It was chosen for the construction of a State of the Art it brings over from the affectations to the dimensions of the development caused as consequence of the infantile mistreatment, for which there were investigated 43 documents that have approached the above mentioned topic in Bogota, ealizing Analytical Specialized Summaries (RAE) as instrument of compilation and systematizing of information. Likewise, in the paragraph of the theoretical framework there are exposed the conceptions of infantile mistreatment, the policies that offset it and the affectations that arise in the development, then, appear the general aim and the specific aims. From the above, there are established categories of analysis organized in the counterfoils for the classification of the information gathered of the RAE's, from which the results and his respective analysis are established.
