The starting point is the operational model that integrates seven categories of competences: cognitive and metacognitive, methodological, communicational and relational, evaluative, psychosocial, career management, as well as ICT competencies. The goal of the study is to propose and validate a programme meant to improve the psychosocial competences of the beginning teachers. In order to run the research we have established the following objectives: development and pre-testing of the tools for the experimental model; initial evaluation of the psychosocial competencies, design and course of a programme of formative activities that lead to the improvement of the psychosocial competencies; final evaluation of the psychosocial competencies. As research methods we used: the formative psycho-pedagogical experiment with repeated measurements (test – post test), analysis of the products of teachers’ activities (projects, competencies portfolios), psycho-pedagogical observation, and statistical methods. The stages of the psycho-pedagogical experiment are the following: initial evaluation of the level of psychosocial competences of the beginning teachers, design and application of a programme of formative activities that leads to the improvement of the psychosocial competences. Statistical facts obtained during the research show significant differences with respect to the results obtained by the beginning teachers at the evaluation applied at the end of the formative stage, compared to those obtained at the initial evaluation. The results of this research will bring a contribution to the optimization of the initial training programmes of the beginning teachers, and support their psycho-pedagogical training for better socio-professional integration.

Within the psychometric approach, there is clear evidence that intelligence is more influenced by the genetic heritage of the person than by the cultural heritage of society. The conclusion of some research on intelligence assessment is that subjects who get high scores in certain specific tasks have a tendency to respond well to the other categories of tests. On the contrary, those who get lower scores or weaker results obtain the same results in the other tests too.

To this purpose, the following objectives have been established: to know the level of formation of notions and moral-civic skills for very young students; to project and develop an educational approach centred upon students' moral and civic education; to refine the formative and educational values of the activities projected and developed; to evaluate the progress registered by students during and at the end of the applicative stage. The applicative research has been conducted by using several methods and tools: psycho-pedagogical experimental design, observation, conversation and analysis of activity products. The analysis of the data obtained throughout the research confirms the general hypothesis concerning the efficiency of the formative steps projected and taken with primary school students. It also...

Starting with the ̀80s, among the most popular paradigms of the reflexive practitioner was the one elaborated by Schön. The most important consequences of developing and spreading the paradigm are: transposing it to the educational politics and substantiating the initial training programs on professional standards which correspond to the general competences; rethinking the initial training programs and directing them towards practice and competences of educators; integrating standards during the teachers certification exams; providing an adequate methodology in order to solve many problems that present education confronts with.

On these grounds, the applicative ascertaining research that we have conducted had in view two main objectives: 1.The analysis of the performances obtained by future teachers during their initial training programme (at TTD, the Department of Teacher Training) and at certification exams; 2.The efficiency measurement for this programme accounts for a direct relation between the graduates’ results and the didactic profession standards. The research findings confirm the research hypotheses and point at the performances obtained by subjects throughout their initial training program for the didactic profession, as well as during their certification exam. There is a significant positive correlation between the TTD graduation general average grade an...

Our study intends to analyze the actual model of evaluating the professional competences of beginning teachers through the definitive exam in educational system. The comparative analysis of several models of certification for teachers, based on professional standards (USA, France, Great Britain, and Romania) offers us the possibility of identifying common and different elements in establishing „the reference point of competences and qualities of the teacher”. The research was undertaken on a sample of 80 Sports teachers and aimed the following goals: Identifying the aspects of continuity between the program of initial tra...

The innovation of the paper consists in the elemental participation of the components in the new alloys, procedure that takes place in the alloying process, through coat conditions of the addition materials and by simultaneous obtaining the new precursors that fulfill high friability and deoxidation conditions of the participants in the brazing process. Developing the copper alloy batches is conditioned by a good protection to oxidation and gas absorption from the melting oven atmosphere. In order to protect the melt from the above mentioned phenomena’s we developed a slagging flux, boron-cryolithe type, which has melting proprieties below those of the copper phosphorus alloy, approx. 700°C. The load calculation was made based on the technical characteristics of the industrial base materials that were used, takin...
