The article reveals the peculiarities of training future teachers in higher education institution... more The article reveals the peculiarities of training future teachers in higher education institutions for scientific and pedagogical creativity in terms of master's training. It is established that for the development of creative approach to professional activity of future teachers it is necessary to create conditions in higher education institutions for the development of flexible productive thinking, ability to self-improvement, self-education, reflection of own activity and its results, imagination, improvisation based on knowledge and intuition. For the effective implementation of this process it is necessary to optimize the training of future teachers, to improve the content, methods and forms of educational activities in higher education institutions. It was determined that mastering research activities is the first and main goal of training specialists of master's degree. The research activity of a future teacher is an important condition for the development of a creative, proactive specialist with a focus on constant knowledge, the desire to determine the essence of any phenomenon, finding the best means of solving professional problems, constant experimentation, self-analysis and self-evaluation. Participation in research develops in future teachers a reflection of their own life and professional needs and interests, which is carried out in the process of professionally oriented research tasks, which provides objectivity and forms a critical and constructive attitude to themselves, helps to realize their compliance with the profession and scientific-research activities, when the future teacher acquires the skills of independent thinking, finds meaning and ways to improve themselves in this activity. Research activity satisfies the needs of the future teacher in achieving success, self-knowledge, selfrealization, in understanding the content of their activities, in a systematic vision of their prospects. Objective reality encourages us to pay more attention to the development of research skills in future teachers of higher education institutions.

The purpose of the article is to carry out scientific research on the issue of educational digitization in developed countries of the world and to develop a program of educational digitization in Ukraine. The leading research methods are general scientific and specific research methods, including methods of logic, analysis, comparison and more. The results of this study are to outline the real need of modern society in the digitization of education, to determine the legal and organizational basis of such processes in the country, to develop an effective, step-by-step program for the digitization of education in Ukraine. The significance of the obtained results is reflected in the fact that this study can serve as a basis for outlining future changes to the current legislation of Ukraine on the issues of the digitization of education and reformatting the work of the relevant state bodies in the educational sphere.

Such functionalized heteroatoms carbon nanoparticles are promising for metal composites.The aim of the study was to determine the effect of temperature on the chemical interaction of aluminum and iron clusters with native, boron-, silicon- and nitrogen-containing graphene-like planes (GLP).The values of the energy effect of reactions (ΔEreact) of Al2 and Fe2 dimers with native and modified GLP, as well as the dependence of their free Gibbs energy on temperature are calculated. Based on the analysis of scientific literature it has been substantiated the formation of the information culture of the personality becomes one of the main tasks of social institutions of society, and the purpose of its formation is the socialization and acculturation of person in the new conditions of existence, which irretrievably change following the rapid development of information and communication technologies and based on their application all human spaces existence and activities. It has been concluded that the need for self-actualization self-develops along with the expansion of human knowledge about the world and about oneself, with the growth of subjective capabilities and the complexity of the tasks faced. The interdevelopmental relationship between the individual and society is achieved not only by overcoming negative and using positive individual assets, but due to the fact that society develops such individual characteristics that are due to social expectations, antipodes, values and only in harmony with them provide a high level of professional activity. It has been analyzed that as a product of the development of the information society, information culture is a broader concept than anthropogenic culture and includes all its main characteristics that do not contradict civilization development. At the same time there are new components serving informational culture patterns, which are characteristic only for the information society, which has been formed in general, and its information and communication technologies. It has been explained that in certain aspects the problem of self-actualization of the individual involves the development of tools and conditions that stimulate the processes of selfknowledge, goal-setting, designing prospects for individual life. The reason for self-actualization has been view as the need to reconcile the inner intentions of human and the conditions in which one lives.

The effectiveness of scientific and research activities in the development of social orientation ... more The effectiveness of scientific and research activities in the development of social orientation of future teachers has been examined in the article. Orientation has been found out to be a selective human activity, associated with a positive emotional attitude of a person to a cognitive object, a phenomenon, a certain type of activity, to be one of the most important incentives for knowledge. The intensification of participation in scientific and research work has been established to be of great importance in the development of students' social orientation. The scientific and research activity of a future teacher is an important condition for the development of a creative, initiative specialist with a focus on constant knowledge; desire to determine the essence of any phenomenon, finding the best means of solving professional problems, constant experimentation, self-analysis and self-evaluation. After analyzing the data obtained, it has been discovered that the results of identifying social orientation indicate that it is much higher in the groups of students involved in scientific and research activities in the course of their professional training. That is, scientific and research activities significantly affect the formation of the orientation of future teachers. According to the study, future teachers of the experimental group are able to solve creative, research problems with previously unknown results, they are more knowledgeable and confident in choosing their profession, and they assess the situation more rationally and adequately and plan their future more thoughtfully than the students in the control group.

Elisavetgrad region is known for distinctive and original cultural and educational traditions, seminal pedagogical ideas, peculiar innovative methods and forms of their practical implementation. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the development of education in Elisavetgrad region in the second half of XIX-early XX century. The historicalstructural method gave an opportunity to arrange historical and pedagogical works on various aspects of educational development, the functions of educational institutions, distinguished persons in Elisavetgrad region in the second half of the XIXthe beginning of the XX century.
