I am a Platonist contemplative ascetic, renunciant, eremitical monastic, mystic, and philosopher of many years standing tenuously surviving alone and without support. I am a lifelong celibate, a most ardent moral vegan (for more than 35 years), teetotaling, don't have a car or a television, don't attend entertainments or social events, etc. Apart from what is necessary to maintain this psycho-physical existence, I devote all my time and energy to contemplation/meditation and study to attain re-union with the Absolute and liberation from the cycle of birth and death/reincarnation. I read Ancient Greek, and used to read German, Sanskrit, Pali, and Latin. Prior to becoming a Platonist 20 years ago, I was an unaffiliated, non-institutionalized Buddhist ascetic, contemplative, and scholar for some 20 years, and still possess a thorough knowledge of that system in all its forms. I am also well up on Hinduism, Jainism, the ascetic and mystical aspects of the Abrahamic systems, etc.  There are videos of the papers given here at www.youtube.com/c/EricFallick and most of them, up until summer 2019, are available in printed book form under the title "Platonist Contemplative Asceticism: Practice and Principle" from lulu.com and all the regular online retail booksellers.
