In this study measured firm performance using the Balanced Scorecard and Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS). Using the Balanced Scorecard performance measurement is done by looking at the four perspectives, namely the Financial perspective, Customer, Internal Business Processes, and Learning and growth perspective. While IPMS done by looking at the needs of the stakeholders of the company. Based on the analysis of the Balanced Scorecard benchmarks are experiencing poor performance, among others Working Capital Turn Over (WTCO) with an average of-19.80 ; Total Debt to Equity Ratio (TDER) : 175.13 % ; measurement of the growth rate and the ratio of average demand was : 6.5 %. The results of the analysis obtained using the 30 IPMS KPI, and the company's main priorities in this order: Customer Stakeholders, Stakeholder investors, labor Stakeholders, Stakeholder suppliers, and community stakeholders, thus KPI weighting of the results, the company's performance has been good is because more customers Stakeholders attention to customer satisfaction and convenience.
