However, the Gorontalo Provincial Government still faces problems and challenges when trying to improve the welfare of its people. One is the limited data/ information that is accurate, up-to-date, and integrated. This data/information is important in planning and making appropriate decisions. Another problem is that the community's role in modern development based on economic intelligence in Gorontalo Province has not been optimal. This means that the public and even bureaucrats are still unfamiliar with "Economic Intelligence." As a result, economic intelligence has not been fully used in planning, implementing programs/activities, evaluating and monitoring, or government decision-making processes. This research aims to analyze the problems and challenges in modern development based on economic intelligence in Gorontalo Province. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. This study found that the main problems in modern development based on economic intelligence in Gorontalo Province are: 1) The lack of integration of economic data/information from various government and private agencies; 2) Lack of human resources (HR) who are reliable and have competence as managers and/or analysts of scientific data; and 3) Lack of technological support in managing economic data/information. The results of data analysis also show that the role of society in modern development based on economic intelligence is still very low. A lack of public understanding of the importance of economic intelligence causes this. Therefore, it is recommended that the Gorontalo Provincial Government make: 1) efforts to integrate economic data/information from various government and private agencies; 2) increase human resource capacity in managing and analyzing scientific data; 3) provide technological support in managing economic data/information; and 4) increase public understanding of the importance of economic intelligence.

By exploring the potential of tourism and MSMEs in Rembitan Village, this study provides valuable insights into how MSMEs development can act as a driving force for tourism in rural areas. This study aims to: (1) Identify the strengthening of MSMEs in Rembitan Village through the establishment of city branding based on local wisdom; (2) Exploring information on MSMEs in Rembitan Village regarding existing and current efforts; (3) Assessing the linkages and utilization of MSMEs in Rembitan Village; and (4) Formulate a strategy to strengthen MSMEs in Rembitan Village through the establishment of local wisdom-based city branding. The strategy used is SOAR analysis using a matrix adapted to research needs. The results of this study are: (1) Creating a mapping flow for MSME innovation planning and development through the establishment of city branding, such as: creating promotional media both print and social media that are integrated with websites to attract local and foreign tourists and investors, (2) Organize rearranging and grouping tourism objects by making clear, persuasive, informative, and binding regulatory planning, (3) Packaging city branding through collaboration with government agencies, relevant stakeholders and the private sector, (4) Making ongoing mentoring, training and coaching activities to groups of pokdarwis, songket weavers or synergize with local communities in an effort to build awareness of the tourist area of Rembitan Village, (5) Provide facilities and infrastructure that support comprehensive tourism activities in Rembitan Village such as: a safe, communicative and integrated information service center, (6) Carry out coordination and mapping of areas according to the needs and expected numbers, and (7) Make regulations and provide guidance to tour agent owners, inn/hotel owners, or synergize with local communities so that accurate information is conveyed.

Additionally, there was a decline in employment within the labor market, accompanied by a corresponding rise in the number of individuals actively seeking job opportunities. Social network analysis is extensively employed for the examination of relationships and networks... more Social network analysis is extensively employed for the examination of relationships and networks among actors across diverse disciplines and thematic research domains. Nevertheless, the utilization of this approach in agriculture and natural resources, particularly pertaining to watershed management, has been relatively limited.. The objective of this study is to conduct an analysis of the social interaction and networks of Cidanau Watershed Management (CWM) stakeholders and measure the nodes of units as individuals or organizations to the role and influence of each other through a quantitative approach. The results of the data analysis show that Fkdc has a high degree of centrality and centrality betweenness. This shows that Fkdc has a strong influence and controls CWM network interaction. Conversely, Hs (households) have a low degree of centrality, and centrality betweenness values had a low influence and role in actors’ networks. According to the closeness centrality parameter, it is observed that both Households (Hs) and Universities (Univ) have exhibited the shortest geodesic distance in relation to other stakeholders within the network, thus indicating their highest level of closeness. It means that Hs (Households) and Univ (Universities) had interdependency and control by others. The closeness centrality of Fkdc is the lowest, means that Fkdc had independnecy of influence and high control access to others. There are 4 CWM network clusters based on total link strength. Fkdc demonstrates outstanding leadership qualities, enjoys a strong reputation, and possesses a high degree of popularity within the network. Furthermore, Fkdc serves as a central node that effectively brings together the interests of all actors, fostering a collective commitment towards shared goals and mutual rewards. In the CWM case, Fkdc is a sustainable watershed organization that acts as a central network body and plays a fundamental role as an intermediary of network and interaction. The process of sustainable watershed management entails the establishment of the Watershed organization as a central network entity, assuming a crucial role as a medium for the dissemination of information, exchange of ideas, and exertion of influence among its members. How does Fkdc manage the Cidanau watershed with its central role, and to what extent can Fkdc survive the ever-changing situations and problems (dynamics) in the management of the watershed, become an interesting research theme to be investigated further

Hingga saat ini, pengangguran, kemiskinan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masih menjadi persoalan klasik yang memerlukan solusi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa ekonomi kreatif merupakan ide/gagasan yang diharapkan memberi nilai tambah ekonomi. Ekonomi kreatif merupakan alternatif solusi permasalahan perekonomian. Namun, dalam penyelenggaraannya seringkali menemui kendala. Direkomendasikan kepada Pemerintah maupun pemerintahan daerah agar segera membangun komitmen, membenahi regulasi, dan mengaktualisasikan ekonomi kreatif, sehingga keberadaan ekonomi kreatif dapat menstimulasi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan daya saing daerah dan bahkan nasional. The research is held on Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu DKI Jakarta Province. The analysis and model development is done by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the result of analysis is founded important several components that are reacted and correlated positive significantly in the developing of Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu such as between implementation of central government authority and regional government authority with the job fisheries also the establishment of job fisheries. This condition gives double effect of the goal of fisheries development and the highly society welfare on the Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu oriented by developing regency based on fisheries industry. Through this study, hope the government of Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu could review several development policies as soon as possible to be more oriented in using sea resource based on fisheries industry mainly on the area as conservations is synchronized and harmonized between regional development and regional function. Besides that fishery businessman in their establishment of fishery industry, can formulate the ideal model to develop their business planning with responsibility of implementation the function and care in using.

The quality of life of a country or region describes the welfare of the people and the success of... more The quality of life of a country or region describes the welfare of the people and the success of programs made by the government to improve the degree of human life. Life expectancy is one of the indicators used to assess the population's health status that describes the quality of life. In contrast, education is the basis for poverty alleviation and economic growth. Education and health are fundamental to building wider human capacities and are at the core of the meaning of development. This research was conducted to test the effect of poverty and education on public health in the city of Palembang. Secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency in 2010-2019 were analyzed using multiple regression with Eviews 9 analysis software. The dependent variable is Life Expectancy as a proxy for public health rates. The independent variable is the average length of schooling as a proxy indicator of education and the number of poor people. This study shows that poverty is negatively correlated with public health. In contrast, the direction of education is negative, so it can be concluded that education has no significant effect on public health Poverty and education are factors that determine the level of public health in the city of Palembang, where the higher the education and the decrease in poverty, the higher the public health. In order to approach better public health status in Palembang City, poverty is reduced by reducing unemployment and increasing education through skills training.

The government, through the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia has allocated... more The government, through the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia has allocated a National Economic Recovery (PEN) fund as a response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused a decrease in tourist visits. The funds are provided for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure that support the tourism sector. One of the embodiments of this program is the plan to procure a tour bus that will take tourists from one tourist attraction to another. To analyze whether this program is the right decision in increasing the number of tourist visits, it is necessary to conduct a study that measures the influence of prospective tourists' perceptions of the quality of tour bus services on the interest of tourist visits. The measurement of prospective tourists' perceptions of the quality of tour bus services is carried out by asking questions regarding the dimensions of the quality of tour bus services, namely waiting time, walking distance to the shelter, travel time, speed and cost/sacrifice to get service. While the interest of tourist visits is measured by asking questions related to tourist intentions, tourists' desires and tourist plans to visit tourist objects that provide tourist bus services. The technical analysis of the data in this study is in the form of multiple regression using STATA 14. Furthermore, the sample in this study is the general public who have an interest in traveling. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide information about the reasons tourists are interested in visiting a tourist attraction related to the tourist's perception of the quality of tour bus services. Furthermore, these results will be utilized by tour bus service providers to provide the best quality for their consumers.

The quality of audit opinion results of local government financial statements in 2015-2020 has in... more The quality of audit opinion results of local government financial statements in 2015-2020 has increased. Still, non-compliance with laws and corruption cases has increased, indicating that the implementation of Good Government Governance (GGG) has not gone well. This paper provides empirical evidence of the role of human development in realizing GGG and its effect on the performance of local governments in Indonesia. The research was designed as associative quantitative research, an organizational unit of analysis. The total population is the regency and city government in Indonesia, as many as 514 local governments, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The qualified samples were 268 local governments, with data observed from 2018 to 2020, or 3 years, so the number was 804. The data was sourced from the Regional Government Implementation Performance Evaluation report. The GGG variables were measured using indices and local government performance variables use scores. The main analysis uses SEM PLS and additional analysis with panel regression. The results showed that GGG had a significant effect on the performance of local governments. Novelty, the dimension of human development can strengthen the GGG variable so that its influence on the performance of local governments is even greater. This research has theoretical, managerial, policy, and practical implications. In addition, the completeness of the research data, which is still lacking in information, is a limitation of this study. Furthermore, recommendations for local governments so that human development receives special attention to increasing competitiveness by increasing the allocation of labor budgets.

Penelitian bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yang didasarkan pada pemikiran induktif. Temuan penelitian berupa keberadaan ASN milenial di Pemda Kabupaten Wajo yang mulai mendominasi penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan daerah. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian akan berimplikasi terhadap timbulnya berbagai temuan teoritis sesuai era digital, sedangkan secara praksis berimplikasi terhadap transformasi birokrasi menuju humanokrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan karya original berupa identifikasi keberadaan ASN milenial dan kiprahnya dalam tata kelola pemerintahan daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris dengan locus Kabupaten Wajo. Kata Kunci: ASN, Generasi Milenial, dan Kabupaten Wajo I. Pendahuluan Seiring perubahan generasi, dunia mengalami perkembangan secara global. Saat ini, generasi Y atau yang lebih dikenal dengan kaum milenial mencapai jumlah terbanyak dalam sebaran penduduk di seluruh dunia. Data Brooking Institution (2014) memperkirakan terjadinya perubahan secara fundamental terhadap persentase teaga kerja yang dibuat oleh milenial. Kaum milenial mendominasi 75 persen angkatan kerja pada tahun 2025a. Kondisi ini tentunya berimplikasi terhadap diversifikasi (model), tata cara, dan kualitas layanan publik yang wajib diberikan oleh Pemerintah maupun pemerintahan daerah (pemda) di seluruh Indonesia. Generasi milenial adalah modal manusia yang baru (new human capital) terutama bagi percepatan pembangunan dan dinamika kehidupan berbangsa serta dinamika perekonomian negara. Menurut The Council of Economi Advisers pada Executive Office of the President of the United States (2014) dalam 15 Economic Facts About Millennials, terdapat 15 (limabelas) fakta ekonomi tentang milenial. Karenanya, generasi milenial menjadi mesin perubahan Indonesia. Disisi lain, generasi milenial ditengarai memiliki beberapa karakteristik yang kontraproduktif. Masuknya generasi milenial kedalam birokrasi pemerintahan diprediksi akan mengubah citra Pemerintah maupun pemerintahan daerah. Potensi diri dengan kualifikasi pendidikan pada rerata strata sarjana dan tingkat keterampilan yang memadai semakin memercepat transformasi metode bekerja, etos kerja, budaya kerja, dan bahkan kinerja organisasi pemerintahan dimasa depan. Nutritional problems, known as stunting, are a major threat to the quality of Indonesian society ... more Nutritional problems, known as stunting, are a major threat to the quality of Indonesian society that interferes with children's physical growth and brain development disorders that will affect their achievement. This study aims to analyze the nutrition intervention program and program achievements carried out by the Palembang City government. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study uses secondary data from the Palembang City Health Office to measure the number of short toddlers taking measurements in the October 2021 period. This is continued by describing the achievements of the nutrition intervention program that has been carried out by the Palembang City government and analyzing the problems that exist in the stunting program in Palembang City using the SWOT method. This study found that specific nutrition interventions were carried out through health programs while sensitive nutrition interventions were carried out through environmental programs. In an effort to reduce stunting in the city of Palembang, the strengths are stunting data collected by name by address and program innovations run at health centers. However, the weakness is that there is not optimal coordination and program synergy between related agencies. Low community motivation and lack of knowledge related to child-rearing patterns are a challenge, but the Palembang City government's commitment, as stated in the Mayor's Regulation policy, becomes the basis and direction of policy in designing stunting reduction and programs for the next five years.

The process of sustainable watershed management entails the establishment of the Watershed organization as a central network entity, assuming a crucial role as a medium for the dissemination of information, exchange of ideas, and exertion of influence among its members. How does Fkdc manage the Cidanau watershed with its central role, and to what extent can Fkdc survive the ever-changing situations and problems (dynamics) in the management of the watershed, become an interesting research theme to be investigated further

Hingga saat ini, pengangguran, kemiskinan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masih menjadi persoalan klasik yang memerlukan solusi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa ekonomi kreatif merupakan ide/gagasan yang diharapkan memberi nilai tambah ekonomi. Ekonomi kreatif merupakan alternatif solusi permasalahan perekonomian. Namun, dalam penyelenggaraannya seringkali menemui kendala. Direkomendasikan kepada Pemerintah maupun pemerintahan daerah agar segera membangun komitmen, membenahi regulasi, dan mengaktualisasikan ekonomi kreatif, sehingga keberadaan ekonomi kreatif dapat menstimulasi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan daya saing daerah dan bahkan nasional. Most of their potential source is from marine resources both marine biological diversity or not. The aim of this research is a model for regency/city based on fisheries industry know the effect and as far as the effect’s some components which interact in the establisment. The research is held on Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu DKI Jakarta Province. The analysis and model development is done by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the result of analysis is founded important several components that are reacted and correlated positive significantly in the developing of Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu such as between implementation of central government authority and regional government authority with the job fisheries also the establishment of job fisheries. This condition gives double effect of the goal of fisheries development and the highly society welfare on the Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu oriented by developing regency based on fisheries industry. Through this study, hope the government of Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu could review several development policies as soon as possible to be more oriented in using sea resource based on fisheries industry mainly on the area as conservations is synchronized and harmonized between regional development and regional function. Besides that fishery businessman in their establishment of fishery industry, can formulate the ideal model to develop their business planning with responsibility of implementation the function and care in using.

The quality of life of a country or region describes the welfare of the people and the success of... more The quality of life of a country or region describes the welfare of the people and the success of programs made by the government to improve the degree of human life. Life expectancy is one of the indicators used to assess the population's health status that describes the quality of life. In contrast, education is the basis for poverty alleviation and economic growth. Education and health are fundamental to building wider human capacities and are at the core of the meaning of development. This research was conducted to test the effect of poverty and education on public health in the city of Palembang. Secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency in 2010-2019 were analyzed using multiple regression with Eviews 9 analysis software. The dependent variable is Life Expectancy as a proxy for public health rates. The independent variable is the average length of schooling as a proxy indicator of education and the number of poor people. This study shows that poverty is negatively correlated with public health. In contrast, the direction of education is negative, so it can be concluded that education has no significant effect on public health Poverty and education are factors that determine the level of public health in the city of Palembang, where the higher the education and the decrease in poverty, the higher the public health. In order to approach better public health status in Palembang City, poverty is reduced by reducing unemployment and increasing education through skills training.

Ekonomi biru merupakan aktivitas perekonomian yang mengandalkan pengelolaan sumberdaya lokal oleh masyarakat setempat (inklusif) yang menuntut kreativitas, inovasi, efisiensi, dan efektivitas, tanpa menyisakan limbah. Pendekatan pengembangan yang digunakan adalahkualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Locus studi di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pembangunan daerah berbasis ekonomi biruyang diintegrasikan dengan program/kegiatan pembangunan darat menjadi sinergi baru yang mampu memberi nilai tambah ekonomi, berdaya saing, dan bermanfaat untuk percepatan pembangunan daerah kepulauan. The government, through the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia has allocated... more The government, through the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia has allocated a National Economic Recovery (PEN) fund as a response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused a decrease in tourist visits. The funds are provided for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure that support the tourism sector. One of the embodiments of this program is the plan to procure a tour bus that will take tourists from one tourist attraction to another. To analyze whether this program is the right decision in increasing the number of tourist visits, it is necessary to conduct a study that measures the influence of prospective tourists' perceptions of the quality of tour bus services on the interest of tourist visits. The measurement of prospective tourists' perceptions of the quality of tour bus services is carried out by asking questions regarding the dimensions of the quality of tour bus services, namely waiting time, walking distance to the shelter, travel time, speed and cost/sacrifice to get service. While the interest of tourist visits is measured by asking questions related to tourist intentions, tourists' desires and tourist plans to visit tourist objects that provide tourist bus services. The technical analysis of the data in this study is in the form of multiple regression using STATA 14. Furthermore, the sample in this study is the general public who have an interest in traveling. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide information about the reasons tourists are interested in visiting a tourist attraction related to the tourist's perception of the quality of tour bus services. Furthermore, these results will be utilized by tour bus service providers to provide the best quality for their consumers.

The quality of audit opinion results of local government financial statements in 2015-2020 has in... more The quality of audit opinion results of local government financial statements in 2015-2020 has increased. Still, non-compliance with laws and corruption cases has increased, indicating that the implementation of Good Government Governance (GGG) has not gone well. This paper provides empirical evidence of the role of human development in realizing GGG and its effect on the performance of local governments in Indonesia. The research was designed as associative quantitative research, an organizational unit of analysis. The total population is the regency and city government in Indonesia, as many as 514 local governments, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The qualified samples were 268 local governments, with data observed from 2018 to 2020, or 3 years, so the number was 804. The data was sourced from the Regional Government Implementation Performance Evaluation report. The GGG variables were measured using indices and local government performance variables use scores. The main analysis uses SEM PLS and additional analysis with panel regression. The results showed that GGG had a significant effect on the performance of local governments. Novelty, the dimension of human development can strengthen the GGG variable so that its influence on the performance of local governments is even greater. This research has theoretical, managerial, policy, and practical implications. In addition, the completeness of the research data, which is still lacking in information, is a limitation of this study. Furthermore, recommendations for local governments so that human development receives special attention to increasing competitiveness by increasing the allocation of labor budgets.

Penelitian bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yang didasarkan pada pemikiran induktif. Temuan penelitian berupa keberadaan ASN milenial di Pemda Kabupaten Wajo yang mulai mendominasi penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan daerah. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian akan berimplikasi terhadap timbulnya berbagai temuan teoritis sesuai era digital, sedangkan secara praksis berimplikasi terhadap transformasi birokrasi menuju humanokrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan karya original berupa identifikasi keberadaan ASN milenial dan kiprahnya dalam tata kelola pemerintahan daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris dengan locus Kabupaten Wajo. Kata Kunci: ASN, Generasi Milenial, dan Kabupaten Wajo I. Pendahuluan Seiring perubahan generasi, dunia mengalami perkembangan secara global. Saat ini, generasi Y atau yang lebih dikenal dengan kaum milenial mencapai jumlah terbanyak dalam sebaran penduduk di seluruh dunia. Data Brooking Institution (2014) memperkirakan terjadinya perubahan secara fundamental terhadap persentase teaga kerja yang dibuat oleh milenial. Kaum milenial mendominasi 75 persen angkatan kerja pada tahun 2025a. Kondisi ini tentunya berimplikasi terhadap diversifikasi (model), tata cara, dan kualitas layanan publik yang wajib diberikan oleh Pemerintah maupun pemerintahan daerah (pemda) di seluruh Indonesia. Generasi milenial adalah modal manusia yang baru (new human capital) terutama bagi percepatan pembangunan dan dinamika kehidupan berbangsa serta dinamika perekonomian negara. Menurut The Council of Economi Advisers pada Executive Office of the President of the United States (2014) dalam 15 Economic Facts About Millennials, terdapat 15 (limabelas) fakta ekonomi tentang milenial. Karenanya, generasi milenial menjadi mesin perubahan Indonesia. Disisi lain, generasi milenial ditengarai memiliki beberapa karakteristik yang kontraproduktif. Masuknya generasi milenial kedalam birokrasi pemerintahan diprediksi akan mengubah citra Pemerintah maupun pemerintahan daerah. Potensi diri dengan kualifikasi pendidikan pada rerata strata sarjana dan tingkat keterampilan yang memadai semakin memercepat transformasi metode bekerja, etos kerja, budaya kerja, dan bahkan kinerja organisasi pemerintahan dimasa depan. Dalam studi ini terdapat beberapa hal yang hendak dicapai, yakni: 1) deskripsi eksistensi ASN milenial; dan 2) strategi tata kelola ASN milenial menuju humanokrasi.

Nutritional problems, known as stunting, are a major threat to the quality of Indonesian society ... more Nutritional problems, known as stunting, are a major threat to the quality of Indonesian society that interferes with children's physical growth and brain development disorders that will affect their achievement. This study aims to analyze the nutrition intervention program and program achievements carried out by the Palembang City government. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study uses secondary data from the Palembang City Health Office to measure the number of short toddlers taking measurements in the October 2021 period. This is continued by describing the achievements of the nutrition intervention program that has been carried out by the Palembang City government and analyzing the problems that exist in the stunting program in Palembang City using the SWOT method. This study found that specific nutrition interventions were carried out through health programs while sensitive nutrition interventions were carried out through environmental programs. In an effort to reduce stunting in the city of Palembang, the strengths are stunting data collected by name by address and program innovations run at health centers. However, the weakness is that there is not optimal coordination and program synergy between related agencies. Low community motivation and lack of knowledge related to child-rearing patterns are a challenge, but the Palembang City government's commitment, as stated in the Mayor's Regulation policy, becomes the basis and direction of policy in designing stunting reduction and programs for the next five years.
