Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara dan angket dengan skala likert . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 2 dan SMK Negeri 6 Bandung sebanyak 541 siswa, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 siswa. Wawancara dilakukan kepada guru mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik dari SMK Negeri 2 dan SMK Negeri 6 Bandung. Uji validitas instrumen validitas konstruk dan isi dilakukan oleh ex pert judgement . Uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus alpha c ronbanch . Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) faktor internal yang dominan menyebabkan kesulitan belajar pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik adalah faktor minat/motivasi, (2) faktor eksternal yang dominan menyebabkan kesulitan belajar adalah faktor lingkungan masyarakat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, yaitu: minat, motivasi dan lingkungan belajar merupakan faktor kesulitan belajar yang banyak di alami oleh siswa SMK.

Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu mata pelajaran PMKR kelas XI belum mencapai standar kompetensi SKKNI dengan hasil rasio ketepatan sesuai sebesar 0,49, dan untuk mata pelajaran PMKR kelas XII memiliki kesesuaian dengan kompetensi kerja di Industri Otomotif, dengan rasio ketepatan sebesar 0,1 yang dapat diartikan relevan. Kesimpulannya bahwa relevansi mata pelajaran PMKR dengan kompetensi industri otomotif sebagian besar sudah relevan. Namun belum bisa dinyatakan sebagai dokumen yang baik, karena masih ada sebagian materi mata pelajaran PMKR yang belum relevan dengan kompetensi kerja di industri otomotif.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu nonequivalent control group design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas X TPM di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung dengan kelas X TPM 2 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X TPM 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang lebih baik pada kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (kelas eksperimen) dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,71 yang termasuk pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional (kelas kontrol) nilai rata-rata N-Gain mencapai 0,49 yang termasuk pada kategori sedang.

Industry 4.0 has a very large and broad impact, especially in the employment sector, where robots and machines will eliminate many jobs in the world. This of course must have been anticipated by vocational education that is able to answer these challenges. The purpose of this research is to get the formulation of the revitalization of vocational education in Indonesia in order to form the skills competencies needed in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research uses participatory qualitative research methods. Data obtained through literature studies, interviews and discussions (FGD). The results of the study show that vocational education is a program to support the realization of smart education through increasing and equalizing the quality of education, expanding access, and the relevance of utilizing technology in realizing skill competencies in the industrial era 4.0. The revitalization of vocational education is aimed to producing students who have four competencies, namely critical thinking (Cricical Thinking), collaboration, communication, and creativity.

Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-group pre-test post-test design. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XII TP 3 SMKN 2 Bandung tahun ajaran 2016-2017 sebanyak 15 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai penguasaan technopreneurship rata-rata pretest 17,88 dan rata-rata posttest 19,62 dengan rata-rata besar gain normalisasi sebesar 0.=,23. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan technopreneurship pada posttest lebih besar daripada penguasaan technopreneurship pada pretest. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran self-design project learning dapat meningkatkan penguasaan technopreneurship siswa SMK.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran umum tentang tingkat kesiapan belajar siswa, t... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran umum tentang tingkat kesiapan belajar siswa, tingkat pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa serta untuk menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antara kesiapan belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran merawat sistem bahan bakar konvensional kendaraan ringan. Penelitian ini digunakan metode ex post facto dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik angket untuk kesiapan belajar siswa dan dokumentasi untuk prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Merawat Sistem Bahan Bakar Konvensional Kendaraan Ringan di SMKN 6 Bandung. Analisa data yang dipakai menggunakan statistik parametrik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan didapat tingkat kesiapan belajar siswa dalam kategori baik (81,11%), tingkat pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dalam kategori baik (72,08%), dan hubungan antara kesiapan belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa memiliki tingkat korelasi yang cukup tinggi (r xy 0,53). Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kesiapan belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran merawat sistem bahan bakar konvensional kendaraan ringan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini hendaknya guru sebelum memulai mata pelajaran merawat sistem bahan bakar konvensional kendaraan ringan bisa mengetahui dan meningkatkan faktor kesiapan belajar siswa.

The ISOLA_229 robot that has been made meets the dimensions, but throws the ball not yet able to reach the target in the shooting zone 3. There is a need for analysis to find out the cause of the problem and how to solve the problem, one of which is descriptive method. The analysis carried out on the ISOLA_229 robot focused on the problem of the ball throwing system. The results of the analysis of the ISOLA_229 robot ball throwing system found that it was necessary to reduce the throwing speed by 65% from normal speed at air pressure P = 6 bar and change the elevation angle from = 45o to = 50o to reach the target in throwing zone 3.

This paper aims to provide an overview of the complicated problem of skilled workers in the const... more This paper aims to provide an overview of the complicated problem of skilled workers in the construction industry faced with the demands of worker certification. The skilled workers in question are the ones at the construction sites or known as construction workers (builders). The number of groups of workers continues to increase every year along with the development of the country's construction industry which also increases in quantity. However, of the more than 8.3 million construction workers spread across various construction projects, only 7.4% are certified. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with interview techniques, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and document analysis. This research found that there was a large gap between the demands of modern industry on construction workers and the prerequisites for skills certification, and it became a major problem in the employment system in the construction industry. The contributing factors are the traditional work culture, lack of knowledge and information in worker certification, the institutional certification system, the difficulty of access to education and training to develop skills and gain recognition as indicated by increased welfare regarding minimum wages.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas V SD Negeri Wiwitan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Wiwitan Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018 yang berjumlah 25 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes, observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini yaitu nilai tes penguasaan konsep yang diperoleh siswa ≥ 68 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai ≥ 75%. This study aims to (1) Identify the work competence of the heavy appliances graduation based on SKKNI, LSP profession certification scheme and heavy equipment industry standard; (2) To know the relevance of the curriculum of high school voctional of heavy equipment technology (productive) work subject to industry standard based on SKKNI and professional certification scheme. This research uses qualitative approach, from SMK and heavy equipment industry. Data collection using observation method, interview, study of document and triangulation. Observation is done to see the learning process in school and work process in industry. Interviews in schools aim to gather information about learning processes in SMK, interviews at industry to gather information of the heavy equipment engineering work standards. Documents studied are curriculum SMK of the heavy equipment engineering, SKKNI and professional certification scheme. The result of data analysis concludes that the competence of the heavy equipment engineering graduate based on SKKNI and professional certification institution is at the level II for machine engine mechanic. Heavy-duty hydraulic mechanical work is located on the hydraulic mechanical junior heavy equipment (Level II). Engine subjects and heavy equipment units accommodate SKKNI mechanical engine of heavy equipment of 44.4%. The subjects of powertrain and undercarriage of heavy equipment accommodate SKKNI mechanical engine of heavy equipment of 33.3%. The subjects of electrical systems and machine controls accommodate work competence on SKKNI mechanical engine of heavy equipment 33.3%. Hydraulic heavy equipment subjects accommodate the work competence of SKKNI heavy equipment hydraulic mechanics by 60%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi kepr... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMK Negeri 8 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode ex post facto. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang jumlah respondennya sebanyak 125 peserta didik yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persepsi tentang kepribadian guru masuk dalam kategori rendah dengan persentase sebesar 36%. Motivasi peserta didik berada dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase 66,4%. Pengaruh persepsi peserta didik tentang kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik menunjukkan nilai positif dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan besar hubungan antara keduanya sebesar 13,6 %. Kesimpulan yaitu bahwa persepsi tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is a form of learning model that integrates academic studies with the workplace that provides work experience in improving work skills. The purpose of this library is to find out the description, knowledge and results of research that is focused on the WIL learning model so that the potential and relevance of this model in vocational education programs can be known. Optional Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Methods (PRISMA) were used as the basic method for systematizing and meta-analyses. Full text peer-reviewed articles were searched for four online publication journals, namely Scientdirect, Springer, Taylor and Francis, and Wiley. Articles are searched based on main keywords and focus on educational subjects. From the results of the search and selection process, 29 articles were obtained from the year 2015 to 2020. The results of the literature review showed that the most widely used method was qualitative with 12 publications. The fields of science in the selected WIL articles are relatively dominated by the fields of business and health sciences, each with 6 articles. Articles published have increased in recent years, although in recent years there has been a decline. The most obvious finding from this research is the positive result of increasing graduates in facing the world of work. Overall, we provide a reference for further research by identifying the need for work-integrated learning research.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan didapat tingkat kesiapan belajar siswa dalam kategori baik (81,11%), tingkat pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dalam kategori baik (72,08%), dan hubungan antara kesiapan belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa memiliki tingkat korelasi yang cukup tinggi (r xy 0,53). Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kesiapan belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran merawat sistem bahan bakar konvensional kendaraan ringan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini hendaknya guru sebelum memulai mata pelajaran merawat sistem bahan bakar konvensional kendaraan ringan bisa mengetahui dan meningkatkan faktor kesiapan belajar siswa.

The ISOLA_229 robot that has been made meets the dimensions, but throws the ball not yet able to reach the target in the shooting zone 3. There is a need for analysis to find out the cause of the problem and how to solve the problem, one of which is descriptive method. The analysis carried out on the ISOLA_229 robot focused on the problem of the ball throwing system. The results of the analysis of the ISOLA_229 robot ball throwing system found that it was necessary to reduce the throwing speed by 65% from normal speed at air pressure P = 6 bar and change the elevation angle from = 45o to = 50o to reach the target in throwing zone 3.

This paper aims to provide an overview of the complicated problem of skilled workers in the const... more This paper aims to provide an overview of the complicated problem of skilled workers in the construction industry faced with the demands of worker certification. The skilled workers in question are the ones at the construction sites or known as construction workers (builders). The number of groups of workers continues to increase every year along with the development of the country's construction industry which also increases in quantity. However, of the more than 8.3 million construction workers spread across various construction projects, only 7.4% are certified. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with interview techniques, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and document analysis. This research found that there was a large gap between the demands of modern industry on construction workers and the prerequisites for skills certification, and it became a major problem in the employment system in the construction industry. The contributing factors are the traditional work culture, lack of knowledge and information in worker certification, the institutional certification system, the difficulty of access to education and training to develop skills and gain recognition as indicated by increased welfare regarding minimum wages.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas V SD Negeri Wiwitan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Wiwitan Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018 yang berjumlah 25 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes, observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini yaitu nilai tes penguasaan konsep yang diperoleh siswa ≥ 68 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai ≥ 75%. This study aims to (1) Identify the work competence of the heavy appliances graduation based on SKKNI, LSP profession certification scheme and heavy equipment industry standard; (2) To know the relevance of the curriculum of high school voctional of heavy equipment technology (productive) work subject to industry standard based on SKKNI and professional certification scheme. This research uses qualitative approach, from SMK and heavy equipment industry. Data collection using observation method, interview, study of document and triangulation. Observation is done to see the learning process in school and work process in industry. Interviews in schools aim to gather information about learning processes in SMK, interviews at industry to gather information of the heavy equipment engineering work standards. Documents studied are curriculum SMK of the heavy equipment engineering, SKKNI and professional certification scheme. The result of data analysis concludes that the competence of the heavy equipment engineering graduate based on SKKNI and professional certification institution is at the level II for machine engine mechanic. Heavy-duty hydraulic mechanical work is located on the hydraulic mechanical junior heavy equipment (Level II). Engine subjects and heavy equipment units accommodate SKKNI mechanical engine of heavy equipment of 44.4%. The subjects of powertrain and undercarriage of heavy equipment accommodate SKKNI mechanical engine of heavy equipment of 33.3%. The subjects of electrical systems and machine controls accommodate work competence on SKKNI mechanical engine of heavy equipment 33.3%. Hydraulic heavy equipment subjects accommodate the work competence of SKKNI heavy equipment hydraulic mechanics by 60%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi kepr... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMK Negeri 8 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode ex post facto. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang jumlah respondennya sebanyak 125 peserta didik yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persepsi tentang kepribadian guru masuk dalam kategori rendah dengan persentase sebesar 36%. Motivasi peserta didik berada dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase 66,4%. Pengaruh persepsi peserta didik tentang kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik menunjukkan nilai positif dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan besar hubungan antara keduanya sebesar 13,6 %. Kesimpulan yaitu bahwa persepsi tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is a form of learning model that integrates academic studies with the workplace that provides work experience in improving work skills. The purpose of this library is to find out the description, knowledge and results of research that is focused on the WIL learning model so that the potential and relevance of this model in vocational education programs can be known. Optional Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Methods (PRISMA) were used as the basic method for systematizing and meta-analyses. Full text peer-reviewed articles were searched for four online publication journals, namely Scientdirect, Springer, Taylor and Francis, and Wiley. Articles are searched based on main keywords and focus on educational subjects. From the results of the search and selection process, 29 articles were obtained from the year 2015 to 2020. The results of the literature review showed that the most widely used method was qualitative with 12 publications. The fields of science in the selected WIL articles are relatively dominated by the fields of business and health sciences, each with 6 articles. Articles published have increased in recent years, although in recent years there has been a decline. The most obvious finding from this research is the positive result of increasing graduates in facing the world of work. Overall, we provide a reference for further research by identifying the need for work-integrated learning research.
