An analysis for the state wise distribution of nuclear medicine centers ,therapy centers, cyclotrons and diagnostic centers state wise is presented. This analysis indicates which states have few such facilities and where the discipline needs to work hard to initiate and establish centers for the benefit of the population.
Veterinary nuclear medicine a fairly new concept has a vast potential for diagnostic and therapeutic applications which need to be exploited as early as possible.
