The study highlighted severe repercussions on children: neglect, emotional trauma, unstable home environments, developmental delays, birth defects, increased addiction risk, and disruptions in education and social development. A crosssectional survey design research method was be used. Information is gathered from people who represent various groups or categories-in this case, male and female teachers-at a particular point in time. The research questions raised were answered using descriptive statistics while the hypotheses formulated were tested using Student's t-test at a 0.05 level of significance. The results from the hypothesis testing indicated that both male and female teachers shared similar concerns about drug abuse's impact on child training, showing gender had no significant influence on their perceptions (t-value .32, less than the critical value of 1.95 at a .05 significance level). From these findings, it was recommended that well rounded interventions to combat drug abuse in the society be implemented in Akwa Ibom State to safeguard the future of the youth.

The objective was to assess these techniques against international best practices to guarantee their general efficacy. It adopted a review and discussion approach of research. The study showed that training was necessary for contingent academics to become more effective teachers. The study promoted the use of inclusive teaching techniques to overcome learning barriers and improve student achievement and satisfaction, with a focus on cross-cultural pedagogies and multicultural view points. It also emphasized how important evidence-based educational policy and practice are, highlighting the significance of thorough assessments and the application of scientific knowledge to assess the efficacy of educational initiatives. The study mentioned how different metrics, including test results, final grades, concept inventory scores, and student behaviors, can be used to gauge how well instructional interventions and learning objectives are working. It has been suggested that more research into particular components of active learning should be undertaken.

Three indicators where adopted which where performances of sport skills and techniques, health behavior and injuries, three objectives where formulated and hypothesis. The study adopted a study design with 23 respondent, 9 males and 14 females .Questionnaire based on Likert scaling design of Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree and Strongly Disagree with the use of available sampling technique. The Likert scale used were transform into numerical data and entered into PSS software for processing. The questionnaires were formulated with both sexes of students in mind, one was targeted at the male population while the other was targeted at the female population. The statistical package that was used is PSPP statistical software which is a close alternative to the commonly used SPSS. It was coded as PMALE-Performance of Sports Skills and Techniques for (Males), HPM-Health Behavior for (Males), INM-Injury (Males) and PF-Performance of Sports Skills and Techniques for (Females),HPF-Health Behavior for (Females),INF-Injury (Female). Finally, bivariate regression analysis was conducted on the data how one variable impacted on another variable. Finally, bivariate regression used in the analysis proved that for both sexes, there is a significant impact of skill and sports techniques on sports performance when considering the gender of the athletes. This is due to the significance of the R-values and the p-values given in form of sig. in each model tested. The three models used may not be enough to directly impact on sports performance in a larger population.
