This research will be conducted by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents which are consumer of Superindo . Quantitative analysis with path analysis analysis model method were used for the technical analysis.The results of this study indicate that the sales promotion influence positively and significantly related to impulse buying, store atmosphere affect positively and significantly related to impulse buying, positive emotion in a positive and significant impact on impulse buying. On child a preschool are the group that need attention will the nutrition, as they are in the growth and development. More than 50 % of the children was suffering from a development. The purpose of research to know nutritional status of relations with children growth a preschool age 3 to 5 years in Midanutta’lim Mayangan Village Subdistrict Jogoroto District Jombang. Method : The research use analytic correlation design with cross sectional approached. Population is all children aged 3 to 5 years in PAUD Midanutta’lim Mayangan Village Subdistrict Jogoroto District Jombang with 70 children, the sample as many as 35 children. Purpose – This paper seeks to examine the mediator effect of e-customer satisfaction on the relat... more Purpose – This paper seeks to examine the mediator effect of e-customer satisfaction on the relationship between e-service quality and e-customer loyalty. Methodology/approach – The population in this study was all OVO e-money customers in Padang city. The sampling technique used a non-probability approach, namely the purposive sampling. In the data analysis, 151 samples were used as a sample size. In order to test hypotheses, the software of SEM-PLS was performed. Findings – It was found that e-service quality has positive effect on e-customer satisfaction and e-customer loyalty. The variable of e-customer satisfaction is also found to have positive effect on e-customer loyalty. Furthermore, the e-customer satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between e-service quality and e-customer loyalty. Novelty/value – e-customer loyalty has been an important factor in the e-marketing. However, the determinants of e-customer loyalty are still far from conclusive.

This research was conducted in the greenhouse of Agriculture Training Center (ATC) Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, South Sumatra in September 2018 - January 2019. C-organic and N-Total analysis was conducted at the Environmental Biotechnology Laboratory of PT Biodiversity Biotechnology, Bogor and total analysis Microbial population was carried out by the Soil Fertility Biology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study used an experimental method with 9 treatment combinations, where the dose of urea fertilizer combined with zeolite minerals. Doses used were 125 kg ha-1, 250 kg ha-1 and 375 kg ha-1.
