Cette etude vise a caracteriser le systeme d’identification de l'origine de la qualite en Fra... more Cette etude vise a caracteriser le systeme d’identification de l'origine de la qualite en France et analyser leur impact sur le developpement durable dans les zones rurales, afin d'en tirer des lecons qui sont applicable aux experiences en cours dans le sud de Bahia. Les donnees ont ete obtenues a partir de trois sources d'information : bibliographiques ; des interviews et des travaux sur le terrain. Scientifiquement, ce travail, these est basee sur les principes de l'economie de la qualite. Les principaux enseignements de l'experience francaise peuvent etre obtenus a partir de l'analyse de l’IG impacts Comte sur les secteurs economiques, l'emploi, la tradition et l'environnement.
In this paper, we aim to discuss what are the motivations that drive companies to adopt sustainab... more In this paper, we aim to discuss what are the motivations that drive companies to adopt sustainable development principles. Precedent literature shows that the main motivations rely on contextual, organizational and individual factors that are directly related to the companies' leaders. In the production of cocoa in Brazil, a severe economic crisis linked to phytosanitary disease causes damage to crops but also to the social level by an explosion of unemployment of many small producers who have lost everything. The group M. Libânio took the initiative to propose partnerships contracts with 40 families to welcome them on the farm and to share the results of the production. This initiative also served the group to legitimize its commitment in sustainable production that has certified products by Rainforest Alliance and opened the North American market.
Este trabalho objetivou identificar as potencialidades de mercado e os requerimentos qualitativos... more Este trabalho objetivou identificar as potencialidades de mercado e os requerimentos qualitativos de cacau fino pelas indústrias de chocolate “gourmet”. Cientificamente apoiou-se nos fundamentos da teoria Resource Based View (RBV). Observações nas industriais de chocolate revelaram que em termos de qualidade o principal requerimento do cacau fino é o aroma e sabor. O trabalho apresenta definições de cacau fino e identifica os aromas mais valorizados no mercado de chocolate, analisando-os com relação à sua formação e o seu desenvolvimento. Conclui que o mercado de cacau fino está em expansão, paga preços adicionais (duas a três vezes os valores das bolsas) e representa uma oportunidade para os produtores de cacau.
