One of the obstacles facing schools today is the large number of the population of male and female sex ratios. Since the time of ''john graunt'' (the father of modern demography) we found out that out of 205 population of humans, 100 are males and 105 are females. Demography has brought to the understanding of school students to examine the population of rural and urban areas, to examine the structure of population, i.e. Age and sex ratios, Examination of changes in population over time i.e. growth and decline, and examination of change in population over time. It also helps to determine the causes and effects of population change. But in this study, we shall consider how demography has enabled schools to determine their male and female sex ratios.

Base on data collected, it is discovered that savings output in Nigeria during the period was unsatisfactory but was later discovered as a necessary factor for economic development and growth. This research shows the significance of savings which is achieved when saving habits is greatly considered by public private and government. The empirical results show a negative influence of trade openness (TDO) on aggregate savings. The work therefore submits that effort should be geared towards improving export capacity by improving productivity in industrial sector, which provide employment and increase per capital income as a bid to accelerate savings. And since interest rate signals a positive influence on savings in Nigeria, there should also be an intensified impact on real rates, spread and financial liberalization and or financial developing in Nigeria.

There is a widespread belief that productivity improvements can only be achieved through a fundamental reform in the area of industrial relations. Changes are thought to be necessary both in the organization and structure of work and in the way in which employees are trained, remunerated and motivated. Moreover, it is argued that these changes cannot be separated from the need to overhaul our system of interest representation and dispute resolution.

Their physical and chemical characteristics were examined. The refined oils were blended to produce three samples of margarine: palm kernel oil margarine (PKO), palm kernel and coconut oils margarine were tested for free fatty acid and Iodine value with the following results 0.27,0.84, 1.68 Free Fatty Acid, 17.77, 20.30, 21.57 Iodine value for PKO, PCO and PCM margarine respectively. These products were assessed organoleptically using 9 -point hedoic scale o both samples and the standard were found to be significantly different at 5% level of probability.

The fungal and bacterial growth visible within 2-7 days. Each observed fungal and bacterial growth based on their morphological and cultural microscopic examination and this microscopic examination was done using the lactophenol staining technique. Some organisms like Erwinia species has been incriminated as pathogen, saprophyte or constituent of epiphyic flora of plants.

Zobo drink is a popular drink in the Nigeria, especially in the northern part of Nigeria. The result of the analysis indicated that the drink is high in vital mineral nutrients required for the healthy growth by humans and for the proper metabolic processes to be adequately maintained. Zobo drink is high, as indicated in the result, in iron – a major component of the human haemoglobin, when compared with other leaf like the popular vegetable leaf known as awa (Piper methysticum).

This has led to legislation in many countries regulating their use. On the course of the study, the researcher made some objectives; additive and preservative substances as used in processing and preservation of foods and their health implication of foods in preservation and processing industry. Food preservative like curing involves adding some combination of salt, sugar, spices, vinegar, or sodium nitrate to animal foods. The importance of food additives and preservatives are innumerable hence, the quest for more knowledge and awareness through researches should be promoted by the government. Based on the objectives and recommendation above, the researcher concluded that the nutritional value of modern processed and preserved foods is no probably greater than it has even been before and the major food chemical (carbohydrates, fats and proteins) are kept in a fresh palatable and nutritional satisfactory state.
