One of the difficulties in implementing M-Learning is to deliver the content efficiently. This paper focuses on the development of M-Learning management tool in campus-wide environment using the Microsoft .NET infrastructure. User acceptance study was carried out to measure the feasibility of the M-learning management application development. The results of the study indicate a tendency towards the M-Learning acceptance in campus-wide environment. The main objective of the works that have been carried out is to develop a server-side M-Learning application using the Microsoft .NET infrastructure. The works that has been carried out act as preliminary work for future development of M-Learning application in campus-wide environment.

The focus is to discover theories, models as well as their approaches of existing studies. The review analyses 30 published articles between 2003-2010 from high quality journals. The results reveal that the maj ority of existing studies fundamentally based on traditional theories and conventional models of adoption, acceptance and diffusion to study the impact ofKMS in the organization while the focus of factor based study is mainly from implementation study. On the other hand, the theoretical approaches to conduct the research in this field generally from variance whereas the process approach is scant. Therefore, the future research could give more attention on process approach which allows exploiting more on interpretive paradigm and qualitative as methodological approach which could possibly generate new knowledge in this field of study.

Insufficient survival of the microorganisms, hindrance in application of fungicides to the seeds and exposure to heat and sunlight in subsequent seed storage in conventional inoculation methods forces to explore appropriate and efficient bacterial application method. Seed priming; where seeds are hydrated to activate metabolism without actual germination followed by drying, increases the germination, stand establishment and stress tolerance in different crops. Seed priming with living bacterial inoculum is termed as biopriming as involves the application of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria. It increases speed and uniformity of germination, also ensures rapid, uniform and high establishment of crops, and hence improves harvest quality and yield. Seed biopriming allo...

Whereas, traditional scheduling policies; contemplate mostly single resource and one optimization criteria for resource usage. Therefore, it is required to have a scheduling policy that fulfills multiple resource constraints to optimize resource usage and schedule jobs efficiently. The rapidly developing volunteer grid is more flexible and adaptive to improvement of its resource selection and job scheduling mechanisms. However, selection of resources and scheduling of jobs on the available matching resource is a difficult task as volunteer resources are unpredictable. Therefore assuring the Quality of Service (QoS) for job execution is a complex problem. This work presents a QoS support for job scheduling in volunteer grid environment. The job scheduling approach serves two aims i.e., meeting job deadlines and resource optimization. Rescheduling of jobs is also introduced in proposed approach because of the unpredictable behavior of volunteer resources. Simulations have been carried out on a multi core volunteer resource grid. ...

A total of 144 enterococci (Enterococcus faecalis, n=130, Enterococcus faecium, n=14) isolated and confirmed by biochemical tests at the department of Microbiology, Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, Rawalpindi, for a period of three years were included in the study. The antimicrobial susceptibility tests of isolated organisms were performed by standard disc diffusion method as recommended by NCCLS. In addition to nitrofurantoin (NIT), doxycycline (DOX), co-trimoxazole (COT), ampicillin (AMP), imipenem (IPM) and vancomycin (VAN) were used for antimicrobial susceptibility testing. One hundred and twenty seven (88%) isolates of Enterococci were susceptible to NIT while 72% (n = 103) to AMP, 13% to COT, 11% to DOX, 91% to IPM and 99% to VAN. Among the strains resistant to AMP, COT, DOX, IPM and VAN, 50-88% were sus...

Moving from LAN into the shared cloud services is just the iceberg question of location but the deeper question should be about the product and process of acquiring infrastructure. Previous primary survey has shown that Malaysia SME's over investment in IT infrastructure has crush traditional perception of under resources. This paper uses a Delphi interactive interview correspondence method with Malaysia SME top management to revalidate each other's views. Results show that IaaS model is still in the infancy stage due to shared security concern and immature last mile connectivity. Administrators are still unsure how to determine the measurable organisational value when investing in IaaS. Even the current economic turbulence has lower impact to the decision making for continuous investment in IT infrastructure which is deemed to contribute in longer years. The optimisation framework will guide investment decision on IaaS to enhance SME competitiveness during an economic turbulence.

Although Software Engineering is a growing field, however research done in this profession is still not mature. One of the areas, which have not been thoroughly investigated in this profession, is working environment and its impact on knowledge sharing. Focus on this aspect of Software Engineering is important because work environment not only influences the performance of an individual but also the behavior (which in this case will be knowledge sharing behavior). Therefore, huge number of studies has been done conducted on designing work environment. One of the important works done was Job Characteristics Model (mostly used in Software Engineering field). However, it covers only five aspects of work/job. Therefore different other studies focused on more work design characteristics. This study analyzed the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and work design characteristics among Software Engineers. Work design characteristics proposed by Morgeson and Humphrey (2006) were used for this study. This study was conducted in Malaysia and four locations were selected through geographical random cluster sampling. Results indicated that task identity, feedback from job, skill variety and received interdependence are the main work design characteristics for Software Engineers. Results also indicated that all work design characteristics has positive relationship with knowledge sharing behavior.

It can increase their competitive advantages in the target markets, and enhance the relationships with customers and their satisfactions. There is no agreement about what service quality is and how it should be measure. Accurate measurement of the quality of electronic service is a complex process due to the nature of the service because it is immaterial and untypical product. It has been indicated through the literature that there is a lack of universal set of definitions, model and dimensions for service quality measurement. Since the service quality measures in higher education have great importance in achieving high tuition-based returns, e-service institutions of higher education are subjected to continuous pressure to surpass their competitors in presenting better e-service quality. This paper proposes an e-service quality conceptual model for measuring e-service quality in higher education sectors in Malaysia. Nine dimensions are proposed for this model based on reviewing the related literature. The dimensions include efficiency, availability, privacy/security, fulfilment, reliability, web design, interactivity, information, and responsiveness. Results of this paper may help to build a proper scale to measure the quality of e-services in higher education, which assist to improve the performance and effectiveness of e-services to achieve users' satisfaction.

The aim of this paper is to outline one of the difficulties with regards to the structure of EPROCESS block. It will discuss about the differences in offset between Windows 2000 and Window XP. Further, the important of internal structures in EPROCESS block will be identified as they play an important role in the analysis and theory reconstruction for forensic investigation. Selecting the wrong PCS may turn out to be costly and adversely affect business processes. To address these issues, many Cloud Evaluation and Selection Methods (CESMs) have been proposed by different researchers. Nevertheless, a number of CESMs' studies which have addressed the issue of evaluation and selection of the PCS based on the Quality of Service (QoS) have led to a different conclusion. This paper reviews the current limitations; namely, the strengths and weaknesses of CESMs for the PCS as well as the benefits they bring. The result has shown that current studies of CESMs are limited to certain types of quantifiable criteria, such as cost and performance. Non-quantifiable QoS criteria namely, trust, needs further attention. In addition, it has been identified that the majority of CESMs were not specifically designed for any CS layer; hence, it did not assist the CSP to evaluate their PCS with respect to other providers.
