Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai jurnal dan buku kepemimpinan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah ciri-ciri seorang pemimpin yang ideal telah diidentifikasi, mereka harus diadaptasi agar sesuai dengan model kepemimpinan yang dipilih. Rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan aktivitas siswa dan guru adalah masalah yang mendasarin... more Rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan aktivitas siswa dan guru adalah masalah yang mendasarinya di SD Negeri 4 Bireuen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri 4 Bireuen yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Data dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan serangkaian pertanyaan, observasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan di kelas III SD Negeri 4 Bireuen. Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah ketuntasan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada siklus I 82,3% dan siklus II menjadi 94%. Pemanfaatan video interaktif dapat membantu perhatian siswa selama proses pembelajaran dan dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan rasa kepuasan dari pembelajarannya. Ada komentar dari pengguna yang menegaskan validitas dan nilai video interaktif. Hal ini disebabkan media pendidikan menjadi lebih bernilai sebagai hasil dari integrasi komponen-komponen yang sebelumnya tidak dapat diandalkan. This study aims to: produce a HOTS test of geometry that is valid, effective and practical to use... more This study aims to: produce a HOTS test of geometry that is valid, effective and practical to use in fifth grade elementary school. This research is a development research of Tessmer's formative evaluation type which has been adapted which consists of two stages, namely; (1) preliminary stage, and (2) formative evaluation stage which includes self-evaluation and prototyping. The results showed that the HOTS test of geometry based on realistic mathematics education that had quality from the aspects of validity, effectiveness and practicality had 15 questions consisting of 11 multiple choice questions and 4 essay questions. The test validity coefficient is 0.69 (high validity) and the test reliability coefficient is 0.81 (very high reliability). Effective based on the achievement of learning objectives reaches 80%, 88% classical completeness, 85% positive response from students and efficient learning time. Practically based on the assessment of experts who stated that the questions were feasible and could be used and, the teacher's response obtained an average score of 88.89% (practical).

To be detail, this study was conducted to provide educators at university information towards things need to be considered in designing such instrument. In this case, we depict several activities in making holograms to deliver mathematical insights for students for Calculus course. The study was carried out through developmental steps ADDIE, such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study was conducted at Mathematics Education Program, Medan State University, especially for students who enrolled Calculus course. The activities were described explicitly in each phase. The results of this study show that it takes time to make holographic digital media in teaching and learning process of mathematics, including university. In this case, there are several aspects that need to be considered in designing the media, such as (1) the learning topics; (2) contents; (3) object video/animation; (4) hologram application.

Data analysis used the Mile and Huberman model. Subjects in this study involved students of SMP N 5 Vocational Youth who were given problem-based learning treatment with a total of 30 people. Intrapersonal intelligence of students with problem-based learning models, high-ability students as many as 8 students or (26.67%), students with moderate abilities as many as 18 students or (60%) and students with low ability as many as 4 people or (13.34%). The conclusion of mathematical reasoning ability using problem-based learning model, high-ability students as many as 7 students or (23.33), moderately capable students as many as 13 students or (43.33%) and low-ability students as many as 10 students or (33.33%)).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) tentang topik aritmetika sosial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Pengembangan model pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development or production, Implementation and Evaluations). Keefektifan model pembelajaran RME yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis matematis siswa telah memenuhi kriteria efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh tujuan pembelajaran tercapai, ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal dari hasil kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis matematika yaitu 52%. Uji coba II terlihat bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal dari hasil kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis matematika yaitu 72%.

This study aims to: produce a HOTS test of geometry that is valid, effective and practical to use... more This study aims to: produce a HOTS test of geometry that is valid, effective and practical to use in fifth grade elementary school. This research is a development research of Tessmer's formative evaluation type which has been adapted which consists of two stages, namely; (1) preliminary stage, and (2) formative evaluation stage which includes self-evaluation and prototyping. The results showed that the HOTS test of geometry based on realistic mathematics education that had quality from the aspects of validity, effectiveness and practicality had 15 questions consisting of 11 multiple choice questions and 4 essay questions. The test validity coefficient is 0.69 (high validity) and the test reliability coefficient is 0.81 (very high reliability). Effective based on the achievement of learning objectives reaches 80%, 88% classical completeness, 85% positive response from students and efficient learning time. Practically based on the assessment of experts who stated that the questions were feasible and could be used and, the teacher's response obtained an average score of 88.89% (practical).

To be detail, this study was conducted to provide educators at university information towards things need to be considered in designing such instrument. In this case, we depict several activities in making holograms to deliver mathematical insights for students for Calculus course. The study was carried out through developmental steps ADDIE, such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study was conducted at Mathematics Education Program, Medan State University, especially for students who enrolled Calculus course. The activities were described explicitly in each phase. The results of this study show that it takes time to make holographic digital media in teaching and learning process of mathematics, including university. In this case, there are several aspects that need to be considered in designing the media, such as (1) the learning topics; (2) contents; (3) object video/animation; (4) hologram application.

Data analysis used the Mile and Huberman model. Subjects in this study involved students of SMP N 5 Vocational Youth who were given problem-based learning treatment with a total of 30 people. Intrapersonal intelligence of students with problem-based learning models, high-ability students as many as 8 students or (26.67%), students with moderate abilities as many as 18 students or (60%) and students with low ability as many as 4 people or (13.34%). The conclusion of mathematical reasoning ability using problem-based learning model, high-ability students as many as 7 students or (23.33), moderately capable students as many as 13 students or (43.33%) and low-ability students as many as 10 students or (33.33%)).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) tentang topik aritmetika sosial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Pengembangan model pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development or production, Implementation and Evaluations). Keefektifan model pembelajaran RME yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis matematis siswa telah memenuhi kriteria efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh tujuan pembelajaran tercapai, ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal dari hasil kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis matematika yaitu 52%. Uji coba II terlihat bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal dari hasil kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis matematika yaitu 72%.
