This work brings a holistic perspective to business leadership, environment, biodiversity, and cl... more This work brings a holistic perspective to business leadership, environment, biodiversity, and climate interactions. In light of historical facts, business leaders must get involved in biodiversity loss and climate change to rectify them. And to solve these problems, environmental consciousness, biodiversity, and climate must urgently be one of the core elements of leadership. Along with accomplishing the goal of protecting nature and sustaining biodiversity, leaders are also obliged to meet business objectives. And to achieve them together, it is necessary to bring a well defined framework to leadership qualities that leaders must possess. And readers will find these mostly-needed vital behaviors, skills, and qualities inside. In the framework of examples from leadership history, the author coins the term T-Leaders, which stands for Transactional, Transformational, and Technoversal Leader. The author also gives place to some other concepts and styles that he contributed to the literature: APARTS Behaviors, Self-Created-Problem-Solution Cycle, DOER Behaviors, DOER Leader, Big Ten of Leadership, Gold Medalist Behaviors, Silver Medalist Behaviors.

It is because skills and behaviors can meet habitual business expectations. APARTS behaviors can be an ideal beginning to gain these skills. Because of unequal advancement and cultural diversity, a specific welfare level or geography perceives digital transformation radically disparate from others. In advanced economies, leaders typically tend to begin to understand the vitality of digital assets. But the understanding may show differences in an emerging economy. Naturally, the factors such as the type of industry and globalization level of the companies can cause these differences. But a survey in a widespread sector can still help to project business leaders' and managers' perceptions of digital transformation in emerging economies, thus pinpointing some of their differences with advanced economies. Two questions come fore at this point: Do business leaders focus on or are aware of the products and ideas of current technologies, and do they appropriately construe these ideas and products? Interviewing leaders in an emerging economy like Turkey has revealed that they predominantly tend to identify digital transformation with social media. Although digital transformation is related to social media, it is not limited to it. There are state-of-theart technologies. But in such geographies, leaders require time to possess digital and technological consciousness. On the other hand, in this new world order, leadership has reached a point that there is a need for ultimate leaders. The ones that originate from the very elements of this disruptive environment and the ones that rise with distinguishing skills and epoch-making perspectives. Furthermore, learning and performance are indispensable parameters for leaders in times of digital transformation. This article underlines the significant factors that impact these parameters.

The study is taken further in the light of Henry Ford’s life, who is considered as one of the most influential CEOs of all time. The particular effects of Henry Ford on Ford Motor Company are listed along with historical examples. Especially in the leadership framework, this paper provides information for leaders and managers, and it tries to touch on the subtle differences between them from the perspective of employees. Additionally, the research efforts to explain how to motivate individuals, groups as well as the methods to be an effective manager and leader.

Although digital transformation has become so central, and it has challenges for leaders and organizations, the studies are deficient in the quantity that links and associates leader and digital transformation. In this context, this research deals with answering two clear and vital questions: Which characteristics create effective and efficient business leaders, and how leader behaviors are affected by digital transformation. This research finds skills and key behaviors the leader of today and the future possesses, which potential leaders can adopt and employ. On the other side, it reveals the challenges this disruption causes and its effect on leaders. It moreover brings a holistic approach to provide a paradigm for leadership. These would guide us to understand how digital transformation disrupts the leadership process and where it will evolve next. Other measures of progress are to emphasize the leaders' interplay with technology, the leadership spectrum, and what is required for leaders to adopt and adapt to the changing world from technological and universal perspectives.

Exponentially developing technology plays a significant role in causing these radical changes. These rapidly changing conditions affect leaders with all humans. As scientific knowledge, digital transformation, technology is a backbone at the point that humanity has reached. Thus, it has become a critical component, which affects leader behaviors and the skillset expected from them. In this context, this article introduces a new leader who distinguishes from other styles. This distinction arises from the skills that leaders must adopt in the future are different than the past, from the reality of the earth's being on the edge of collapse, business leaders' being obliged to act upon it. And along with these specific behaviors, the leaders' having data-driven mindsets, being technology adept.

and turmoil with a proliferation. Yet, while these majorly linear changes compared with
the technology, the technology develops more rapidly and spills over its revolutionary
and exponential conversion. Human behaviors affected by these rapid-change conditions,
and so did leaders. Leaders are playing essential roles in shaping the planet, world, and
businesses. Like all the other organisms, they communicate with the outside world. On
one side, leaders affect the outside world, and on the other, leaders also affected by it.
With the outside world’s impacts on the leader, the process becomes an interaction, and
circumstances turn out to be mutual. Humanity has reached a point that technology as
scientific knowledge and designed machines considered an indispensable factor, a
backbone. Thus, technology, digital transformation comes into prominence as one of the
main factors in affecting leaders’ behaviors and the skillset expected from them, actually,
a critical component that creates them.

and what requires leaders to adopt and adapt to the changing world from technological
and universal perspectives. For accomplishing the objectives and goals of this research,
an algorithmic approach applied. Field studies conducted, for example, being a full-time
participant to a leadership summit for understanding highest-level leaders from different
industries, which lasted two days. To compare the findings and take the study one step vi
further, the most recent pieces of research that cover 365,191 leaders and employees
examined, which conducted by respectable institutions. Robot exhibition visited, as
another field study. Four-week-length course, by a respected university and institution,
completed related to digital transformation. Intensive literature review followed by
interviewing leaders. This research finds key behaviors the leader of today and future
possesses, which potential leaders can adopt and employ. On the other side, it reveals the
challenges this disruption causes and its effect on leaders. Moreover, it brings a holistic
approach to provide a paradigm for leadership. Ultimately, it entitles, designates, and
propounds a new leader for today and the future.
