This happens because intentions that did not manifest in behavior. Emotions had the potential to encourage individuals to carried out the intended behavior. Therefore intentions that reinforced by emotions will soon turn into behavior. The research was conducted with an experimental design. The results show that emotions strengthen the relationship between behavioral intentions to buy and green products buying behavior. Research findings became valuable input for the creation of a green product marketing communication strategy. Giving advertising exposure with emotional appeal was expected to change intention to buy green product to actual purchases

Studi ini menguji niat untuk loyal terhadap situs belanja online yang dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan dengan pembentuknya kenyamanan transaksi, variasi produk yang beragam, jaminan privasi data konsumen, dan keamanan proses transaksi. This study aims to examine the intention to use an information system that is formed from behavio... more This study aims to examine the intention to use an information system that is formed from behavioral intentions towards attitudes that are influenced by computer knowledge, computer anxiety, perceived ease of use, and social influence felt by employees in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling with the population of employees in RSUD Dr.Moewardi Surakarta who are using information system counted 200 respondents. The hypothesis tested by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that attitudes positively influence employee behavioral intentions in using information system. All hypothesis supported, except H 2, H 5, and H 6. This gives the meaning that the process of forming behavioral intentions uses information systems through attitudes formed by computer anxiety, computer knowledge, and perceived convenience that are influenced by the social environment.

Sampling technique use purposive sampling with 120 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses SEM with the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses have significant effects except H7 and H9. These results indicate that the intention to use online learning through the Digimed.id website in the relationship of openness to share knowledge and social influence by sharing knowledge still lack in application.

This study aims to examine the causes of job stress that is influenced by work-family conflict an... more This study aims to examine the causes of job stress that is influenced by work-family conflict and work load that impact on job satisfaction on health workers of RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 health workers at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten who is married. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the entire population of health workers in RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. The results showed that work-family conflict had positive effect on job stress, work load had positive effect to job stress, and job stress had no effect on job satisfaction. These results provide meaning that the cause of job stress on health workers at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a work-family conflict and a high workload.

Previous studies have not yet explained the role of trust in the relationship between technological knowledge, compatibility, and security in the intention to continue the online prescription system. Data was obtained through an online questionnaire that was distributed to health professionals using the Surakarta online prescription system. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of 200 health workers. Hypothesis testing is done by using SEM. The results of this study indicate that technology and security knowledge have a role in increasing trust to form intentions to use online prescription systems. There are hypotheses that are not supported by compatibility which is felt to have no role in increasing trust to form intentions using an online prescription system.

This study aims to examine the causes of job stress that is influenced by work-family conflict an... more This study aims to examine the causes of job stress that is influenced by work-family conflict and work load that impact on job satisfaction on health workers of RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 health workers at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten who is married. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the entire population of health workers in RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. The results showed that work-family conflict had positive effect on job stress, work load had positive effect to job stress, and job stress had no effect on job satisfaction. These results provide meaning that the cause of job stress on health workers at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a work-family conflict and a high workload.

Sampling technique was purposive sampling with the population of the community in the solo using the E-Patient application as much as 130 respondents. This study aims to test the trust caused by technological knowledge, compatibility, and system se... more This study aims to test the trust caused by technological knowledge, compatibility, and system security. Previous studies have not yet explained the role of trust in the relationship between technological knowledge, compatibility, and security in the intention to continue the online prescription system. Data was obtained through an online questionnaire that was distributed to health professionals using the Surakarta online prescription system. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of 200 health workers. Hypothesis testing is done by using SEM. The results of this study indicate that technology and security knowledge have a role in increasing trust to form intentions to use online prescription systems. There are hypotheses that are not supported by compatibility which is felt to have no role in increasing trust to form intentions using an online prescription system.
