. This information could be useful in designing both on board and on-chip interconnects. The proposed circuit model of microstrip THz interconnects and algorithmic frameworks proved the usefulness of rapid design, which is extremely challenging when using conventional methods. To the awareness, this is the attempt to efficient solving of this type of design problems; especially in the context of explicit THz interconnect design for CMOS technology.

Here, using high-resolution microscopy, we visualize the spatio-temporal expression dynamics of STEVOR, an important variant surface antigens family, in a stage-dependent manner. We demonstrate that it is exported to the cell surface where protein molecules cluster and preferentially localize in proximity to knobs. Quantitative evidence from our force measurements and microfluidic assays reveal that STEVOR can effectively mediate the formation of stable, robust rosettes under static and physiologically relevant flow conditions. Our results extend previously published studies in P. falciparum and emphasize the role of STEVOR in rosetting, an important contributor to disease pathology.

Spectral radiance observations of the crop canopy were collected with the Portable Spectroradiometer which scanned from 330 nm to 1100 nm of electromagnetic spectrum range at 5nm interval (band-width). Normalized difference vegetation index was calculated for the both tillage practices, puddle and unpuddled situation at different growth stages for different fertilizer treatment. Fertilized plots were observed to have a higher value of BR than controlled ones throughout the crop growth period, both in puddled and unpuddled treatments. The higher values of band ratio were observed in puddled rice compared to the unpuddled rice irrespective of growth stages and fertilizer application levels. Statistical correlations were developed between NDVI (Normalized difference vegetation index) and RVI (Ratio vegetation index) with LAI (Leaf area index), DM (Dry matter) production and total leaf chlorophyll content. Second order polynomial equations were developed to correlate remotely sensed data with crop biometrics. Polynomial second order equations of 'band ratio' were found to be better fitted than NDVI with crop biometrics.

This parent also had high per se value.

The cDNA of S114A mutant of UVI31+ was cloned from a eukaryotic green algae (C. reinhardtii) and overexpressed in E.coli from where the protein was purified to homogeneity.
