By coaching, the coach tries to provide guidance and support to coachee (person being coached) in training and improving the performance of work. Today, the workplace is the most diverse due to the age range of employees. The presence of employees from different generations at all levels of the organization has made it important to understand the differences and similarities of generations in order to successfully implement coaching. This paper first discusses the issue of generations in the organization and the generational differences affecting the way coaching is implemented. Then, with consideration and focus on the status of multigenerational organizations, it offers a model and some suggestions for improving the coaching process.

Each generation has their own beliefs, behaviors and views about work, given the particular historical period and events they have experienced and gone through. This paper focuses on the theory of generational groups and its application in organization. For this purpose, the types of generational groups is discussed first. Next, attention is focused on managing generations in organization, considering their different characteristics and values. This paper makes an overview of the research evidence about the types of generational groups and their impact on work-related variables, including personality traits, work-related values, attitudes to work, leadership, teamwork, work-life balance, and job patterns. The creation of a sound culture in an organization leads to its improvement in many other aspects, so the need to concentrate on culture and morality is increasingly becoming the matter of concern. Bearing in mind that concentration on ethical codes in an organization can cause professional moralization; this paper aims to create the ethical codes based on organizational values, and further analyse them to provide practical solutions on how to easily implement these codes.

Given the increasing importance of job satisfaction in organizations, this study examines the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction in an industrial health unit. Dennison’s Organizational Culture Questionnaire been used to measuring organizational culture and Job Descriptive index from Smith and Kendall been used to review employee’s job satisfaction and simple random method also used for sampling. Research findings show that organizational culture is in the average level and job satisfaction is in fairly high level. Also, using the Pearson correlation between organizational culture and job satisfaction shows a positive relation between variables. Linear regression was also used to determine the organization's corporate culture can predict job satisfaction
