To support the study, the related literature and studies were reviewed. The population of the study was all employees from two colleges located in the Ilocos region. The study uses the right research methodology and the study used descriptive correlational research design. The data was gathered through validated research questionnaires and in tabulating and interpreting the data, weighted mean and Pearson r were used. The study found that there is a correlation between employee treatment and work engagement of employees and therefore the hypothesis of the study was accepted.

To deepen the concept of the study, literature that is related to the current topic was reviewed. The study applied the assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study was all the employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag and total enumeration sampling was used. To gather the data, adopted research questionnaires were used and weighted mean and analysis of variance was used to analyze the data. The study found that the entrepreneurial work environment and organizational citizenship behaviour of the employees are considered high and the analysis of variance suggests that there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurial work environment and organizational citizenship behaviour. This suggests that positive changes in the entrepreneurial work environment are necessary for enhancing organizational citizenship behaviour.

To deepen the understanding of the concept of corporate governance and work performance, literature was reviewed. The study used a descriptive assessment and correlational research design and the population of the study was all employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag, Ilocos Norte. Questionnaires were used to gather the data. The study found that the corporate governance of the institution is considered high and the work performance is moderate. However, the Pearson r product moment analysis found that there is a significant correlation between corporate governance and the individual work performance of employees.

To strengthen the theory of the study, related literature was reviewed. The study used a descriptive correlational research design. To gather the data, questionnaires were used. The population of the study was all faculty and employees of the colleges in the Ilocos region. Since it is a quantitative study, the statistic was used to interpret the data. The weighted mean was used to determine the average mean of different organizational climate dimensions and different dimensions of work engagement, while Pearson r Correlation was used to determine the correlation between the organizational climate and work engagement of the employees. The results indicate that there is a significant correlation between organizational climate and work engagement of employees.

To establish the theories of the study, the literature was reviewed. The study used descriptive correlational research design and to gather the data, the validated questionnaires were used. The population of the study was grade XII ABM and STEM students of the Divine Word Colleges in the Ilocos Region. The study found that their attitude toward business and their business intention is high and based on Pearson r correlation, it was found that there is a significant correlation between attitude toward business and business intention and therefore, the hypothesis is accepted. However, based on the F-test which measures the difference between the attitude of ABM and STEM students' attitude toward business and their business intention, the study found that there is no significant difference between both strands when it comes to their attitude toward business and their business intention.
