By integrating transformative pedagogies into the senior secondary curriculum, educators can contribute to the holistic development of students, equipping them with the skills and attitudes necessary for peaceful coexistence and societal progress. It is based on these that this descriptive survey investigated the perception of SSS teachers on integrating transformative pedagogies in Senior Secondary School curriculum for peace and national development. Researchers' made attitude questionnaire titled" SSS Teachers' Questionnaire on integrating transformative pedagogies in SSS curriculum for peace and national development" was used for data collection. It had reliability coefficient of 0.86 determined using Cronbach Alpha. The data collected was analyzed using mean and standard deviation in answering research questions while the hypothesis was tested using t-test statistical tool tested at 0.05 level of significance. The findings showed that SSS teachers had positive perceptions on integrating transformative pedagogies in SSS curriculum for peace and national development. It was recommended among others that relevant authorities should review and revise the curriculum to align with the goals of transformative pedagogies. This may involve restructuring the curriculum to promote interdisciplinary learning and a more holistic understanding of subjects. The curriculum should emphasize qualitative learning outcomes, critical thinking, and skills development rather than solely focusing on quantitative assessment and standardized testing.
