The number of samples in this study was 200 respondents who were credit card users who already had income in the Jakarta area. For data analysis, this study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this study indicated that Financial Literacy and Risk Perception has a negative effect on Propensity to Indebtedness, while Materialism has a positive effect on Propensity to Indebtedness.

Perubahan luas tutupan lahan hijau tanah pada wilayah Bogor perlu diperhatikan sebagai acuan tind... more Perubahan luas tutupan lahan hijau tanah pada wilayah Bogor perlu diperhatikan sebagai acuan tindakan preventif untuk mencegah fenomena alam yang merugikan masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah sekitarnya. Aplikasi Sistem informasi geografis (SIG) untuk tutupan lahan hijau dirancangan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Javascript dengan metode EVI yang memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan informasi luas tutupan lahan pada kelas impervious, hijau sebagian, dan hijau pada wilayah Bogor di tingkat kecamatan menggunakan data citra satelit Landsat 8 pada tahun 2014 hingga 2020. Preprocessing dilakukan pada citra satelit Landsat 8 dengan melakukan transformasi citra menjadi 8 bit dan pemotongan tiap wilayah kecamatan dalam wilayah Bogor terhadap band 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, dan 7. Data input yang digunakan pada SIG berupa nilai piksel dari citra Landsat 8 pada band 2, 4, dan 5. Output berupa citra pemetaan dan luas lahan setiap kelas tutupan lahan. Hasil penelitian dapat memberikan informasi untuk mempermudah instansi terkait dalam me-monitoring luas tutupan lahan pada setiap kelas di wilayah Bogor pada tingkat kecamatan.

Digital transformation makes social media one of the infrastructures that introduces effective pe... more Digital transformation makes social media one of the infrastructures that introduces effective performance changes for MSMEs. Referring to the concept of the research model built based on the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) theory, tThere are three basic factors that need to be considered by MSMEs in adopting social media, namely compatibility, cost-effectiveness and interactivity. This study aims to compare the effects of compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and interactivity on SME performance between the social media platforms Instagram and TikTok. A comparative study was utilized in this research to examine the impact of variables on the Instagram and TikTok social media platforms. The sample consisted of 200 SMEs was selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Multigroup Analysis (PLS-MGA). The study's results indicate that compatibility and interactivity significantly influence the adoption of both Instagram and TikTok social media platforms. On the other hand, the cost-effectiveness variable only affects the adoption of the TikTok social media platform but does not significantly affect the adoption of Instagram. This study also found that only interactivity significantly differs in adopting social media platforms between Instagram and TikTok. The results showed that Instagram social media provides greater interactivity than TikTok. The other two variables, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness do not significantly differ. Furthermore, the study also found a positive influence of using both Instagram and TikTok social media platforms on SMEs' performance.

Variable selection methods for process monitoring have focused mainly on the explained variance p... more Variable selection methods for process monitoring have focused mainly on the explained variance performance criteria. However, explained variance efficiency is a minimal notion of optimality and does not necessarily result in an economically desirable selected subset, as it makes no statement about the measurement cost or other engineering criteria. For many applications, it may be useful for external information to influence the selection process. For example, some variables may be easier and cheaper to carry out then others or they might be very important according to some engineering criteria. Neglecting this information in statistical process control, would be counterproductive. In this article, we propose a statistical methodology to select a reduced number of relevant variables for multivariate statistical process control that makes use of engineering and variability evaluation criteria. A double reduction of dimensionality is applied in conjunction with economic and variability selection criteria. The subset of relevant variables is selected in a manner that retains, to some extent, the structure and information carried by the full set of original variables. A real application from automotive industry will be used to illustrate the method.

Setelah dilakukan proses koreksi radiometri, klasifikasi lahan hijau akan dilakukan dengan metode NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) dan SAVI (Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index). Objek atau area tersebut akan diklasifisikan dengan lahan hijau apabila hasil dari nilai NDVI lebih besar atau sama dengan 0.3. Setelah itu hasil klasifikasi dibagi menjadi 2 (dua) kategori, yaitu Y 1 dan Y 2 dengan metode dummy dependent variable. Dummy Dependent Variable ini akan digunakan dalam metode regresi linier untuk melakukan klasifikasi area yang telah dipilih di Jabodetabek. Untuk membuktikan apakah hasil dari sistem dapat dipercaya atau tidak, hasil klasifikasi akan dibandingkan dengan gambar asli yang terlihat di Google Earth.

Perancangan aplikasi pendeteksian tingkat kesamaan antar dokumen ini dimaksudkan untuk menyimpan ... more Perancangan aplikasi pendeteksian tingkat kesamaan antar dokumen ini dimaksudkan untuk menyimpan data tesis mahasiswa dan aplikasi dapat digunakan untuk membandingkan data skripsi mahasiswa dengan data baru yang ada. Hasil dari proses deteksi adalah persentase tingkat kesamaan. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam merancang aplikasi ini adalah Algoritma Winnowing. Algoritma ini termasuk dalam salah satu metode fingerprinting dokumen. Algoritma ini menggunakan rolling hashing untuk melakukan proses hashing dan menggunakan koefisien jaccard untuk menghitung tingkat kemiripan. Dalam pengujian aplikasi ini dengan data dummy diketahui bahwa aplikasi ini sangat bergantung pada urutan masing-masing lokasi substring. Aplikasi ini juga telah diuji untuk membandingkan sejumlah data skripsi yang ada dengan persentase tingkat kesamaan di bawah 30%. Aplikasi ini tidak bisa menentukan apakah sebuah dokumen plagiat atau tidak, namun aplikasi ini bisa memberikan informasi berupa persentase tingkat kesamaan dan persentase dapat digunakan oleh pihak yang memiliki wewenang untuk menentukan. To provide accurate land classification, we need to have a good and robust estimators. Minimum Ve... more To provide accurate land classification, we need to have a good and robust estimators. Minimum Vector Variance (MVV) is one of the robust method to produce them. In this paper, we implement the method to classify absorption land in Jakarta province. Our Experiment using 2002's satelite images of Jakarta area (band 1, 2, 3 and 4) has shown that MVV methods provides good classification of less than 5%. We also decreased the process time in order to occupy various types of land classification by enabling parallel technique on the solution. The experiment shows an average speedup almost two times of the sequential process of classyfing 2002's satelite images of Jakarta.

This paper proposes a new notion distance on the CBIR process which is derived from the measure o... more This paper proposes a new notion distance on the CBIR process which is derived from the measure of multivariate dispersion called vector variance (VV). The minimum vector variance (MVV) estimator is robust estimator having the high breakdown point. The CBIR is a retrieval technique using the visual information by retrieving collections of digital images. The process of retrieval is carried out by measuring the similarity between query image and the image in the database through similarity measure. Distance is a metric often used as similarity measure on CBIR. The query image is relevant to an image in the database if the value of similarity measure is 'small'. This means that a good CBIR retrieval system must be supported by an accurate similarity measure. The classical distance is generated from the arithmetic mean which is vulnerable to the masking effect. The appearance of extreme data causes the inflation of deviation of the arithmetic mean, this implies the distance between the extreme data or the outlier becomes closer than it supposed to be. In the end of section we discuss the high performance of the MVV robust distance to CBIR process.

Angka adalah sebuah sistem Character Recognition yang menerima input berupa citra partitur notasi... more Angka adalah sebuah sistem Character Recognition yang menerima input berupa citra partitur notasi balok dan menghasilkan output berupa file DOCX berisi notasi angka dari citra input. Notasi balok adalah cara penulisan karya musik yang memiliki nilai notasi, nilai ritmus, dan ditulis dengan garis paranada. Sistem Konversi Citra Notasi Balok Menjadi Notasi Angka terdiri dari empat proses utama yaitu preprocessing citra input, segmentasi baris garis paranada, segmentasi karakter notasi, dan pengenalan dengan template matching. Preprocessing citra input terdiri dari proses grayscale, dan thresholding. Template matching digunakan untuk mencari karakter notasi balok yang didapatkan dengan membandingkan citra tersebut dengan template-template yang ada. Untuk dapat menggunakan metode template matching, ukuran citra template dan ukuran akhir segmentasi disamakan. Sistem ini memiliki tingkat keberhasilan pada segmentasi karakter sebesar 100% dan tingkat keberhasilan pada pengenalan karakter dengan template matching sebesar 38,4843%.
This paper explores the deep learning models aiming at two tasks, which are classifying objects a... more This paper explores the deep learning models aiming at two tasks, which are classifying objects and recognizing human action from a video. The deep learning models are the convolutional neural networks and long short-term memory network. For the action recognition, the optical flow is employed as the feature representation of movement on each video. The video data simulates one person doing either taking, returning, or browsing items on a shelf. From the experiments, the model achieve accuracy of 56.41% of accuracy for the object classification task and 76.92% for the action recognition.

Each region of Indonesia usually produces their own batik motifs. This paper proposes the convolutional neural networks to recognize the batik motifs from images. The dataset consists of batik motifs from Lasem, Solo, and Yogyakarta region. In total, there are 13 classes of batik motif in the dataset. Experimental results show that the model performance is not sufficient enough to accurately detect most of the batik motifs.

Klasifikasi citra kain tenun berdasarkan tekstur dan warna dengan metode Gray Level Cooccurrence ... more Klasifikasi citra kain tenun berdasarkan tekstur dan warna dengan metode Gray Level Cooccurrence Matrix (GLCM), Local Binary Pattern (LBP), Color Moments dan metode klasifikasi K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN) merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi motif yang ada pada kain tenun. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python sebagai sistem klasifikasi dan Android studio yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java sebagai Front-end. Sistem klasifikasi dibagi menjadi dua proses utama yaitu proses ekstraksi fitur dan proses klasifikasi. Proses ekstraksi fitur dilakukan dengan metode GLCM, LBP dan Color Moments yang menghasilkan fitur vektor untuk setiap metode dan proses klasifikasi dilakukan dengan metode K-NN. Fitur yang digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi adalah fitur vektor yang memiliki hasil terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, metode yang dapat menghasilkan fitur terbaik adalah metode LBP dengan persentase akurasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan dua metode lainnya.

Not only a decoration, but flowers are also used as cut flowers, sowing flowers and herbal medicine. flowers that grow in Indonesia have two forms, namely the form of a flower and a bunch. In the classification of flower characteristics taken from the flower, images are characteristics of colour, texture and shape. The purpose of this system design is to make a classification of flowers that grow in Indonesia that have different colour, texture and shape characters using the Histogram, Haar Wavelet and Robert Cross methods to get the value of features to be made vector and used on SVM method to determine the types of flowers. SVM is a classifier that has the advantage of being able to process high-dimensional data, without eliminating significant performance degradation. From the experiment of this Indonesian flower classification application, the accuracy of classification success results in the test interest of 81.67% by using the colour, texture and shape features of the extraction results with the Histogram, Haar Wavelet and Robert Cross methods and classified by the SVM method with Linear, Polynomial kernel and RBF.
This paper explores the possibility of implementing a voice authentication system consisting of s... more This paper explores the possibility of implementing a voice authentication system consisting of speech recognition and speaker verication model for the one-time password (OTP) system. The speech recognition model is responsible for classifying user utterances of random OTP digits in Bahasa Indonesia and the speaker verification model is used to verify the identity of the speaker. The long short-term memory network and siamese network with convolutional neural networks are employed as the model, where they aim to recognize and verify human voices represented by MFCC feature vectors. From the experiments, it is found that the validation accuracy of the speech recognition model is reliable, yet the speaker verication model cannot achieve satisfactory result.

Pada saat ini, ponsel dan toko online merupakan sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari manusia.... more Pada saat ini, ponsel dan toko online merupakan sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari manusia. Begitu banyak jenis ponsel bermunculan setiap tahunnya sehingga menyebabkan manusia bingung dalam mengenali ponsel tersebut. Pada program pengenalan ponsel ini digunakan Histogram of Oriented Gradient untuk mengambil fitur berupa bentuk ponsel, Color Quantization untuk mengambil fitur warna, dan Local Binary Pattern untuk mengambil fitur tekstur ponsel. Hasil dari pengambilan fitur berupa fitur vektor yang digunakan pada Learning Vector Quantization untuk proses pengenalan dengan mencari nilai terkecil Euclidean Distance antara vektor fitur dengan vektor bobot terlatih. Hasil dari program pengenalan ini yaitu program dapat melakukan pengenalan terhadap 16 jenis ponsel dengan akurasi sebesar 9.6%.

Aplikasi klasifikasi citra batik Indonesia dan Malaysia dengan metode Linear Discriminant Analysi... more Aplikasi klasifikasi citra batik Indonesia dan Malaysia dengan metode Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) dan Modified Discriminant Analysis (MDA) merupakan aplikasi pengenalan yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi citra berupa batik. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java untuk menjalankan metode pengambilan fitur yaitu Color Histogram dan Daubechies Wavelet dan metode pengklasifikasian yaitu LDA dan MDA. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing dan matriks konfusi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan fitur ciri warna, ciri tekstur, dan gabungan dari citra latih dan citra uji baru. Hasil persentase pengujian terbaik adalah pengujian dengan menggunakan ciri warna, sedangkan dengan ciri tekstur dan gabungan mendapatkan hasil persentase pengujian sedikit rendah.

This paper proposes the bootstrap principal component analysis for the classification of an imper... more This paper proposes the bootstrap principal component analysis for the classification of an impervious land area. The impervious surface is closely related to the urban development area, and therefore, crucial to the urban planning of the city. In this paper, we use the remote sensing technology to map each pixel of the images as impervious land, water area, or empty lands. The case study is the Jabodetabek area in Indonesia, which is a megapolitan area consisting of megacities of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The area is the political and economic center of the country. We evaluate the model using Cohen's kappa coefficient, which shows that the model has excellent performance in classifying those three land-cover classes.
