The approach used is a quantitative method with regression techniques. The population of this study is all employee of Mercu Buana University amounted to 812 people, the sample technique used was purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 188 people, with the criteria: 1. Employee Educational of UMB in Jakarta, 2. . The water collected from the water springs first stored in a reservoir and later transferred to the campus through networks of pipes. The distance gap between the campus and the reservoir is quite far, not only that, the lack of decent infrastructure around the area makes it relatively difficult as motor vehicles could not access the location of the reservoir and therefore makes it quite difficult to monitor the water level on person. Considering work achievement must be used as a goal to motivate employees in order to prepare themselves to enter the era of society 5.0. Data analysis techniques were carried out using structural equation model. This research aims to utilize blood cockle shell waste and silica sand as a new innovation in the... more This research aims to utilize blood cockle shell waste and silica sand as a new innovation in the manufacture of calcium silicate minerals which were used as fillers in paper making industry. In this study the manufacture of calcium silicate mineral fillers (CaSiO3) used solid state reaction technique at a temperature of 1000 o C. Some researchers have tested the use of blood cockle shells as the raw materials for making calcium silicate, so further research was needed to find out whether the calcium silicate produced can be used in paper making. Sample characterization was carried out with Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Keyence microscopy and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the calcium silicate phase contained the wollastonite-1A phase (CaSiO3) with the highest intensity peak at an angle of 2θ = 26.8225. FTIR analysis also showed the structure of calcium silicate with the formation of Si-O-Si and O-Si-O functional groups at a wavelength of 460 cm-1 , Si-O-Ca at a wavelength of 962 cm-1 and O-Si-O cm-1 at a wavelength of 901 cm-1. The microstructure analysis using Keyence microscope showed that the sample granules were globular in shape with a particle size of approximately 14 µm. From all the paper testing results consist of brightness, bulk density, tearing, bursting, tensile and folding endurance showed that calcium silicate filler has fulfill the TAPPI International standard.

The population in this study were all customers Hypermart Sun Plaza Medan who has purchased decisions whose numbers are unknown. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and the multiple regression analysis method. This research is associative research, and data used are primary and secondary data obtained through the study of the measurement documentation and questionnaires using likert scale. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous shopping motives , and store attributes has positive and significant impact on purchase decisions Hypermart Sun Plaza Medan . Partially shopping motives can be seen that the variable is the most dominant variable influencing the purchase decision in Hypermart Sun Plaza Medan . Value Adjusted R Square = 0.266, mean 26,6% purchase decision factors can be explained by the independent variable ( shopping motives and store attributes ) while the remaining 73,4% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis stres k erja nelayan tradisional Tanju... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis stres k erja nelayan tradisional Tanjung Peni Citangkil dan Leleyan Grogol, Pesisir Pantai Cilegon. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil temuan dikembangkan upaya intervensi psikologi kerekayasaan sebagai cara mengatasi stres kerja nelayan tradisional. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah sekitar 4000 nelayan; berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 84 responden, nelayan Tanjung Peni Citangkil (45) dan Leleyan (39). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, alat deteksi stres (dikenal dengan alat HRV-Heart Rate Variability). Skala stres kerja diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi penulis dari konsep dan alat ukur Igor (1997). Teknik wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara stres kerja. Sedangkan alat deteksi stres kerja HRV mengukur frekuensi domain HRV yang digunakan untuk mengklasif ikasikan kondisi stres mental individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja nelayan relatif cukup tinggi dengan nilai mean 53, 385. Berdasarkan nilai t diketahui bahwa stres k erja nelayan Leleyan, Grogol lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nelayan Tanjung Peni, Citangkil. Data deskriptif tersebut didukung hasil tes HRV dalam stress resistance (coping stress), dan stress index (psikis), dan fatigue index. Hasil data wawancara menunj ukkan bahwa hal yang menyebabkan stres kerja pada nelayan tradisional di pesisir Pantai Cilegon Banten adalah lingkungan kerja yang k urang kondusif, mencakup suhu udara, pencahayaan, goncangan, dan kebisingan, cara kerja yang kurang ergonomis, dan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) yang relatif buruk.
