Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Research and Development (RD---This study aims to make the development of attack speed measurement tool on fencing-based sports microcontroller. This research uses approach method of Research and Development (R & D). Tools made using microcontroller-based electronics, this tool uses a light sensor. The sample of research is 20 fencing athletes BANDUNG CITY. Based on statistical test results there is a difference between attack speed without tools with attack speed using test tool with t value 2.074 with significance 0,045 <from 0,05. Working system test tool that is as a timing speed attack on fencing and can be in the average time. The need for follow-up from the parties concerned to develop this test tool with a smoother puncture base so as not to damage the test equipment.
